The Secrets of Enoch 31:5 And he understood his condemnation and the sin which he had sinned before, therefore he conceived thought against Adam, in such form he entered and seduced Eve, but did not touch Adam.

Let’s start at the beginning of Genesis chapter three:

Genesis 3:1-6

1. Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which YAHUAH ELOHIYM had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath ELOHIYM said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

In the Hebrew the word serpent is Hebrew word # 5175: nachash (naw-khawsh’); a snake (from its hiss). From # 5172: nachash (naw-khash’); a primitive root; properly, to hiss, ie: whisper a (magic) spell; generally, to prognosticate: to practice divination, to divine, to observe signs, to learn by experience, to diligently observe, to practice fortune telling, to take as an omen.

This obviously is describing a person, and not a literal reptile.

This serpent is no ordinary snake! It is Satan himself. The serpent is just one of Satan’s many names. In the book of Revelation there are several of Satan’s names identified, but it is all the same one entity such as serpent, devil, or dragon.

The word tree is Hebrew word # 6086: `ets (ates); a tree (from its firmness) from # 6095:`atsah (aw-tsaw’); a primitive root; properly, to fasten (or make firm), ie: to close the eyes. figuratively: The spine giving firmness to the body (The body is the trunk, and the arms and legs are the limbs).

And YAHUAH uses the word “trees” symbolically in the scriptures to mean People both good and bad. And below is just one example of ‘trees’ being used symbolically for people:

Isaiah 61:1-3

1 The Spirit of the YAHUAH ELOHIYM is upon me; because YAHUAH hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 

2 To proclaim the acceptable year of YAHUAH, and the day of vengeance of our ELOHIYM; to comfort all that mourn; 

3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of YAHUAH, that he might be glorified. (RKJV)

Back to Genesis:

2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, ELOHIYM hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

The phrase fruit of the tree is Hebrew word # 6529 periy- fruit, in a wide sense: a) fruit, produce (of the ground), or b) fruit, offspring, children, progeny (used of the womb), or figuratively c) fruit (of actions). The phrase eat of it is Hebrew word #398; ‘akal (aw-kal’); This word has many uses, among which, one use means to lay with a woman (which is a sexual act) touch is Hebrew word # 5060; naga` (naw-gah’); Properly, to touch, ie: to lay the hand upon (for any purpose); euphemism for: to lie with a woman.

4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

The word serpent is Satan. The phrase Ye shall not surely die is the first lie in the Scriptures, and it was Satan as the serpent that uttered it! Satan is called “The father of lies.”

5 For ELOHIYM doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as elohiym, knowing good and evil.

The phrase your eyes shall be opened is the second lie in the Scriptures, and Satan is also the author of this one. Remember from verse one, that the tree that the serpent wants Eve to partake of means: “To close the eyes,” as in being deceived, and losing sight of the only commandment from YAHUAH at that time:

Remember YAHUAH said to Adam in Gen 2:17, “But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.” Anyway on to verse 3:6

6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

This was obviously no ordinary tree, in fact it wasn’t a literal tree at all it was Satan himself! The phrase pleasant to the eyes = Hebrew word #2530; chamad: To desire, to covet, to take pleasure in, to delight in, to be desirable, to delight greatly, to desire greatly, desirableness, preciousness. The word desired = Hebrew word # 8378 ta’avah (tah-av-aw’); from 183 (abbreviated); to yearn for, to lust after (used of bodily appetites) a longing; by implication, a delight (subjectively, satisfaction, objectively, a charm): a desire, a wish, longings of one’s heart; lust, an appetite, covetousness (in a bad sense), to covet, to wait longingly. To make one wise = Apple trees don’t make you smart but Satan can give you forbidden knowledge. The word took = Hebrew word # 3947 laqach (law-kakh’); a primitive root; to take (in the widest variety of applications): to take, to lay hold of, to receive, to marry, to take a wife, to take to or for a person, to procure, to get, to take possession of, to select, to choose, to take in marriage, to receive, to accept.

This sure doesn’t sound like Eve is just enjoying an apple, this is far more than an appreciation for literal fruit on a literal tree. All of this language is figurative and symbolic for what really happened. Does the account above sound like someone eating an apple to you? Of course not, but you have probably been lied to since Sunday School about what really happened in the garden of Eden.

Here is what really happened in the garden of Eden: Eve lost her virginity to ‘the serpent,’ whom was that ‘Tree of the knowledge of good and evil in the midst of the garden,’ and who is none other than Satan himself.

By the way, I haven’t seen the word ‘apple’ mentioned in these scriptures yet, have you? You won’t either, nowhere in YAHUAH’s Word does it say that Adam and Eve ate an apple! Yet we see modern religious paintings showing Eve holding an apple. Why? Because it makes for good symbolism and makes a better story to hide what really happened.

Adam also partook of this ‘forbidden fruit.’ Satan is a super-natural being possessing supernatural powers, thus he can appear to Adam and Eve as two different things (beings, entities) if he had wanted to. Eve partook of the fruit of Satan, and then gave it to Adam and he ate of it…in other words, she was seduced by Lucifer to have sex with him, then she had sex with Adam and introduced Adam to the act of sex.

She was impregnated and conceived by the serpent first, then she conceived a second time from Adam. It is believed and not medically impossible that Eve got pregnant by both Satan and Adam at the same time and thus went on to bear twins (Cain and Able).

Genesis 3:7-13

7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

Eating apples doesn’t make you ashamed of your nakedness! But losing your innocence and your virginity certainly can. We also notice that they didn’t make masks to cover mouths that had just eaten apples; they made aprons to cover their ‘private parts’ because they were now more conscious of them and embarrassed.

Nowhere in YAHUAH’s Word does it say that Adam and Eve ate an apple!

Simply eating an apple does not do this to anyone! Fruit does not make one aware or conscious of whether they have clothes on or not.

8 And they heard the voice of YAHUAH ELOHIYM walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of YAHUAH ELOHIYM amongst the trees of the garden.

9 And  called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?

10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?

12 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.

13 And YAHUAH ELOHIYM said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled*1 me, and I did eat. (RKJV)

In Strong’s, #398 the term “eat” means to eat, also to lay. The term “touch” in Strong’s is #5060 which means naga, to touch, also to have sexual intercourse. Both terms had and have sexual connotations to them.

Beguiled used in this text is the same as “seduced.” Furthermore, Scripture says Cain “was of that wicked one” he was a son of Satan’s through the seduction of Eve. The term “of” is the same that means offspring. Neither is Cain listed anywhere in the descendants of Adam which strongly indicates Cain was not his son. The official beginning of the wheat and the tares began with Eve. 

The wheat AND the tares.

The tree of knowledge was the means to sexual knowledge they received from Lucifer. Knowledge is to “know.” Knowing means to perceive, experience, learn. It is also used as an euphemism of “to know someone” sexually as when Adam “knew” his wife. The terms eat, touch, and know are often used in Scriptural lingo for sexual relations. Lucifer was the way of knowing good and evil. He was the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil because through him they would learn evil, they would perceive evil, and they would experience it.

Who was the Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden? YAHUSHA was. Who was the tree of the knowledge of good and evil? Lucifer. How do we ‘eat of the Tree of Life?” We commune with Him. We are never to commune with Lucifer, and in this instance he seduced Eve, impregnated her, and began his own genealogical offspring and seed-line on this earth that is part of us today.

Gen 3:14-15

14 And YAHUAH ELOHIYM said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

The phrase upon thy belly shalt thou go is A Hebraic (figure of speech) for utter defeat as in Ps 72:9 & Isa 49:23. The phrase dust shalt thou eat = A Hebraism (figure of speech) meaning an ultimate term of degradation, as in Ps 44:25.

Now the next verse will also show us the first mention of the promise of the Messiah YAHUSHA.

This verse also contains the first prophecy in the Scriptures:

15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed it shall bruise thy head and thou shalt bruise his heel.

The word enmity is from the Hebrew word #342 ‘eybah (ay-baw’); from 340; hostility: a primitive root; to hate (as one of an opposite tribe or party); hence to be hostile. The phrase between thee and the woman = Not enmity between a garden snake and a woman, that doesn’t even make sense! But enmity between the offspring of the serpent (Satan) and the offspring of the woman (Eve, through Adam, and thus of YAHUAH). Between thy seed and her seed = seed: Hebrew word #2233 zera`- seed, sowing, offspring, a sowing, seed, semen virile, offspring, descendants, posterity, children. From #2232:to become pregnant, to be made pregnant. The word it refers to YAHUSHA Messiah. The phrase bruise thy head means YAHUSHA destroying Satan. The word thou = Satan and bruise his heel = Satan causing the hanging of Messiah YAHUSHA.

YAHUSHA’s heels were bruised when He was nailed to the tree. The offspring and descendants of the serpent (Satan) are called Kenites (which means sons of Cain; whom was the first murderer). These Kenites multiplied, and in the process of time four-thousand years later, went on to infiltrate the Hebrew peoples and distort the Hebrew religion of the Old Testament founding the religion of Judaism. It must be pointed out that all Hebrew peoples are not Jews! The term “Jew” is a religious moniker not a national identity as alleged.

Cain and Able were what is called ‘Fraternal Twins.’ Which is one birth of two children, conceived at different times. Cain was born first, then Abel.

Satan knew that the Messiah YAHUSHA would come through the lineage of Eve. This was the first attempt by Satan to destroy the pure seed line that Messiah was to come through.

Satan is fearful of Messiah because he knows that it is YAHUSHA, who will eventually accomplish casting him into the lake of fire, which will be his eternal punishment. We know that Satan’s plan failed with the ultimate birth of YAHUSHA The Messiah who upon his hanging, defeated death, which is to say defeated Satan. Satan is death, it is one of his many names and roles he has played and will play in the Scriptures.

Many of you are hearing this for the first time. Because if you have sat in church programming all of your lives you haven’t heard the truth even though it is right there in the Scriptures. The apple was figurative for sexual relations masked with the terminology “Eve was beguiled by Satan” and until people accept it as the truth it is, they will stay blind to the real war going on today which is between the Serpent Seed-line and the rest of the human race.

Most church pastors today will pull out Genesis 4:1 which reads, “And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from YAHUAH.”

There are many omissions and translation errors throughout the English Bible. The Dead Sea Scrolls confirm that Genesis 4:1 was tampered with. In fact the passage should read:

And Adam knew his wife Eve, who was pregnant by (Satan), and she conceived and bare Cain, and he was like the heavenly beings, and not like the earthly beings, and she said, I have gotten a man from the angel of YAHUAH.

Now we know that anything of YAHUAH’s is confirmed elsewhere. IF Cain was indeed Satan’s son, we wouldn’t have to count on just one passage to prove it.

In fact there are many:

I John 3:12 “Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his (half) brother..” Here the word “of” in Greek is #1537 in the Strong’s Concordance. When used implying a person, it means “a son of or offspring.”

Compare this with other translations:

The New Testament in Modern English: “We are none of us to have the spirit of Cain, who was a son of the devil..”

Living Bible: “We are not to be like Cain, who belonged to Satan..”

New English Bible: “..unlike Cain who was a child of the evil one..”

New Century Bible: “Do not be like Cain who belonged to the Evil One.”

New Jerusalem Bible: “..not to be like Cain, who was from the Evil One..”

And the popular commentaries confirm the same thing:

The Wycliffe Bible Commentary page 1473: “He (Cain) is said to have belonged to the family of the wicked one.”

Matthew Poole’s Commentary on the Holy Bible, volume 3, page 936. “Which showed him (Cain) to be of that wicked one, of the serpent’s seed: so early was such seed sown, and so ancient the enmity between seed and seed.”

Matthew Henry’s Commentary, volume 6 page 1077: “It showed that he (Cain) was as the firstborn of the serpent’s seed..”

In John 8:44 YAHUSHA was speaking to the Pharisees and proclaimed, ‘Ye are of your father the devil..” The term “of” meaning generation, offspring. They were of the physical seed of their father the devil.

Trees are often used as metaphors in regards to people. YAHUSHA was the “Tree of Life.”

We also find:

Mat 3:10 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

Mat 7:17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

Mat 7:18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither [can] a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Mat 7:19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

Mat 12:33 Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by [his] fruit. 

Before Adam even had a chance to consummate his relationship with Eve, she was already pregnant with Satan’s child, Cain. And that is what the Illuminati bloodlines of the New World Order don’t want you to know. They are Cain’s seed, of the wicked one. And it is this bloodline of Cain that is working together through the control of vast wealth around the world that is bringing the Anti-Messiah to power.

Genesis 5:1, Cain is not mentioned in the lineage of Adam because he was not Adam’s seed, but of another, as we read in I John 3:12: Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one and slew his brother. Also in John 8:44 we read: Ye are of your father the devil and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own, for he is a liar and the FATHER of it. What was the first lie ever spoken? Ye shall not surely die. Who spoke it? Satan, the serpent did when he spoke to Eve and became the father of lies. Who was the first person murdered in the Scripture? Abel. Who killed him? Cain, his brother, who was of that wicked one. (I John 3:12.)

The Serpent Seed-line is a collective term that includes all those who are the direct and indirect offspring of Satan and the Fallen Angels who have interbred with mankind over the past 6000 years.

The Parable of The Wheat and Tares

The parable of the wheat and tares is found in Matthew 13:24-30 and 37-43. Sandwiched in between in verse 35 is the proclamation: “I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.” YAHUSHA then revealed the significance of the parable as meaning He (YAHUAH) had fathered the good seed (wheat) and that the tares belonged to the wicked one, they had been fathered by Satan. 

Verses 24-30:

The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. 

But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.

So the servants of the house-holder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? From whence then hath it tares?

He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?

But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

In verses 38-43 YAHUSHA gives us the meaning of the parable:

He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;

The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;

The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.

The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity.

And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

There were several declarations made in this parable that the churches often ignore.

1. The good seed were fathered by the Son of Man, Son of Adam. 

2. The good seed, Adamites are the genetic sons of YAHUAH.

3. The tares (Cain’s seed) are the Genetic sons of Satan.

4. The enemy that fathered the tares is the same serpent of Genesis 3:15

5. The sons of Adam (wheat) will then inherit the Kingdom after the tares (sons of Cain) are destroyed.

Again, as stated in verse 38, “The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one” This is not only a physical lineage, but a spiritual one as well.

YAHUSHA told the Pharisees of His day, “..ye are not my sheep..” in John 10:26. In Josephus, Wars 2:8:2 Jewish Historian Josephus makes it quite clear the Pharisees and Sadducees were not Yashar’e’liym (Israelites) by birth:

For there are three philosophical sects among the Jews. The followers of the first of whom are the Pharisees; of the second the Sadducees; and of the third sect, who pretends to a severer discipline, are called Essenes. These last are Jews (Yahudah/Judah) by birth, and seem to have a greater affection for one another than the other sects have.

The real Jews of YAHUSHA’s day had absorbed those with contaminated Kenite/Edomite hybrid blood, and therefore these could claim both Abraham and Isaac as their fathers.

Satan’s actual children are literally living, to this day among YAHUAH’s true Yashar’e’liym(Israelite) people all around the world; masquerading as members of the Bride of YAHUSHA.

The wheat and the tares will continually throughout time grow and live together until the end of the age when the angels will separate them. What about the flood? The seed-line started over again with Ham and his wife’s offspring Canaan. And what does Genesis 6:4 say? It says there were Giants in the land before the flood and AFTER. Fallen Angels resumed having sexual relations with human women after the flood. Where do you think Goliath came from?

Again….

What does YAHUAH’S put between the Woman’s and Satan’s Offspring, Descendants, Posterity, and Children?

Enmity, hatred.

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel (Gen. 3:15)

How much more clearer could it be that Satan has his own OFFSPRING, DESCENDANTS, POSTERITY AND CHILDREN ON EARTH TODAY?

How could YAHUAH put enmity between the seed-lines if they didn’t exist?

They don’t want you to know they co-exist among the generations and nations of people today…Why? Because they rule and control the world so they can bring about Satan as the Anti-Messiah to Power.

Another Detailed Look At  – The Two Seed-lines of Genesis 3:15

IF you knew George Bush was a generational Satanist and from the Serpent Seed-line would you have voted him into office?

Because the churches are the main supporters of establishing the New World Order in Israel and unbeknownst to them their own persecution under the Anti-Messiah and his one world dictatorship. Satan couldn’t do it without them! Their support funds his rise to power and enables his seed-line to instigate the wars and conditions necessary for him to arrive!

Now can you understand the ANGER of YAHUAH’s towards the churches today?

They are supporting Satan’s children in Israel who reject Him as the Messiah and are helping Satan come to power as prophesied in the Book of Revelation! All because they are BLIND and DEAF.

“Support Israel” the churches cry…really? What does YAHUAH think? Have YOU ever stopped to ASK HIM?

YAHUAH said He would gather Israel together when HE RETURNS. NOT BEFORE!

The Serpent Seed created Israel in 1948 to fulfill their own plans of bringing Lucifer to power so he could reign in Jerusalem it was not the Most High YAHUAH ELOHIYM!

Stop listening to the Masons and their interpretations of Scripture!

Look at America today, who is running the White House? The Edomite Jews and Sons of Cain. 

Who was arrested for treason during WW 2 by Congress for trading with the enemy? Prescott Bush. Who announced the formation of the NWO in America? Today, the bad seed is so intermingled and entwined with the good seed you can’t tell who is what, thus the parable of the Wheat and the Tares.

Today, as in the past, the bad seed dominates religions, politics, economics, and society in general.  The good seed is surrounded, infiltrated, dominated and led astray by the bad seed posing as Christians, Jews, leading Israel like sheep to the slaughter by the very own they call their ‘own.’

Will Israel snap out of it? Who is Israel today? Israel is those who are led by the YAHUAH and can hear His voice. Those who follow His 10 Commandments and who often find themselves secluded and on the outside of Satan’s mainstream society.

Are you getting truth today or self-help feel-good Psychology? Yes raise that Bible in your hand and declare your a child of ELOHIYM’s while you’re drowning in errors and completely ignorant of the real truths of the Scripture! Follow that pastor all the way to the pits of hell and be good little pawns for Satan and don’t question anything! Do as your told!

IRISH: THE FORGOTTEN WHITE SLAVES

They came as slaves: human cargo transported on British ships bound for the Americas. They were shipped by the hundreds of thousands, men, women and even the youngest of children.

Whenever they rebelled or even disobeyed an order, they were punished in the harshest ways. Slave owners would hang their human property by their hands and set their hands or feet on fire as one form of punishment. Some were burned alive then had their heads placed on pikes in the marketplace as a warning to other captives.

We don’t really need to go through all of the gory details, do we? We know all too well the atrocities of the African slave trade.

But are we talking about African slavery? King James VI and Charles I also led a continued effort to enslave the Irish. Britain’s Oliver Cromwell furthered this practice of dehumanizing one’s next door neighbour.

In time, the English thought of a better way to use these women to increase their market share: The settlers began to breed Irish women and girls (many as young as 12) with African men to produce slaves with a distinct complexion. These new “mulatto” slaves brought a higher price than Irish livestock and, likewise, enabled the settlers to save money rather than purchase new African slaves.

Jeremiah, Ireland, And The Dynasty of King David

Astonishing as it may seem, the British Monarchy is descended from the lineage of ancient king David of Israel. British-Israel people say that the prophet Jeremiah transferred the royal line via king Zede- kiah’s daughters, but no evidence has substantiated this theory. However, there IS a connection – even more mysterious and phenomenal – involving a daughter of king David himself. 

Does the royal line of Great Britain go back in history to the ancient Hebrew tribe of Judah, and also to the ancient king of Israel, David, the beloved of YAHUAH?

There is much evidence to show that this conclusion is true, but not in the way that some believe!

In Ezekiel 21, YAH declares, “And thou profane wicked prince of Israel, whose day is come, when iniquity shall have an end, Thus saith the YAHUAH Elohim; Remove the diadem, and take off the crown: this shall not be the same: exalt him that is low, abase him that is high. I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him” (verses 25-27).

Bible scholars have pointed out that this passage historically referred to ancient king Zedekiah, who was overthrown by Nebuchadnezzar in 586-87 B.C., his children were slain before his very eyes, and he was transported to Babylon as a prisoner.

Zedekiah, the king of Judah, during its third conquest by Babylon, was indeed taken to Babylon, as a prisoner, and never restored as a king. From that time, there has been no legitimate king of Judah, of the house of David, reigning over the Jews – therefore, the throne was literally overthrown, in Judah, three times – in 604, 597, and 586 B.C. – just as the prophecy stated (verse 27).

The Original Fulfillment

Ezekiel lived around 600 B.C., a contemporary of Jeremiah. He was prophesying of the downfall of the kingdom of Judah of that time. In his 21st chapter, YAH caused him to prophesy against Jerusalem, and the land of Israel (v.2). He prophesied the sword – or foreign invasion – would come against Judah (v.9-12). He said, “Let the sword be doubled the third time, the sword of the slain” (v.14).

This prophecy was literally fulfilled, when Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, came against Judah in 607-604 B.C., then again in 597-96 B.C., and a third and final time in 587-586 B.C.

There has been no Davidic king sitting on that throne ever since – “it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is” – that is, the Messiah Himself! Thus the prophecy was literally fulfilled. From the time of Zedekiah, no king has sat on David’s throne in Jerusalem. For all practical purposes, it appeared to cease to exist!

But did it really cease to exist?

Jeremiah in Ireland

In Ezekiel 21:27, YAHUAH says of the throne of David, “I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it, and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him.”

Some British-Israel teachers and others claim that this passage also refers to the fact that after YAH sent the nation of Judah into captivity, and punished the wicked prince Zedekiah, king of Judah, that he used Jeremiah the prophet to take the daughters of king Zedekiah to Ireland, where one of them married into another royal line of Judah, Prince Heremon, and thus David’s line was continued in Ireland. That was “one” overturn. The second occurred when the line was transferred, or overturned, and moved to Scotland. The “third” overturn was when it was moved from Scotland to present-day England. It will not be overturned again, says this same speculation, until the Messiah returns, whose “right” it is – that is, the Messiah will sit on the throne of His father David (Luke 1:32- 33).

These may be three historical “overturns” which constitute another fulfillment of the ancient prophecy. But historical “proof” of Jeremiah the prophet taking the king’s daughters to Ireland is woefully lacking.

Although stated in Herbert W. Armstrong’s book The United States and Britain in Prophecy as if it were a fact, and he copied the story word-for-word from Joseph Allen’s Judah’s Sceptre and Joseph’s Birthright, and British-Israel teachers have repeated the story incessantly, none of them have provided any source proof for this belief. Why do I say this? Because it is true. No scholarship of any value supports the claim!

Greg Doudna, former Ambassador College student, Dead Sea scroll scholar and historian, investigated this claim, and wrote: “they all seem to draw from previous British- Israel writings. They speak so confidently it sounds like there must be something in the annals to which they refer. The NAMES mentioned in the Tea-Tephi legend appear in the annals, true enough, but I have discovered they are TOTALLY DIFFERENT PERSONS IN THE ANNALS than the British-Israel legend makes them out to be. The annals simply don’t say what the British-Israel literature, or the Worldwide Church of God, SAY they say. It is a LEGEND that someone somewhere within British-Israel circles began, stated it as fact, and it has been repeated as fact within British-Israel circles ever since, down to the present day in which the Worldwide Church of God repeats it to millions. It may make an interesting story, but IT IS COMPLETELY FABRICATED” (Afterword on British-Israelism, p. 121).

Doudna added: “What the originators of the…legend did was simply combine famous, known figures in the annals, many centuries apart, and splice them together in a TOTALLY IMAGINARY RECONSTRUCTION.

“For example, who is Olam Fodla? In British-lsrael theory, and stated in the USBP, he is JEREMIAH, the aged prophet. In fact, Olam Fodla appears in the Irish legends as one of the greatest NATIVE MILESIAN KINGS. Unlike the British-lsrael books I examined, I will now actually QUOTE something from the annals. A poem quoted in one of the annals called the Book of Leinster, and identified by one of Ire- land’s early authorities on the annals, Eugene O’Curry , as written around the time of the birth of Messiah and of a very high degree of authority, has this to say of Olam Fodla, whom the WCG book, UNCRITICALLY REPEATING BRITISH-ISRAEL LEGEND, says was ‘Jeremiah.’ Does this read like a description of the biblical Jeremiah?

‘Ollam Fodhla, of furious valour, Who founded the Court of Ol1amh, Was the first heroic KING That instituted the Feast of Teamain [Tara]. FORTY sweet musical YEARS He held the high sovereignty of Erinn [Ireland]; And it was from him, with noble pride, The Ultonians took their name. Six kings of valiant career OF OLLAMH’S RACE reigned over Errin; For two hundred and ten full years, No other person came between them. . .’

“Dr. Herman Hoeh, the leading historian of British-Israelism in the Worldwide Church of God, was aware of the KING named Ollam Fodla. In the Irish kings list in his Compendium of World History, an Ollam Fodla is dated 714-674 B.C., with the appended comment, ‘Not the later prophet Ollamh Fodhla.’ In fact, THERE IS NO ‘SECOND,’ LATER OLLAM FODLA IN THE IRISH ANNALS who may be identified with JEREMIAH. There is only the ONE famous King Ollam Fodla”. (Doudna, Afterword on British-Israelism, pp. 121-123).

Doudna concludes, “”Perhaps the forger or forgers of the Jeremiah legend would have been better off if they had invented totally fictitious names, rather than taking famous characters in the annals (one from here, one from there. . .), and so obviously revealing WHERE they got the names. But whatever names might be chosen for Jere- miah and a daughter of Zedekiah, they would still FAIL TO RELATE to anything in the annals, despite what British-Israelites and the WCG tell the public” (Afterword on British-Israelism)

Obviously, Herbert W. Armstrong was not a scholar, but simply plagiarized material from British-Israel writers, as if it were indeed historical.

However, does this mean there is no connection between the throne of David and ancient Ireland? What is the real truth?

A Remarkable Prophecy

We read in the Psalms of David:

“I have made a COVENANT with my chosen, I have sworn unto David, my servant, Thy SEED will I establish FOREVER, and BUILD UP THY THRONE TO ALL GENERATIONS” (Psalm 89: 3-4).

Notice further, YAHUAH says:

“I have found David my servant; with my holy oil I have anointed him: With whom my hand shall be established: mine arm also shall strengthen him. . . . My mercy will I keep for him for evermore, and MY COVENANT shall stand fast with him. His SEED also will I make to endure for ever, and HIS THRONE AS THE DAYS OF HEAVEN. If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judge- ments; if they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments; then I will visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes. Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail. MY COVENANT WILL I NOT BREAK, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. Once I have sworn by my holiness that I will not lie unto David. His seed shall endure for ever, AND HIS THRONE AS THE SUN BEFORE ME. IT SHALL BE ESTABLISHED FOREVER AS THE MOON, AND AS A FAITHFUL WITNESS IN HEAVEN. Selah” (Psalm 89: 20-37).

This is an awesome prophecy – and promise! YAH said to David that his children would never cease to exist – his descendants or generational offspring would continue throughout the ages, without ever being “cut off.” Furthermore, YAHUAH promised Him – without any condition or reservations – that his THRONE would also endure forever!

This means clearly that the “throne of David” did not cease to exist with the overthrow of king Zedekiah! It had to continue somewhere on this earth! But where is it today?

Many believe that the throne of David was transferred to the British isles. There is astonishing evidence that David’s throne was established in Ireland by king David himself.

The Mysterious Ollamh Fodhla

The most famous king of early Ireland was Ollamh Fodhla, whose name means “chief poet.” But “olam” also has a meaning in Hebrew – it means “forever.” Was this a king with a heritage which was to last “forever”?

Ollamh Fodhla was not only recognized as a great poet – but also as a wise sage and a great legislator. He established the “Feast of Tara,” a festival which lasted seven days, in the fall. He was a true father to his people and an able statesman. He also established a school of learning at Tara (the Irish form of “Torah”). He organized the nation for efficiency, and his governmental precepts have endured throughout the ages. His governmental body consisted of the king (administration), priests (judicial branch), and representatives from the common people (Congress, or legislative branch). Thus the three branches of modern democratic government go back to him, as the originator!

According to one venerated ancient Irish chronology, The Annals of the Kingdom of Ireland, the arrival of the Milesian Scots to Ireland occurred in the time period shortly after the Exodus of the children of Israel from Egypt, and the conquest of Canaan, about 1440 B.C.

According to Irish annals, Ollamh Fodhla was also a great warrior-king. He besieged the city of Tara, killed the king, and took the throne by force. Also, according to the annals, his sons “succeeded him one after another as kings of this land without any other coming between them, which good never happened to no other before him.” This mighty king, then, was indeed a blessed figure. But who was he?

According to The Annals of the Kingdom of Ireland, Ollamh Fodhla’s reign lasted forty years, the same as king David’s. Not only that, they reigned at the very same time in history! That is, David’s reign, according to Ussher’s chronology of the Bible, occurred from 1056-1016 B.C. Ollamh Fodlah’s reign was from 1052-1012 B.C. – an almost perfect parallel! Both kings were noted as warriors, as poets, as wise legislators, and governors.

Was this mere coincidence? The likelihood of two kings, very similar in nature and ability and fame, living at the same time and both reigning for forty years, is extremely remote. Could Ollamh Fodlah be another name for king David? Is it possible that David visited Ireland during the latter portion of his life?

Some may object that Ireland is too far away from the Middle East, for David ever to have traveled there. However, David was close friends with king Hiram, of Tyre. The Phoenicians fleets were famous for their excursions beyond the pillars of Hercules, at the entrance of the Mediterranean. It has been documented that the Phoenician-Hebrews of the time of king Solomon, David’s son, possessed ocean-going fleets that traveled around the world, and even left evidence in New Mexico of their sojourn. They brought back tin, and other products, from as far away as Ireland and the British Isles, and even North America! I discuss this amazing fact in the September-October 2003 issue of Prophecy Flash, in an article titled “Did King Solomon’s Fleets Visit America?” Further documentation of these facts can be found in such books as Before Columbus, by Prof. Cyrus Gordon; America B.C., by Prof. Barry Fell; Discovery of Ancient America, by David Allen Deal; The History and Future of Israelite America, by Walter Baucum; and The Lost Ten Tribes of Israel – Found! by Steve Collins.

Therefore, strange as it may appear, there is really no reason to think that David, in his own excursions, could not have visited the island of Ireland where other branches of the Israelite peoples had already settled in the days following the Exodus from Egypt.

Interestingly, three miles north of Tara, is an Irish town named “Dowd’s Town” – that is, literally, David’s Town! Did king David visit Ireland? Dr. Herman L. Hoeh, historian, wrote in his Compendium of World History, volume 1:

“According to the Domestic Annals a consequent invasion of the Irish coast was planned to relieve the pressure from the drought. It occurred in 1016, near the end of the reign of king David of Israel. The invasion was successful. The Tuatha-de-Danaan [that is, Tribe of Dan – an Israelite tribe which abode in ships and settled Ireland in early times – see Judges 5:17] were forced to accept the new line of Royalty. . . .

“Did David Visit Ireland?

“Even to this day another of the names of the old site of Tara has been pre- served: Dowd’s Town – which means literally David’s Town, or Settlement of David. The name is found attached to an area three miles north of Tara Hill and half that distance from the old Tara Castle. . . . Is it possible that David king of Israel visited Ireland and Tara toward the end of his life, after the last rebellion in Palestine had been stamped out?

“Perhaps the enigmatic 29th chapter of Isaiah will take on new meaning in answer to this question:

‘Ah, Ariel, Ariel, the city where David encamped! Add ye year to year, Let the feasts come round!

Then will I distress Ariel, And there shall be mourning and moaning’ (Jewish translation).

“That this prophecy refers to the House of Israel is made plain from the context. The climax of the prophecy is the time of divine intervention in all human affairs. But why should the ‘city where David encamped’ symbolize the center of government of the house of Israel today? It is not a fitting expression for Jerusalem and Mt. Zion, for David did more than encamp there. He dwelt and ruled there! Notice further the name Ariel. Here is a city with the name Ariel. It symbolizes the same people as does Mt. Zion in prophecy, but it is not Mt. Zion. It is only a place where David encamped. . . . Was there at Tara a famous king with the name of Ariel whose blood line runs today in the British Royal Family? Indeed there was. Of the four sons of Gede the Heremon, only the line of Irial (Irish for Ariel) continued to rule from Tara. His name was as rare in Irish history as the name David was in Jewish history!

“These scant evidences of history are more than mere coincidence. No other place on earth bears the names of Eber, of Dan, of David, of Ariel. “At the time of the founding of Tara in 1016 an event occurred involving a beautiful woman who was ‘sorrowful to a harlot.’ The passage, quoted in the poem of Cuan O’Lochain . . . has never been fully understood. . . . But if David did visit Ireland, and if at the founding of Tara he gave his daughter Tamar in marriage to Irial, the son of Gede, then all becomes clear. Tamar had been violated by her half-brother. She left the scene of the unfortunate event in a torn garb and remained desolate – unmarried – in her brother Absalom’s house. See II Samuel 13. It was not until sometime after the death of Absalom that Tara was founded and that David was free of internal dissen- sion to depart for Ireland, very probably to give his disconsolate daughter in marriage to the prince of the line of Zarah” (Compendium, pages 424-426). Pharez and Zarah

It is very possible that ancient king David did visit the land of Ireland, and founded a town called Dowd’s Town or “David’s town,” and a college called “Tara” or “Torah,” during his lifetime. When he did so, he married his daughter Tamar into the line of Irish-Jewish nobility which had already migrated to that land.

David himself was descended from the Pharez line of Jewish kings. Who was Pharez? The origin of the Jewish kings is highly significant. In the days of Judah, the ancestor of the Jews, he took a wife named Tamar for his firstborn son Er. But Er was wicked before the Lord and the Lord put him to death (Gen.38:1-7). Judah then gave Tamar to his second son, Onan, who refused to perform the duty of a husband to his wife, and spilled his seed on the ground. So YAH put him to death, also (verses 8-10). Judah apparently was afraid to give his third son, Shelah, to Tamar to wed her, so she dressed up and pretended to be a prostitute, and seduced Judah himself to go in to her (Gen.38:12-20). He gave her his signet ring and staff until he was able to bring her a lamb in payment for her services.

But when he returned, the “prostitute” had disappeared. Three months later, it was noticed that Tamar was pregnant, and Judah was indignant, and brought her to trial before the elders of that time. At the trial, she informed him that the man who owned a particular signet ring and staff was the father of her child – and he saw that it was his own! Judah was amazed, dumbfounded – and felt very guilty, since he had not given her his youngest son to marry and raise children by her. We read in Genesis 38: “Then Judah acknowledged them and said, ‘She is more in the right than I, since I did not give her to my son Shelah’” (verse 26).

This intriguing story is in the Bible for a reason. When Tamar was ready to give birth, she had TWINS. “While she was in labor, one put out a hand; and the midwife took and bound on his hand a crimson thread saying, ‘This one came out first.’ But just then he drew back his hand, and out came his brother; and she said, ‘What a breach you have made for yourself!’ Therefore he was named Perez [“breach”]. Afterward his brother came out with the crimson thread on his hand; and he was named Zarah” (verses 28-30).

King David was of the Pharez line of Jewish kings. The descendants of Zarah, however, sired a line of powerful kings in exile, among the Jews who migrated to the region of northwestern Europe along with the other tribes of Israel.

The Red Hand and Scarlet Cord

History tells us that these Jews became identified as the Milesians, and their insignia was the “Red Hand” on their flag and coats of arms – a symbol which went back to Zarah himself, “who had the scarlet thread upon his hand” when he came out of the womb (Gen.38:30). Even today there is a ‘RED HAND” in the flag of Ulster – Northern Ireland! Three of Ulster’s six counties have the Red Hand as part of their official emblems. The ancient and traditional emblem of Ulster was – and still is – a Red Hand encircled by a Scarlet Cord!

This is certainly a most remarkable fact and clear evidence that there is a connection between the people of Ireland and the ancient tribe of Judah. This “red hand” is found nowhere else but in Scotland and Ireland!

Notice that in the record of the birth of the twins, Zarah’s hand was tied with a crimson cord, but Pharez came out first. This led to some disputation as to who was indeed the firstborn. Pharez was declared to be the firstborn, and the record of his descendants continues down through king David and his successors in the Middle East. However, the line of Zarah is not recorded in the Scriptures after the third generation! What happened? As these ancient genealogies were preserved with great care, it would indicate that his descendants were no longer in Israel but migrated elsewhere.

As descendants of Judah, their tribal emblem would still have been the rampant lion. As they were not considered the firstborn, it follows that resentment may have existed toward the line of Pharez. At any rate, instead of a tawny couchant lion, like Pharez, their symbol became a rampant RED lion. A second emblem which arose due to Zarah’s hand being tied with a red thread when it poked out from the womb is a scarlet cord. A Red Hand surrounded by a Scarlet Cord is unique – it draws attention to the circumstances of the birth of Zarah, son of Judah!

Where is this emblem found, among the nations today? Scotland and Ireland!

Ancient records relate that Zarah’s great grandson Calcol led a migration of fellow tribesmen westward to Spain, and founded a city which still bears the name of their ancestor – Zaragossa. The river on whose banks they founded Zaragossa was the Ebro – from “Hebrew.” To the land itself they gave the name “Iberia” – the land of the “Hiberi” or “Hebrews.”

Later Calcol and others moved northward to Ireland, calling their new home “Hiberland” or “Hibernia” and the islands to the north the “Hebrides.” They founded the kingdom of Ulster “shortly after the year 1600 B.C., and from that time until the present, a matter of nearly 3,600 years, the emblem of Ulster has been a Red Hand circled with a Scarlet Cord” (W. H. Bennett, Symbols of Our Celto-Saxon Heritage, p.114).

In Scotland, also, the Red Hand is a racial emblem used by at least fourteen of the ancient clan chiefs. Thus they, too, point to their heritage as being descended at least in part to the line of Zarah, son of Judah. The Scots, however, did not migrate from Ulster. Their own records state that they came from ancient Scythia and settled the western part of Scotland about A.D. 501. An ancient document in the Register House in Edinburgh, called the Declaration of Arbroath, consists of a letter written by the parliament and sent to the pope in A.D. 1320. It states that the Scots came from Scythia, lived a long time in Spain, and came to what is now called Scotland “1200 years after the outgoing of the people of Israel” (ibid., page 116).

Only descendants from Israel would date a historic document by an event which occurred to the people of Israel! Therefore, these ancient Scots – men from Scythia – had to be descendants of Israel! If we count backward 1200 years from 500 A.D., we come to 700 B.C. – the very time the northern kingdom of Israel was attacked by the Assyrian Empire, and carried off into captivity. At this time, many must have fled the oncoming Assyrian onslaught, and migrated to Spain and other Israelitish outposts in the Mediterranean world.

David and the Line of Zarah

If king David himself at one time visited Ireland, and gave his daughter to a descendant of the line of Zarah, to marry, such a marriage would have healed this breach which had occurred, and reunite the two lines of Jewish kings!

As we have seen, that is exactly what happened!

If this is the case, then when that throne was moved from Ireland to Scotland – “overturned” – that could constitute a second overturning. Then the “third” overturning could indeed have been the moving of that ancient throne from Scotland to Westminster Abbey, in London, England.

The British throne or coronation chair is still there, today.

Some might object to the theory that the British throne is related to David and constitutes David’s throne, since the descendant of David who intermarried with the Zarah line of Judah was in this case a woman – David’s own daughter. This, some might say, would not constitute a true “throne of David” as the throne had to be passed down through the male descendants. This is mere speculation, however. The intermarriage meant that the descendants would definitely have been of Davidic ancestry and David’s own blood-line. As a point of interest, the “Stone of Scone,” or “Jacob’s Pillar Stone,” was returned to Edinburgh castle in Scotland in 1996.

It remains a fact that the two kingly lines were united by marriage, and the daughter of David carried his own blood-line and all their descendants would have been of the blood-line of David himself and qualified to sit on his throne. 

Prophecy Fulfilled!

Thus the “throne of David” ceased to exist in Israel, when the monarchy was destroyed, with the death of the last king, Zedekiah. However, another “line of David” had been begun in Ireland, and transferred later to Scotland, and then to England, and the English monarchy therefore traces back to both the lines of Pharez and Zara, the two sons of Judah by Tamar, and includes the lineage of king David himself through his daughter.

What a remarkable and wonderful story! Thus Elizabeth, Queen of Great Britain, is a descendant of king David of Israel, and is of the royal Davidic blood-line herself. David’s throne, as prophecy states, would endure to all generations, as long as the sun and moon continued to exist.

As we read in the Psalms of David, YAHUAH declared: 

“I have made a COVENANT with my chosen, I have sworn unto David, my servant, Thy SEED will I establish FOREVER, and BUILD UP THY THRONE TO ALL GENERATIONS” (Psalm 89: 3-4). 

“His SEED also will I make to endure for ever, and HIS THRONE AS THE DAYS OF HEAVEN. If his children forsake my law, and walk not in my judgements; if they break my statutes, and keep not my commandments, then I will visit their transgression with the rod, and their iniquity with stripes. Nevertheless my lovingkindness will I not utterly take from him, nor suffer my faithfulness to fail. 

“MY COVENANT WILL I NOT BREAK, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips. Once I have sworn by my holiness that I will not lie unto David. His seed shall endure for ever, AND HIS THRONE AS THE SUN BEFORE ME. IT SHALL BE ESTABLISHED FOREVER AS THE MOON, AND AS A FAITHFUL WITNESS IN HEAVEN. Selah” (Psalm 89:29-37). 

The sun and moon continue to exist, today, and so does the “throne of David”! After centuries of intermarriage, and wars, and conquests, and three major “overturns,” it still exists today! What a remarkable fulfillment of Biblical prophecy! Here is another major proof that the Elohim of the Bible is the TRUE Elohim, for who but He could make a promise for thousands of years into the future, and then insure that it comes to pass throughout every succeeding generation – a promise now three thousand years old and still holding true and steadfast in our end-time generation!

WHERE ARE THE LOST 10 TRIBES OF YISRAEL?

Let’s look at some more scriptures other than the ones already mentioned that are in the New Testament (Renewed Covenant) that refer to the 10 tribes of Ephraim Yisrael. 

Matt. 19:28 – YAHUSHA tells the disciples they will sit upon 12 thrones judging the 12 tribes of Yisrael. Obviously, for all 12 tribes to be judged, the lost 10 will have to be restored (also see Luke 22:30).

Matt. 21:43 – YAHUSHA tells the priests and the elders of the Yahudiym (Jews) that the Kingdom of YAHUAH shall be taken from them and given to a nation (tribe) bringing forth the fruits thereof. The kingdom was taken from the Yahudiym (Jews) and given to Yisrael (the elect), for the last 2,000 years have mainly been gentiles (made up mostly of Yisraelites who have forgotten their heritage).

Matt. 24:14 – When the disciples asked YAHUSHA about the sign of his coming and the end of the age, one of the things he told them in Matt.24:14 was that this Besorah (gospel) of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then the end shall come. 

This I believe to be the message the two witnesses of Revelation will preach. They will preach the good news of the Restoration of the Kingdom of Yisrael, essentially the two house message we now proclaim. 

Luke 1:33 – YAUSHA shall reign over the house of Jacob forever; – this includes all 12 tribes of Yisrael. 

Luke 4:27 – And many lepers were in Yisrael in the time of Eliseus, the prophet. 

This doesn’t refer to the 10 tribes, but I wanted to call your attention to a blatant bad translation. (like using the word “Easter” instead of Passover in Acts 12:4.) The prophet in the Old Testament they are referring to was Elisha. 

Elisha means, “My El is savior”. 

Eliseus literally means, “My El is Zeus”. This was no accident that this was translated in this manner. 

Similar things have been done in other places by the translators of the KJV version of the bible. 

It pays to be alert to things like this. This is the reason I reject the name “Jesus”. 

Our savior’s name is YAHUSHA, the “Salvation of YAH or YAHUAH saves”. The other is not even remotely close. 

John 1:14-16 – YAHUSHA is the good shepherd (Ezek. 34:12) and said “Other sheep I have which are not of this fold.” (He is speaking to the Yahudiym (Jews) referring to Ephraim Yisrael) “, them also must I bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there will be one fold and one shepherd”. (See also Ezek. 37:24 – The two sticks of Yisrael prophecy). 

John 11:51-52 – Caiaphas the high priest prophesied that YAHUSHA should die for that nation (Jews) and not for that nation (tribe) only, but that “he should gather together in one the children of YAHUAH that were scattered abroad. ” 

This ought to make chills run up your spine. 

49 This is speaking of Ephraim Yisrael which were scattered in 721 BCE. 

Yahudah (Judah) was back in their land when this prophecy was made, so it can’t be referring to them. This also proves that the 10 tribes didn’t return during Hezekiah’s reign and during the Josiah revival as some try to allege. 

Only Yahudah (Judah) returned from Babylon as a nation. There were a few from the other 10 tribes, but not on a national basis. 

There was an innumerable host of Yisraelites that were still in exile according to Josephus during YAHUSHA’s ministry. 

These are the lost sheep of the house of Yisrael (Matt 10:6, 15:24). 

Acts 2:36, 39 – Spoken to all the house of Yisrael and in verse 39, it says “For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as YAHUAH our Elohim shall call.” Again, Ephraim is described in many verses as being “afar off.”

Acts 26:6-7 – Paul refers to the promise of YAHUAH to their fathers; unto which promise our 12 tribes……hope to come. 

Again, this proves Paul was expecting the restoration of the kingdom to Yisrael in which all 12 tribes hope to come. 

Paul spoke a lot about the return of the Lo-Ami (not a people). He referred to them as gentiles. If you trace the migrations of the Celts and Scythians, you’ll see that Paul went to them first, as the lost sheep of the House of Yisrael. I have already covered the Lo-Ami of Romans 9 and 10.

Rom. 10:11 – …salvation is come unto the gentiles, for to provoke the Yahudiym (Jews) to jealousy. 

These gentiles are the Lo-Ami of Rom. 10:19. 

Rom. 11:17-28 – This is where Paul is calling the gentiles a “wild olive tree” that are grafted into the natural olive tree. All must be grafted into the tree of Yisrael for salvation is of the Yahudi (Jews) (the natural tree and the Messiah). This is the two stick prophecy where they are both grafted into one tree. 

It is called a mystery in verse 25, that blindness in part is happened to Yisrael (Judah and Ephraim), until the fullness of the gentiles be come in. 

This is the Melo HaGoyim of Genesis 48:19. This was spoken to Joseph by Jacob concerning Ephraim. 

And so ALL Yisrael shall be saved: (v.26). Salvation will come to all 12 tribes, to the elect – those who accept YAHUSHA. 

They are all grafted into the natural olive tree (YIsrael). Those Yahudiym (Jews) who reject YAHUSHA will be broken off the tree and the gentiles who reject him will not be grafted in. 

All Yisrael is not Yisrael. 

The blindness is upon both houses of Yisrael at present. Yahudah (Judah) rejects the Messiah and Ephraim rejects the Torah. 

Each one needs both to be complete in one. 

The Corinthians were most likely Ephraimites: 

Paul admonishes them to keep the Feast in I Cor. 5:8 and also says he would not that they be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed though the sea (I Cor. 10:1-2). 

Did you ever wonder that if the law is done away, why did Paul keep the Feasts and tell the Corinthians to do likewise?

The Galatians were also most likely Yisrael in Exile, in fact, the word for exile in Hebrew is “galut”(GLT). 

This is the same root as the name Galatia or Galut-yah, which means “exiles of YAHUAH.” 

Hebrews 8:8 – This is speaking about changes in the priesthood. The important thing I want to show here is that it is with the house of Yisrael and with the house of Yahudah (Judah). The renewed covenant is only made with the House of Yisrael and the House of Yahudah (Judah), no one else. 

However, one becomes Yisrael by belief in YAHUSHA and is grafted into the Olive tree of Yisrael. 

Hebrews 12:23 – “To the general assembly and the assembly of the firstborn…”. You can interpret this two ways. You could say it is the assembly of YAHUSHA, as the firstborn from the dead, or it could refer to Yisrael. 

Yisrael is called by YAHUAH, His eternal firstborn. Exo. 4:22. Ephraim is also called YAHUAH’s firstborn in Jer. 31: 9.

James 1:1 – The Book of James is written to the 12 tribes which are scattered abroad. The real name of James is Ya’aqob (Jacob).

It was called James in honor of King James who sponsored the KJV translation. 

The above, again proves the twelve tribes were scattered at the time of the writing of the book of James and had not been gathered at this time, as some claim. 

Many of the Yahudiym (Jews) remained in Babylon and did not return, so were also included in those scattered abroad. Reference to these is found also in I Pet. 5:13.

We have already touched upon I Peter as being written to the northern kingdom (Yisrael) in exile. 

The second epistle of John was written to the Northern Kingdom in exile as she is called the elect lady in 2 John 1:1. 

And in verse 13 it says, “The children of thy elect sister greet thee. The Northern Kingdom’s sister is Yahudah (Judah). They are called sisters in Ezek. 23:4.

Rev. 7:4-8 – This is a list of those tribes in which the 144,000 are sealed of all the tribes of the children of Yisrael. I had some preacher tell me that since Ephraim is not mentioned here, he is excluded from salvation. 

I told him his ignorance was showing, because this list includes the tribe of Manasseh and the tribe of Joseph. 

Joseph had two sons that had tribes named for them. They were Manasseh and Ephraim. Who did he think was being referred to as the tribe of Joseph? 

It can only be Ephraim since Manasseh was already mentioned. 

Rev. 21:12 – The holy Jerusalem has 12 gates on which the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Yisrael are written.

Proves YAHUAH has not discarded the 10 tribes of Ephraim Yisrael. 

Some teach too that the church has replaced Yisrael. 

Is there a “church” gate named here anywhere? 

There are more references to the 10 tribes in exile in the New Testament that I haven’t listed above. The apostles and early assembly understood there was to be a future reunification of the kingdom and assumed those to whom they wrote the epistles understood this also. 

This basic understanding of the early assembly was such that nothing needed to be said about the Law being eternal or swine’s flesh still being unclean and never considered to be food. They all knew it. 

Peter recognized that Paul’s words were not always understood and were being twisted, to the destruction of those unstable individuals. 

2 Peter 3:15 And account that the longsuffering of our Adonai is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you; 16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

When I became aware of the Two House Restoration, my understanding of prophecy blossomed. The scriptures suddenly just opened up and became understandable. 

I feel I have been blessed with this knowledge of what is to transpire and who we are in YAHUSHA and what is in our future. 

I don’t believe a person can fully understand the New Testament without a good grasp of the Old Testament. 

The Old Testament was all the early assembly had until letters began to be written to the various assemblies. These letters usually referred to some doctrine found in the Old Testament and explained it either as having its fulfillment in the ministry of YAHUSHA or their future applications. 

Paul’s audience was mostly Yahudi (Jews) who were familiar with Torah and the prophets. They knew what Paul meant when he was talking about the law. Paul didn’t have to go into detail and explain the basic tenets of the law and what part of the law he was making reference to (Sacrificial law, moral law, etc.). 

Is it possible, that mainstream Christianity has been mistaken regarding the abolishing of the law? 

Undoubtedly! 

After all, we see in Rev. 12:17; 14:12 and 22:14 that the Saints of YAHUAH are those who have the testimony of YAHUSHA AND keep the Commandments of YAHUAH. 

They need to come back to Torah, keep the Ten Commandments (all ten of them), the Sabbaths and Feasts.

They need to dump their substitute “holy” days that were derived from pagan sources. (Xmas, Easter, Halloween, etc.).

Turn back from fables and doctrines of demons and men to the pure word of YAHUAH. 

Develop a love for the truth and you will be blessed by it. Our Father will then reward you by keeping you from the strong delusion that is come upon all the earth (2 Thess. 2:10-12).

The Seal of YAHUAH or The Mark of The Beast

A “Seal” is arguably the most important part of a legal document. Without the Seal, the words on the paper would be, well, just words on paper. They would have no power. With a seal attached, however, the words become law. The Seal carries the full weight of Authority and Power which belongs to the (1) One which owns the Seal. 

All Seals contain (3) three elements. Without these, a Seal could not function; it would not represent the one it is supposed to symbolize. These (3) three key elements are: 

1.The Name of the Law giver; 2.The Title of the Law giver; 3.The Authority of the Law giver; the dominion over which he rules. 

The Ruler of the Universe also has a Seal. This seal, like the Seals of Earthly Kingdoms, is found in His Torah (law). In fact, it is part of His Torah (law). The Divine Law that is to govern all is the (10) Ten Commandment Law. The (1st) first (4) four Commandments cover man’s responsibility to his Maker; the last (6) Six govern man’s actions toward his fellow Man.

Of all the Commandments, only the (4th) fourth Commandment contains the name, title and authority of the Great Lawgiver.

Remember the Sabbath day to keep it QODESH (Holy). (6) Six days shall you labour, and do all your work: But the (7th) Seventh day is the Sabbath of YAHUAH your ELOHIYM: in it you shall not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger that is within your gates: For in (6) six days YAHUAH made Shamyim (Heavens) and Earth, the Sea, and all that in them is, and rested the (7th) Seventh day: wherefore YAHUAH Baruch (Blessed) the Sabbath day, and Set it Apart it. Exodus 20:8-11

Thus, the (4th) fourth Commandment is itself the seal of YAHUAH because it contains the (3) three elements necessary for all seals – plus (1) one – it also has a DATE!

•NAME: YAHUAH •TITLE: ELOAH/ELOHIYM

•AUTHORITY & DOMINION: Shamyim (Heavens) and Earth, the Sea, and all that’s in them is

•DATE: Day 7 – that was the date on Earth – right after Creation.

The Sabbath, which contains the Seal of YAHUAH, is ultimately a Sign of Loyalty. It differentiates between those who serve YAHUAH and those who do not.

Rebellion and Disobedience to the Torah (law) has always been the Mark of HaSatan’s kingdom. On the other hand, loyalty to the Torah (law) is a Sign that distinguishes the chosen believers of YAHUAH’s Kingdom. YAHUSHA clearly explained that real proof of love for YAHUAH was found in the heart-response to His Torah (law): “If you love Me, you will keep My Commandments.” John 14:15

For the Son of Man is Master of the Sabbath.” Matthew 12:8 

YAHUAH’s people, as subjects of his Kingdom, love the Law Giver. Thus, they obey the Great Law of Love. Worship on the true Sabbath is their pledge of allegiance to their Creator. Scripture even states that the Sabbath was given to be a Sign between YAHUAH and His people. Surely My Sabbaths you shall keep, for it is a Sign between Me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am . . . YAHUAH who sanctifies you.” Exodus 31:13

So set yourselves apart to be QODOSH (Holy), for I am YAHUAH your ELOAH. You shall keep My statutes and practice them; I am YAHUAH who makes you QODOSH. Leviticus 20:7

And he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. Mark 2:2

(3) THREE COVENANT SIGNS BETWEEN YAHUAH AND THE IVRIYM (HEBREWS)

1. Circumcision a Sign between YAHUAH and his People (Children): “And you shall be circumcised in the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be the sign of the Covenant between Me and you.” Genesis 17:11 

2. Passover blood a Sign between YAHUAH and his People (Children): “And the blood shall be a Sign for you on the houses where you live” Exodus 12:13 

3. Sabbath a Sign between YAHUAH and his People (Children): Exodus 31:13-17; Ezekiel 20:12

YAHUAH’s GIFT OF PROTECTION

The promise of protection, spiritual protect given to those that are willing to follow and obey the divine directions given within the Torah & the whole of the Tanakh. This protection is guaranteed to those that keep (honor) and worship on the 7th Day Sabbath, (The New Month) and the (7) Seven yearly feasts.

From New (Month) to New (Month), and from Sabbath to Sabbath

(7th Day), all flesh shall come to worship before me, declares YAHUAH. Isaiah 66:23

Worship of our creator YAHUAH is far more important than people realize. “You are to speak to the people of Yashar’el and say, ‘Above all you shall keep my Sabbaths, for this is a Sign/Mark between me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I, YAHUAH, QODOSH you. You shall keep the Sabbath, because it is QODESH (Holy) for you. Exodus 31:13-14

WHAT IS THE SEAL (SIGN/MARK) OF YAHUAH?

Within the Torah, which is Genesis through Deuteronomy (Hebrew word Torah means “Instruction” or “Teaching”) we read the following:

And it shall serve as a Sign/Mark to you on your hand, and as a reminder on your forehead (Mind), that the Torah (law) of YAHUAH may be in your mouth; for with a powerful hand YAHUAH brought you out of Egypt. Exodus 13:9

It shall serve as a Sign on your Hand and as an emblem on your Forehead (Mind) that by strength of hand YAHUAH brought us out of Egypt. Exodus 13:16

SIGN in the Hebrew means אות’ oth Oth Mark or Sign.

Hand in the Hebrew mean yad (yawd), left hand, Hand means left hand.

Frontlets (Mind) in the Hebrew Strongs # H2903 טופפה tophaphah (to-faw-faw) From an unused root meaning to go around or bind; a fillet for the forehead: – frontlet. frontlet means forehead (Mind). Deuteronomy. 6:7

And YOU shall teach them diligently unto your children, and shall talk of them when YOU sit in your house, and when YOU walk by the way, and when YOU lie down, and when YOU risest up. Deuteronomy 6:8

Therefore shall you lay up these, my words in YOUR Heart and in YOUR Soul, and bind them for a Sign (MARK) upon YOUR hand (LEFT HAND), that they may be as frontlets (FOREHEAD/MIND) between YOUR eyes.

What we immediately notice from these passages and leaps from the pages is almost the exact same phrase is used with respect to a Mark or Sign!

However, the passages from Torah show the Mark to be the Mark/Sign of YAHUAH and is upon the Left hand, whereas the passage from Revelation refers to the Mark of the Beast and the Mark is upon the Right hand (Opposite).

The Hebrew word rendered “Sign” is presented by the Enhanced Strong’s Lexicon to be a Sign, a distinguishing Mark, an Omen, a Token, etc. The root word from which it derives implies “to consent” or “to agree.” This is almost certainly the word John was considering when he wrote Revelation, since John was a Hebrew man that spoke Hebrew as his native tongue and lived, thought, and wrote entirely from his Hebraic world view.

So, what we have here is the equivalent word used in Revelation. They both mean exactly the same thing! The word translated as “Mark” in Revelation and “Sign” in Torah are the same word that has simply been written in the separate languages of Hebrew and Greek and translated into English.

Unlike the Mark of the Beast, the Mark of YAHUAH is easily grasped from the direct reading of the passages in which it is mentioned.

There is no need for speculative theories to determine the definition of the Sign or Mark of YAHUAH.

Lets let YAHUAH ELOHIYM – the Almighty Creator – tell us from His ETERNAL Torah what the Mark/Sign is that those devoted to Him will choose to accept of their own free will.

YAHUAH’s Mark or Sign, his Seal – is obvious. 

All that is required for one to determine the meaning is to simply read the Scripture. And it shall be for a Sign unto YOU upon YOUR hand, and for a memorial between YOUR eyes, (alternate rendering of “on your foreh’ead” in your Mind) that YAHUAH’s Torah (law) may be in YOUR mouth: for with a strong hand has YAHUAH brought YOU out of Egypt. … 16 And it shall be for a token upon YOUR hand, and for frontlets between YOUR eyes (alternate rendering of “on your forehead” in your Mind): for by strength of hand YAHUAH brought us forth out of Egypt. Exodus 13:9-16

So, here in Exodus 13 YAHUAH presents us with a Sign (Mark) that we may choose to accept or reject.

However, as you will see with your continued study of this topic, Passover is actually a sign WITHIN a much broader and central Sign or Mark of YAHUAH.

The Sign of Deuteronomy 6:1 Now this is the Commandment, and these are the Statutes and Judgments which YAHUAH your ELOHIYM has Commanded to teach you, that you may observe them in the land which you are crossing over to possess, 2. that you may fear YAHUAH your ELOHIYM, to keep all His statutes and His Commandments which I Command you, you and your son and your grandson, all the days of your life, and that your days may be prolonged. 3. Therefore hear, O Yashar’el, and be careful to observe it, that it may be well with you, and that you may multiply greatly as YAHUAH ELOHIYM of your fathers has promised you – a land flowing with milk and honey. 4. Hear, O Yashar’el: YAHUAH our ELOHIYM, YAHUAH is (1) one! 5. You shall love YAHUAH your ELOHIYM with all your Heart, with all your Soul, and with all your Strength.

THE TEST OF LOVE FOR YAHUAH IS OBEDIENCE TO HIS ETERNAL TORAH!

6. And these words which I Command you today shall be in your Heart. 7. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. 8. You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. (alternate rendering of “on your forehead” In your Mind) 9. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates. YAHUAH’s Torah – teachings – shall be the focus of your life) 10. So it shall be, when YAHUAH your ELOHIYM brings you into the land of which He swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give you large and beautiful cities which you did not build, 11. houses full of all good things, which you did not fill, hewn-out wells which you did not dig, vineyards and olive trees which you did not plant – when you have eaten and are full. 12. then beware, lest you forget YAHUAH who brought you out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage. 13. You shall fear YAHUAH your ELOHIYM and serve Him, and shall take oaths in His name. 14. You shall not go after other elohiyms, the elohiyms of the peoples who are all around you. 15. for YAHUAH your ELOHIYM is a jealous ELOHIYM among you, lest the anger of YAHUAH your ELOHIYM be aroused against you and destroy you from the face of the earth. 16. You shall not tempt YAHUAH your ELOHIYM as you tempted Him in Massah. 17. You shall diligently keep the Commandments of YAHUAH your ELOHIYM, His testimonies, and His statutes which He has Commanded you. Deuteronomy 6:1-17

To further impress upon you the full meaning of the Sign/Mark (Seal) of YAHUAH we will include the crucial context in which Deuteronomy 11:18 resides. 18 Therefore you shall lay up these words of mine in your Heart and in your Soul, and bind them as a Sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. (“on your forehead”, in your Mind) 19 You shall teach them to your children, speaking of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. 20 And you shall write them on the doorposts of your house (Your Temple) and on your gates (Your Eyes), YAHUAH’s Torah – teachings – shall be the focus of your life) 21 that your days and the days of your children may be multiplied in the land of which YAHUAH swore to your fathers to give them, like the days of the Shamyim (Heavens) above the earth. 22 For if you carefully keep all these Commandments which I Command you to do – to Love YAHUAH your ELOHIYM, to walk in all His ways (obedience is the test of true love for YAHUAH, and to hold fast to Him. 23 then YAHUAH will drive out all these nations from before you, and you will dispossess greater and mightier nations than yourselves. 24 Every place on which the sole of your foot treads shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the River Euphrates, even to the Western Sea, shall be your territory. 25 No man shall be able to stand against you; YAHUAH your ELOHIYM will put the dread of you and the fear of you upon all the land where you tread, just as He has said to you. 26 Behold, I set before you today YAHUAH gives you a choice) a Barachah (Blessing) and a Curse: 27 the Barachah (Blessing), if you obey the Commandments of YAHUAH your ELOHIYM, which I Command you today; 28 and the Curse, if you do not obey the Commandments of YAHUAH your ELOHIYM, but turn aside from the way which I Command you today, to go after other elohiyms which you have not known. Deuteronomy 11:18-28

As we see, the Sign of YAHUAH, which He tells us to bind as “a Sign on YOUR hand, and they shall be as frontlets between YOUR eyes” (on YOUR forehead” In YOUR Mind) is TORAH (10 Commandments and QODESH (Holy) Festival Days).

So, here we see a verse which shows Torah (Hebrew for Instructions or Teachings) is The SIGN or MARK accepted by those that are the True Chosen Children of YAHUAH!

How can anyone with the ability to read (or hear) not see the obvious message presented in these verses. The Mark of YAHUAH is unmistakably and repeatedly stated to be HIS Eternal Torah (Law)!

In both contexts of Deuteronomy, which define the Sign (Mark) of YAHUAH, we find:

1. YAHUAH GIVES US A CHOICE! 

2. We are to obey the Torah (Instructions or Teaching) 

3. We are to teach the Torah (Instructions or Teaching) 

4. We are to talk of the Torah (Instructions or Teaching) 

5. We are to show that we love YAHUAH through obedience to Torah (Instructions or Teaching) 

6. We are to LIVE the Torah by sincerely striving to obey YAHUAH whom we claim to love. 

7. We are given the chance to accept the Mark of YAHUAH, which is undeniably the Eternal Teachings given through Moshe (Moses) – THE TORAH!!! 

Note: With both the Mark of YAHUAH and the Mark of the Beast we are given a choice. From the beginning of time – the exact same choice has existed. The “Mark of the Beast” is nothing new! The choice was, is, and will be whether to choose and accept the Mark of YAHUAH or the Mark of the Beast.

YAHUAH COMMANDS US TO WORSHIP HIM AS A COVENANT SIGN

Weekly 7th Day Sabbath. “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it QODESH (Holy). 9“(6) Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10but the (7th) seventh day is a Sabbath of YAHUAH your ELOHIYM; in it you shall not do any work, you or your son or your daughter, your male or your female servant or your cattle or your sojourner who stays with you. 11“For in (6) six days YAHUAH made the Shamyim (Heavens) and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and rested on the (7th) seventh day; therefore YAHUAH Baruch (Blessed) the Sabbath day and made it QODESH (Holy). Exodus 20:8

Therefore the people of Yashar’el shall keep the Sabbath, observing the Sabbath throughout their generations, as a COVENANT forever. Exodus 31:16

Monthly New Month. On the Sabbaths and New Month (beginning of the New Month) the people of the land are to Worship in the presence of YAHUAH at the entrance of that gateway. Ezekiel 46:3

Seven Annual Feast Days.

We are Required to keep some FOREVER as a Sign/Mark. 

(1). Passover (Pesach)

(2). Feast of Unleavened Bread. “This day shall be for you a Memorial Day, and you shall keep it as a feast to YAHUAH; throughout your generations, as a statute FOREVER, you shall keep it as a feast. Exodus 12:14

(3). Feast of Firstfruits (Wave Sheaf) 

(4). Pentecost (Shavuoth)

(5). Feast of Trumpets (Yom Teruah) 

(6). Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur)

(7). Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot). You shall Celebrate it as a feast to YAHUAH for (7) seven days in the year. It is a statute FOREVER throughout your generations; you shall celebrate it in the (7th) seventh month. Leviticus 23:41

Feasts of YAHUAH Leviticus 23:1-44

YAHUAH spoke to Moshe (Moses), saying, 2 “Speak to the people of Yashar’el and say to them, These are the appointed feasts of YAHUAH that you shall proclaim as QODESH (Holy) assembly (convocations); they are MY Appointed Feasts.

The Sabbath (Covenant)

3 “(6) Six days shall work be done, but on the (7th) seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn Rest, a QODESH (Holy) convocation. You shall do no work. It is a Sabbath to YAHUAH in all your dwelling places.

The Passover (Blood Seal, Covenant of Protection)

4 “These are the appointed feasts of YAHUAH, the QODESH (Holy) assembly, which you shall proclaim at the time appointed for them. 5 In the (1st) first month, on the (14th) fourteenth day of the month at twilight, is YAHUAH’s Passover. 6 And on the (15th) fifteenth day of the same month is the Feast of Unleavened Bread to YAHUAH; for (7) seven days you shall eat unleavened bread. 7 On the (1st) first day you shall have a QODESH (Holy) convocation; you shall not do any ordinary work. 8 But you shall present a food offering to YAHUAH for (7) seven days. On the (7th) seventh day is a QODESH (Holy) assembly; you shall not do any ordinary work.”

The Feast of Firstfruits (Thanksgiving)

9 And YAHUAH spoke to Moshe (Moses), saying, 10 “Speak to the people of Yashar’el and say to them, When you come into the land that I give you and reap its harvest, you shall bring the sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest to the priest, 11 and he shall wave the Sheaf before YAHUAH, so that you may be accepted. On the day after the Sabbath the priest shall wave it. 

The Feast of Weeks (Remembering and Counting down) 

15 “You shall count (7) seven full weeks from the day after the Sabbath, from the day that you brought the sheaf of the wave offering. 16 You shall count (50) fifty days to the day after the (7th) seventh Sabbath. Then you shall present a grain offering of new grain to YAHUAH. 17 You shall bring from your dwelling places (2) two loaves of bread to be waved, made of (2) two tenths of an ephah. They shall be of fine flour, and they shall be baked with leaven, as firstfruits to YAHUAH.18 And you shall present with the bread (7) seven lambs a year old without blemish, and one bull from the herd and (2) two rams. They shall be a burnt offering to YAHUAH, with their grain offering and their drink offerings, a food offering with a pleasing aroma to YAHUAH. 19 And you shall offer (1) one male goat for a Sin offering, and (2) two male lambs a year old as a sacrifice of Shalum (Peace) offerings. 20 And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits as a wave offering before YAHUAH, with the (2) two lambs. They shall be QODESH (Holy) to YAHUAH for the priest. 21 And you shall make a proclamation on the same day. You shall hold a QODESH (Holy) assembly (convocation). You shall not do any ordinary work. It is a statute forever in all your dwelling places throughout your generations. 22 “And when you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not reap your field right up to its edge, nor shall you gather the gleanings after your harvest. You shall leave them for the poor and for the sojourner: I am YAHUAH your ELOAH.”

The Feast of Trumpets (Blowing of the Shofar declaring the return of Messiah)

23 And YAHUAH spoke to Moshe (Moses), saying, 24 “Speak to the people of Yashar’el, saying, In the (7th) seventh month, on the (1st) first day of the month, you shall observe a day of solemn rest, a Memorial proclaimed with blast of Shofar (trumpets), a QODESH (Holy) assembly (convocation). 25 You shall not do any ordinary work, and you shall present a food offering to YAHUAH.”

The Day of Atonement (Reconciliation of YAHUAH and Humankind)

26 And YAHUAH spoke to Moshe (Moses), saying, 27 “Now on the (10th) tenth day of this (7th) seventh month is the Day of Atonement. It shall be for you a time of QODESH (Holy) convocation, and you shall afflict yourselves and present a food offering to YAHUAH. 28 And you shall not do any work on that very day, for it is a Day of Atonement, to make atonement for you before YAHUAH your ELOAH. 29 For whoever is not afflicted on that very day shall be cut off from his people. 30 And whoever does any work on that very day, that person I will destroy from among his people. 31 You shall not do any work. It is a statute FOREVER throughout your generations in all your dwelling places. 32 It shall be to you a Sabbath of Solemn Rest, and you shall afflict yourselves. On the (9th) ninth day of the month beginning at evening, from evening to evening shall you keep your Sabbath.”

The Feast of Booths (Dwell/Reside with YAHUSHA Forever!

33 And YAHUAH spoke to Moshe (Moses), saying, 34 “Speak to the people of Yashar’el, saying, On the (15th) fifteenth day of this (7th) seventh month and for (7) seven days is the Feast of Booths to YAHUAH. 35 On the (1st) first day shall be a QODESH (Holy) assembly (convocation); you shall not do any ordinary work. 36 For (7) seven days you shall present food offerings to YAHUAH. On the (8th) eighth day you shall hold a QODESH (Holy) assembly (convocation) and present a food offering to YAHUAH. It is a solemn assembly; you shall not do any ordinary work. 37 “These are the appointed feasts of YAHUAH, which you shall proclaim as times of QODESH (Holy) convocation, for presenting to YAHUAH food offerings, burnt offerings and grain offerings, sacrifices and drink offerings, each on its proper day, 38 besides YAHUAH’s Sabbaths and besides your gifts and besides all your vow offerings and besides all your freewill offerings, which you give to YAHUAH. 39 “On the (15th) fifteenth day of the (7th) seventh month, when you have gathered in the produce of the land, you shall celebrate the feast of YAHUAH (7) seven days. On the (1st) first day shall be a solemn rest, and on the (8th) eighth day shall be a solemn rest. 40 And you shall take on the (1st) first day the fruit of splendid trees, branches of palm trees and boughs of leafy trees and willows of the brook, and you shall rejoice before YAHUAH your ELOAH (7) seven days. 41 You shall celebrate it as a feast to YAHUAH (7) for seven days in the year. It is a statute FOREVER throughout your generations; you shall celebrate it in the (7t) seventh month. 42 You shall dwell in booths for (7) seven days. All native Yashar’e’liym shall dwell in booths, 43 that your generations may know that I made the people of Yashar’el dwell in booths when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am YAHUAH your ELOAH.” 44 Thus Moshe (Moses) declared to the people of Yashar’el the appointed feasts of YAHUAH.

THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL COMMANDMENTS!

The very words of YAHUSHA HAMASHIACH (the Messiah) in the following passage as he quotes Deuteronomy 6:4-5. And one of the scribes came and heard them arguing, and recognizing that He had answered them well, asked Him, “What Commandment is the foremost of all?” 29 YAHUSHA answered, “The foremost is, ‘HEAR, O YASHAR’EL! YAHUAH OUR ELOAH IS ONE; 30 AND YOU SHALL LOVE YAHUAH YOUR ELOAH WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND, AND WITH ALL YOUR STRENGTH.’

Mark 12:28-30 A parallel passage from Matthew 22:36-40 presents the (2nd) second most important Commandment.

Adon, which is the Great Commandment in the Torah (law)? 37 YAHUSHA said unto him, YOU shall love YAHUAH YOUR ELOAH with all YOUR Heart, and with all YOUR Soul, and with all YOUR Mind. 38 This is the (1st) first and Great Commandment. 39 And the (2nd) second is like unto it, YOU shall love YOUR neighbor as YOURself. 40 On these (2) two Commandments hang all the Torah (law) and the Prophets. Matthew 22:36-40

The “Shema” YAHUSHA is quoting in Matthew chapter 22 and Mark chapter 12 is inseparable from and included within the Mark of YAHUAH! 

The Shema that YAHUSHA quoted here is from the verses previously quoted from Deuteronomy, which is itself part of Torah (Torah is Genesis through Deuteronomy).

Hear, O Yashar’el! YAHUAH our ELOAH, YAHUAH is (1) One! 5 “And you shall love YAHUAH your ELOAH with all your Heart and with all your Soul and with all your Might. Deuteronomy 6:4-5

YAHUAH is One (1) The Shema, in the Hebrew actually emphasized that YAHUAH A-L-O-N-E is the Eternal ELOAH! The Shema is The foundational element of the “Mark of YAHUAH”. Since traditional Christianity and Messianic Judaism have forsaken the truth of the (1) One ELOAH, most reject, through their promotion of another elohiym, this “foremost Commandment”. Here YAHUSHA is elevating the Shema – the recognition of the (1) One and ONLY ELOAH, YAHUAH – to the status of the most important Commandment of all. Most miss this entirely because of their failure to understand the exalted importance YAHUSHA places upon the recognition of (1) ONE (not 3 in 1) elohiyms.

Sadly, most violate this “foremost” Commandment. There are those that twist and stretch the Hebrew word for (1) One – echad – {ay-kod’} – into being a “compound unity”. However, this desperate attempt at word games to “prove” the Trinity has been abandoned by many. More support for the (1) ONE ELOAH is found in this small sampling of the MANY other Scriptural passages: To you it was shown, that you might know that YAHUAH Himself is ELOAH; there is none other besides Him. … 39 Therefore know this day, and consider it in your heart, that YAHUAH Himself is ELOAH in Shamyim (Heavens) above and on the Earth beneath; there is no other. Deuteronomy 4:35; 39

Therefore concerning the eating of things offered to Idols, we know that an Idol is nothing in the World, and that there is no other ELOAH but (1) One. 1 Corinthians 8:4

There is (1) One Body and (1) One RUACH (Spirit), just as you were called in (1) One hope of your calling; 5. (1) One Adon, (1) One Emanah (Faith), (1) One Baptism; 6 (1) One ELOAH and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. Ephesians 4:4-6

It is proven that this (1) ONE ELOAH is NOT a Trinity G-D and is NOT the Christ! This ELOAH is, instead, the very ELOAH that YAHUSHA HAMASHIACH (the Messiah) worshiped, promoted, obeyed, and died serving so that we can have the hope of a resurrection to eternal life by the very same (1) ONE ELOAH that resurrected him, his Father YAHUAH.

The (2nd) “second” most important Commandment according to YAHUSHA is from Leviticus 19:18, which is also within Torah; therefore, it is also a component of the Mark of YAHUAH.

You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the sons of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself; I am YAHUAH. Leviticus 19:18

YAHUSHA was quoting and honoring Torah (Leviticus 19:18) when he said, “YOU shall love YOUR neighbor as YOURself”. Virtually everything YAHUSHA taught, came straight from Torah of the Tanakh, since YAHUSHA – more than anyone in human history – gladly chose to accept the Mark of YAHUAH by devoted obedience to TORAH!

WHAT IS MEANT BY THE TERM SEAL (SIGN/MARK)

The importance of understanding the true definition of this Seal (Sign/Mark) is obvious from passages in Revelation. If we do not grasp the actual Scriptural meaning we may unknowingly accept the Mark of the Beast and find ourselves in opposition to YAHUAH when He pours out His wrath upon mankind and necessary justice is finally administered.

Therefore, it is fair to say there are few issues for which a clear, Scriptural understanding is more crucial.

The following passages illustrate the seriousness of this issue as we read of the fate of those that choose to accept the “Mark of the Beast.” 

And the (3rd) third Malach (angel) followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the Beast and his Image, and receive his Mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of YAHUAH, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the QODESH (Holy) Malakym (Angels), and in the presence of the Lamb: 11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the Beast and his Image (Jesus/Cross), and whosoever receives the Mark of his Name (Jesus/Cross). Revelation 14:9-11

And the (1st) first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the Mark of the Beast, and upon them which worshiped his Image. Revelation 16:2

And the Beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the Mark of the Beast, and them that worshiped his Image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. Revelation 19:20

The context of Revelation from which these passages are found discusses the “Beast,” and how that Beast will cause many to receive a Mark in their right hand or in their foreheads Revelation 13:16

The meaning of the Greek word charagma (khar-ag-mah), which is here translated as “Mark.” The Enhanced Strong’s Lexicon (Strong’s # 5480) the Greek word charagma is translated as “Mark” (*8) eight times and “Graven” (1) once. 

Strong’s further defines charagma as: 1. a stamp, an imprinted Mark. •of the Mark stamped on the forehead or the Right Hand as the badge of the followers of the Antichrist •the Mark branded upon horses 2. thing carved, Sculpture, Graven work. of Idolatrous Images. Interestingly, with one exception, the ONLY place in the New Testament where the Greek word charagma is used is with reference to the “Mark” of the Beast! 

In Strong’s we find a slight error. Sadly, this error appears in other sources and is commonly promoted from pulpits worldwide. It is with regard to the mention of the “Antichrist.” 

Why does Strong’s imply the “Mark of the Beast” is given by the “Antichrist?” The term “Antichrist” is completely absent from the Scriptural context in which we find the “Mark of the Beast” mentioned. In fact, the term Antichrist is found ONLY in the epistles of John; therefore, obviously the term “Antichrist” is nowhere found in the book of Revelation! So, I ask again, why mention the “Antichrist” as being the one that allegedly gives out the Mark? 

NOTE: Antichrist means Anti-Messiah, which is a teaching that promotes a replacement Messiah deception. So, Strong’s accidentally provides us valuable insight, the result of this insight will become apparent as we continue in our discussion of the “Mark of the Beast.” The New Strong’s Dictionary of Hebrew and Greek Words defines charagma as: a scratch or etching, i.e. Stamp (as a badge of servitude), or Sculptured figure (Statue):- Graven, Mark. 

The Theological Dictionary of the New Testament states the following with regard to this Greek word: charagma [Mark, Stamp] Marking is common in antiquity (cf. slaves, and the branding of devotees with the marks of deities). The Greek-English Lexicon of the New Testament Based on Semantic Domains gives us crucial insight into the meaning of charagma when it states: A strictly literal translation of ‘the Mark of the Beast’ might imply ‘a picture of the Beast’ or ‘a Mark made by the Beast.’ 

The relationship between ‘Mark’ and ‘Beast’ would be ‘a Mark showing one’s relationship to the Beast’ or ‘a Mark of loyalty to the Beast’ or ‘a Mark of the party of the Beast.’ A further insightful note can be grasped from another comment in the Theological Dictionary of the New Testament with regard to this mysterious Mark. In Revelation 17:5 the harlot, who personifies all worldly abominations, whether concretely as Rome or abstractly as a demonic power, bears on her forehead the Mark of her true nature in a mysterious allusion to Babylon.

The basis is the popular custom of Roman harlots, who had their names on bands round their foreheads. What religious organization is most closely associated with Rome? What religion originated from this Roman empire? Roman Catholic Church?

Also, note in Revelation this Great Harlot is called the Mother of Harlots; thus, clearly implying many other Harlots sprang from her and still promote the foundational false teachings which she established. Who is the Great Harlot? Who are her daughters and thus Harlots themselves? Think on these things. They may very well set you free from the Harlot’s embrace if you allow sincerity and truth to guide you instead of your own beliefs.

An important consideration most miss is the rendering of the Greek word epi (ep-ee’), which the King James Version translates as “in” in Revelation 13:16 – “… in their Right Hand, or in their forehead …”. The Enhanced Strong’s Lexicon (Strong’s # 1909) shows epi can be rendered as “on,” “in,” “upon,” as well as other possible renderings. Other versions render the word as “on;” however, the point to remember is that it can be “in” or “on.” So, don’t allow yourself to stubbornly cling to an understanding that the Mark is applied ONTO something. It can just as well be applied INSIDE something. So, summarizing the information gathered from these sources we can state the following with regard to the deeper meaning of the Greek word that is translates as “Mark” (Seal) in Revelation: 

1. This Seal is almost certainly a symbolic Stamp, Mark or Sign and is not to be taken literally as many zealously and blindly claim. 

2. This Seal (Sign/Mark) will be Symbolically placed on – or inside – the forehead and/or right hand. 

3. The Mark historically symbolize servitude or allegiance to the (1) One from whom the Mark is received. 

4. The Mark symbolize the relationship existing between those that decide to receive it and the Beast (or his agents) from whom it is received. It shows the recipients of the Mark to be loyal to the Beast and among his willful followers. 

5. The Harlot of Revelation 17:5, historically and almost universally accepted as representing Rome and the evil Babylonian mystery religion that has continuously opposed the true teaching of scripture, “bears on her forehead the Mark of her true nature in a mysterious allusion to Babylon.” 

6. The verb translated as “receive” in Revelation 13:16 is in the subjunctive mood, which implies uncertainty. One cannot “Receive” something unless they “Accept” it, which implies Willingness. Thus, the Mark is not forced, though there may be various levels of persuasion used. Ultimately, those that receive the Mark do so of their own free will. The overwhelming implication from all sources referenced clearly shows “Mark of the Beast” is NOT a physical Mark. Instead, by compiling the available information the clearest meaning of the Mark is as a FIGURATIVELY SYMBOLIC sign that distinguishes those having it as being followers of the Beast. 

This shows that it is not a physical Mark but rather a Spiritual Mark, which exposes the Hearts and Minds of those receiving it. It shows that they willingly give their allegiance to this Beast Religion. And he shall speak Great words against the most High YAHUAH, and shall wear out the chosen of the most High YAHUAH, and think to change times and laws: Daniel 7:25

Note: that this Beast would change the Law of YAHUAH. Did the Roman Catholic Church change YAHUAH’s Law and Times which meet this criteria? Does the Pope believe he can change the law of YAHUAH ELOHIYM?

“The Pope is of great Authority and Power, that he is able to modify, declare, or interpret even divine laws. The Pope can modify divine law, since his power is not of man, but God, and he acts as vicegerent of God upon earth…” — Lucius Ferraris, in “Prompta Bibliotheca Canonica, Juridica, Moralis, Theologica, Ascetica, Polemica, Rubristica, Historica”, Volume V, article on “Papa, Article II”, titled “Concerning the extent of Papal dignity, authority, or dominion and infallibility”, #30, published in Petit-Montrouge (Paris) by J. P. Migne, 1858 edition.

“We may according to the fullness of our power, dispose of the law and dispense above the law. Those whom the Pope of Rome doth separate, it is not a man that separates them but God. For the Pope holdeth place on earth, not simply of a man but of the true God dissolves, not by human but rather by divine authority….I am in all and above all, so that God Himself and I, the vicar of God, hath both one consistory, and I am able to do almost all that God can do… Wherefore, no marvel, if it be in my power to dispense with all things, yea with the precepts of Christ.” Decretales Domini Gregori ix Translatione Episcoporum, (on the Transference of Bishops), title 7, chapter 3; Corpus Juris Canonice (2nd Leipzig ed., 1881), col. 99; (Paris, 1612), tom. 2, Decretales, col. 205 (while Innocent III was Pope).

In 1562 the Archbishop of Reggio openly declared that tradition now stood above scripture. This is what he wrote.

“The authority of the Church is illustrated most clearly by the scriptures, for on one hand she recommends them, declares them to be divine, and offers them to us to be read, and on the other hand, the legal precepts in the scriptures taught by YAHUSHA have ceased by virtue of the same authority. The Sabbath, the most Holy, Set Apart day in the law, has been changed into The Lord’s day. These and other similar matters have not ceased by virtue of YAHUSHA’s teaching (for He says that He has come to fulfill the law, not to destroy it), but they have been changed by the authority of the Church.” Gaspare de Posso, Archbishop of Reggio, Council of Trent.

In the Roman Catholic Catechism we find the following questions and answers in regards the Sabbath:

Question: Which day is the Sabbath day?

Answer: Saturday is the Sabbath day.

Question: Why do we observe Sunday instead of Saturday? 

Answer: We observe Sunday instead of Saturday because the Catholic Church in the council of Laodicea (A.D. 364), transferred the solemnity from Saturday to Sunday. — Rev. Peter Geiermann, C.S.S.R., The Convert’s Catechism of Catholic Doctrine, p. 50, 3rd edition, 195

THE MARK OF THE BEAST – THE SIGN/SEAL OF THE BEAST

The Mark that so many willingly accept, thus showing allegiance to the Beast Is Traditional Anti-Torah doctrine!

Remember YAHUSHA’s words? Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Adoni, Adoni, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness (Breakers of the Commandments). Matthew 7:22-23

The greek term rendered “lawlessness” is the same one used in 1 John 3:4 to define Sin. It literally means “Violation of Torah (the Law).” There are numerous similar verses in the Messianic writings (New Testament) that clearly show Lawlessness (Torah violation) is not a good thing.

Consider YAHUSHA’s words in light of the passages in Revelation that describe the fate of those who accept the Mark and Worship the “Beast” and his Image. Then another Malach (Angel), a (3rd) third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the Beast and his Image, and receives a Mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10 he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of YAHUAH, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the QODESH (holy) Malach (Angels) and in the presence of the Lamb. Revelation 14:9-10

So, we can see that the same fate that awaits the “Lawless” also awaits those who willfully accept the Mark of the Beast.

There are numerous similar warnings to avoid lawlessness (torah violation). So, since the fate of the Lawless and “Marked” is the same, an association can be clearly established between Lawlessness and the Mark. This provides strong evidence that the “Mark of the Beast” is something that furthers lawlessness. And of course, the TEACHING of Lawlessness (Anti-Torah), IS the “Mark of the Beast,”!

So breaking the Commandments and Sabbaths is breaking the Seal (Sign/Mark) of YAHUAH, honoring them is being Sealed in the Sign/Mark of YAHUAH.

Is Sunday Worship Mentioned in the Brit Chadash (Renewed Covenant/NT)?

The word “Sunday” does not appear any place in the Scriptures, but the phrase “first day of the week” is found in the Brit Chadash (New Testament). It occurs in exactly eight places. Examining these eight texts will prove insightful.

If the day was changed by Scriptural authority—if Christians are to find any Scriptural authorization whatsoever for observing Sunday as “The Lord’s Day” today—then we must find that authority in one of these eight texts!

Since the Scripture clearly establishes the seventh day of the week as the Sabbath up to the time of the crucifixion, there can be no Scriptural authority for Sunday observance unless we find it clearly and plainly stated in one of these eight Brit Chadash (New Testament) passages. We should examine them carefully, honestly, prayerfully.

And long after the Shabbath, as it grew light following the Shabbath, came Miryam of Migdal and the other Miryam and beheld the sepulchre. 

MATTITHYAHU (MATTHEW) 28:1

Matthew wrote these words, under inspiration of the RUACH HA’QODESH (Holy Spirit), several years after the Brit Chadash (Renewed Covenant/NT) Assembly came into being.

This scripture tells us plainly that three days and three nights after all that was done away had been securely “nailed to the tree,” the Sabbath was still the day before the first day of the week—still the seventh day of the week.

One point here plainly proved. Many tell us that the Sabbath command is merely for “one day in seven”—that it does not have to be the seventh day of the week, but merely the seventh part of time. They argue that Sunday, being one day out of seven, fulfills the command. But this passage states in plain language that, three days after all abolished things had been done away, the Sabbath still existed and that it was the seventh day of the week. But was the day changed later?

And very early in the morning of the Shabbath they came unto the sepulchre, at the rising of the sun. 

MARQUS (MARK) 16:2

This first day of the week was, according to verse 1, “when the Sabbath was past.” This text, then, proves the same thing as Matthew 28:1. The Sabbath was still the seventh day of the week.

Now, having risen early Shabbath morning, YAHUSHA appeared first to Miryam of Migdal, from whom he had cast out seven devils.  

MARQUS (MARK) 16:9 

This text, poorly translated, speaks of YAHUSHA’ appearance to Mary Magdalene later the same day (see “The Resurrection Was Not on Sunday” and/or “After Three Days” for a better translation).

Nothing here calls the first day of the week the True Sabbath. Nothing here calls it “the Lord’s Day.” Nothing here hallows Sunday or says YAHUAH has made it Qodesh (set-apart/holy). Nothing here commands us to observe it. Nothing here sets it apart as a memorial of the resurrection, or for any purpose. It contains no command or example of rest on this day—no authority for observing Sunday.

NOW on that certain Shabbath, very early in the morning, they came to the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them.  

LUQAS (LUKE) 24:1

This text reiterates the same event recorded by Matthew and Mark. It also shows that on the first day of the week these women came to do the work of a common weekday, after having rested the Sabbath day “according to the commandment” (Luke 23:56).

The RUACH HA’QODESH (Holy Spirit) inspired this statement. YAHUAH knew the Sabbath was not abolished, and had Luke write this approximately thirty years after the establishing of the Brit Chadash (Renewed Covenant) Assembly! YAHUAH inspired Luke to say that the “rest” these women took on the Sabbath day was “according to the commandment”—a statement that would not be possible had the commandment been abolished.

This text, then, establishes Sunday as a common workday, and that, at the time of its writing, the command to keep the Sabbath had not been abolished.

NOW on that certain Shabbath came Miryam of Migdal early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulchre, and saw the stone taken away from the sepulchre. 

YAHUCHANON (JOHN) 20:1

This, written more than sixty years after the crucifixion, is merely John’s version, describing the same visit to the tomb. It confirms the facts above.

Accordingly, it being at even, the first of the Shabbath, when the doors were shut, where the Talmidiym were assembled for fear of the Yahudiym, came YAHUSHA, and stood in the midst, and said to them, Peace be with you.  

YAHUCHANON (JOHN) 20:19

Let us examine this carefully, for some claim this was a religious service called to celebrate the resurrection.

Notice this is the same first day of the week that followed the Sabbath. It was YAHUSHA’ first opportunity to appear to His disciples. For three and a half years, He had been constantly with them, on all days of the week. His meeting with them, of itself, could not establish any day as a Sabbath.

Were they meeting together to celebrate the resurrection, thus establishing Sunday as the True Sabbath in honor of the resurrection? 

The text gives the reason they were together: “for fear of the Jews”! The Jews had just taken, tried, and handed their Master over to the Romans for crucifixion. 

They were afraid! The doors were shut and probably bolted because of their fear. In addition, they were there because they all lived together in this upper room (Acts 1:13). 

Finally—and conclusively—they did not assemble to celebrate the resurrection because they did not believe YAHUSHA was risen (Mark 16:14; Luke 24:37, 39, 41).

Nothing in this text calls this day the “Sabbath,” the “Lord’s Day,” or any sacred title. Nothing here sets it apart or makes it Qodesh (holy). Scripture gives no authority here for changing a command of YAHUAH!

And upon the first Shabbath, when the Talmidiym came together to break bread, Sha’ul preached unto them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight.  

MA’ASIYM (ACTS) 20:7

Here, at last, we find a religious meeting on the first day of the week, but it was not a “Sunday meeting,” that is, a church service.

Notice, Paul continued his speech until midnight, and verse 8 “And there were many lights in the upper chamber, where they were gathered together.” It indeed occurred after sunset, before midnight, thus on the first day of the week. 

This meeting and Paul’s preaching—at most, it was what we would call a Scripture study today—took place during the hours we now call Saturday night.

However, it is clear from subsequent verses that Paul and his companions treated this first day of the week, beginning at sundown, as a normal workday. 

Paul’s companions sailed around a peninsula from Troas to Assos (verse 13)—a distance of fifty or sixty miles—while Paul, afoot, walked overland more than 19 miles (verses 11, 14). His companions were engaged in the labor of rowing and sailing a boat while Paul was preaching that Saturday night. 

Then, at the break of day Sunday morning, he set out to walk from Troas to Assos—a good hard day’s work! He would not do this except on a common workday!

Does this text not say, as many claim, that the disciples always held communion every first day of the week? 

Not at all! 

This scripture says nothing about anything being done weekly or customarily. It simply relates the events of this one particular first day of the week. 

The first-century Assembly kept YAHUAH’s Supper once each year on the Passover (I Corinthians 11:24).

That “the disciples came together to break bread” means merely that they gathered to eat a meal. This expression was commonly used to designate a meal in past times (see Luke 24:30; Acts 2:46; 27:35 for further examples of “breaking bread). Scripture interprets it only as eating a meal, not as a Communion service.

Upon the first Shabbath, let every one of you lay by him in store, as YAHUAH has prospered him, that there be no gatherings when I come.  

QORINTIYM RI’SHON (1 CORINTHIANS) 16:2

Often we see this text printed on the little offering envelopes in the pews of churches, and many preach that this text sets Sunday as the time for taking up the church collection for doing God’s work and paying the minister and church expenses.

This verse says nothing of the sort!

Verse 1 tells us what kind of collection is being made: “Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given orders to the Assembly of Galatia, so you must do also.” 

First, it is a collection—not for the preacher, evangelism, or church expenses—but “for the saints.” The members of the Assembly in Jerusalem were suffering from drought and famine. They needed, not money, but food.

Notice that Paul had given similar instruction to other Assemblies. He tells the Romans:

But now I go unto Yerushalayim to minister unto the qodeshiym. For it has pleased them of Makedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor qodeshiym which are at Yerushalayim. It has pleased them even; and their debtors they are. For if the other nations have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things. When therefore I have performed this, and have sealed to them this fruit, I will come by you into Spain.  

ROMAIYM (ROMANS) 15:25-28

It was not money, but fruit that was being prepared for shipment to the poor saints at Jerusalem! The Greek word can also refer to grain, wine, and other produce that can be stored a long time without spoiling.

In I Corinthians 16:2, does Paul say they should give money at a church service? 

Not at all! He says, “Let each one of you lay something aside, storing up. . . .” Note this!

He is telling them to put something aside for a special use, to store it—at home! Why?

Because Paul did not want there be any collecting done when he arrived. He wanted this gift for the Jerusalem Assembly to be ready for shipment.

“And when I come, whomever you approve by your letters I will send to bear your gift to Jerusalem. But if it is fitting that I go also, they [more than one] will go with me” (verses 3-4). Apparently it was going to require several men to carry this collection, gathered and stored up, to Jerusalem. 

If it were a tithe or offering for the minister or to spread the gospel, Paul could have carried the money alone.

Thus, once again, the first day of the week is a workday, a day for gathering fruit and food out of the orchards, fields, and gardens, and for storing it up. This labor was to be done on the first day as soon as the Sabbath was past!

Upon honest examination, not one of the texts speaking about “the first day of the week” sets it apart as a rest day. 

Not one makes it holy, calls it the Sabbath or by any other sacred title. 

In every case, the first day of the week was a common workday. In none of them was there a religious meeting and preaching service being held on the hours we now call Sunday. 

In none of them can we find a single shred of Scriptural authority for Sunday observance!

The Origin of Sun Worship, Trinity, Babylon and Sunday Worship

Satan’s church had its beginning at Babylon with the construction of the Tower of Babel on the plain of Shinar by the River Euphrates many generations after the deluge. At the time of the construction of Babylon at the Tower of Babel (Genesis 11:1-4), mankind had multiplied and spoken one language. Cush who was the son of Ham and grandson of Noah (Genesis 10:1, 6), helped to plan with his son Nimrod, a blueprint by which to rule the world of humanity through a wicked counterfeit religion. Nimrod was the originator of sun worship and founder of Babylon. A Scripture translation called the Targum says, “Nimrod became a mighty man of sin, a murderer of innocent men, and a rebel before YAHUAH ELOHIYM.”

The beginning of Nimrod’s evil plan had its origin at Babel which was later known as Babylon. This city of Babylon with a tower “whose top may reach unto heaven” was built by Nimrod (Genesis 10:8-10; 11:4). They called the tower “Babel, the gate to heaven,” but YAHUAH called it what it was which was, “Babel, confusion,” for there YAHUAH confused the language of the people which forced them to scatter. This heaven defying group of people wanted one government to rule the world and one religion to sway the hearts of mankind. This was Satan’s attempt to defy YAHUAH and His authority and the ring leader of his scheme was Nimrod. But YAHUAH came down and stopped this world wide rebellion at Babel, in defiance of His command for mankind to replenish the earth (Genesis 9:1) by confusing their language into many languages so they could not understand one another’s speech. Mankind discontinued the building of Babel and were scattered to different parts of the world (Genesis 11:8-9).

Nimrod had a plan to weld together and strengthen this evil religious system and so he married his own mother who was Semiramis. She was the first deified queen of Babylon and Nimrod was the first deified king.

Semiramis was as wicked as her son Nimrod, and as much sold out to Satan and devil worship as did he. Incest was used here as a basis to unite this newly false religious system. Nimrod and his mother/wife would be greatly used by Satan in the following centuries to send countless millions and even billions of souls to hell.

Satan’s plan was to develop a counterfeit, opposition system of religion to attract worship away from the true ELOHIYM of Heaven. This false system had its sacrificial plan just as YAHUAH had a plan of sacrifice. But Satan’s pagan worship required the offering up of human beings, which was often the sons and daughters of the worshipers. A counterfeit holy day was instituted in honor of the sun god, (Sun-day) and this was designed by Satan to rob YAHUAH of his peculiar authority as the Creator of the universe as designated by His Holy (Set-Apart) day the Sabbath.

Have you noticed how occult symbols are typically reversed? Example: The occult symbol for a cross is an inverted cross. Most have never noticed that YAHUAH uses the 6:1 principle. That is, you have 6 of something normal and then on the 7th something special happens. Example: YAHUAH created the world in 6 days and the 7th is a special day of rest and worship. Crops were grown for 6 years and the 7th year the land was rested. Slaves were kept for 6 years and were to be set free on the 7th year. There are 6 weeks from Passover to the 7th week being Pentecost. There are 6 months from Passover to the 7th month being the Day of Atonement. Bible chronologists say we are currently approaching the end of 6000 years since creation and if Messiah returns at the end of 6000 years, we will then have the 7000th year being the 1000 year millennial reign. (See Revelation 20:1-15) So 6000 years + 1000 years (millennium) = 7000 years. None of this is by chance and is YAHUAH’s plan. Observe the days of the week below.

The first six days are normal but the 7th day is the “Sabbath of YAHUAH thy ELOHIYM.” Remember that the occult uses the reverse symbol or is the opposite (in opposition) to YAHUAH. So if Sunday was Satan’s plan for a day of worship, and we have seen historically that it is, then his week would be the reverse of YAHUAH’s week. Instead of being the 6:1 principle it would be 1:6. As seen from the table below, this is the case and so it is not just two days side by side. It is the occult equivalent and this is not by chance but Satan’s choice.

We are fast approaching 6000 years (last generation now) and if YAHUSHA comes at the end of 6000 years we would then have a 1000 year Sabbath. A thousands years a day just as YAHUAH said. 2 Peter 3:8 “But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with YAHUAH as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.” Six days work and the Seventh day rest. This Earth’s history may end up being a mirror image of the creation week but with a thousand years to a day. That would put a whole new perspective on the meaning of the Sabbath now that is for sure. 6000 years of working and a 1000 years of rest. YAHUAH does love doing things in numbers!

Nimrod’s and Semiramis’ followers plunged so deeply into sin and the occult that they even sacrificed babies to Satan in their worship of him. This became a common practice until Shem who was one of Noah’s three sons and the great uncle of Nimrod, in his anger and wrath killed Nimrod and cut him up into small pieces as an example to others not to commit such abominable sins and not to follow such evil religious practices. (Shem was a holy man and it was through his seed the Messiah would come.)

Alexander Hislop in his book The Two Babylons said, , “the Tower of Babel was actually the worship of Satan in the form of fire, the sun and the serpent. However, Satan worship could not be done openly because of the many who still believed in the true ELOHIYM (G-d) of Noah. So a mystery religion began at Babel where Satan could be worshipped in secret.” – Alexander Hislop, The Two Babylons, 2nd American ed.(Neptune, New Jersey: Loizeaux Brothers, 1959)

Because of Nimrod’s death, the followers of Nimrod and Semiramis were stunned and experienced much grief. Their religious hero was dead. They were afraid to continue in their worship of Satan for fear that what happened to Nimrod would also happen to them, so a mystery religion developed at Babel where Satan could be worshipped in secret. This is exactly what is happening in these last days. Satan is using mysteries and deceptions to deceive people into thinking that they are worshipping YAHUAH when they are actually worshipping Satan.

For a short time the practices of this counterfeit religion ceased but Semiramis, the wife of Nimrod, had a brilliant idea of how she could successfully revive her and Nimrod’s pagan religion and give it a new form. It was not long after the death of her husband that Semiramis became pregnant.

She said that when Nimrod died that he went up to the sun, and the sun then became a symbol of Nimrod. She told the people that a ray of the sun had come to her and impregnated her with a child and that it was actually Nimrod coming back in a reincarnation of the sun god. The child was called Tammuz and these three were worshipped as the personification of the sun god, and this is where we find the three in one trinity doctrine originated and is where the first three came into existence. “The trinity got its start in Ancient Babylon with Nimrod – Tammuz – and Semiramis. Semiramis demanded worship for both her husband and her son as well as herself. She claimed that her son, was both the father and the son. Yes, he was “god the father” and “god the son” – The first divine incomprehensible trinity.” – The Two Babylons; Alexander Hislop, p.51

So Semiramis proclaimed that her husband Nimrod was a god, and she as the wife of Nimrod was a goddess. She then announced herself to be “The Queen of Heaven” and that she should be worshiped as such. She claimed that her spirit was the moon and when she died she would dwell in the moon, even as Nimrod was already in the sun. What a devilish brainstorm inspired by Satan!

Satan was laying the foundation for every system of falsehood and error the world has ever known. They took the truth of YAHUAH and turned it into a lie and “worshipped and served the creature (on a wider application also includes Satan) more than the Creator.” Romans 1:25. This system of paganism, while professing to be the true religion, is actually devil worship. It professes and claims to be the truth of ELOHIYM but in reality it is Satan’s masterpiece, the “mystery of iniquity.”

As Satan’s church gained momentum, Semiramis pushed this satanic religious order underground. The followers of this counterfeit religion had to take secret oaths. The secret societies (some unscriptural lodges of today) thus had their beginning. The confessionals and priesthood were set up. The followers of this pagan religion confessed their sins to their priests. (what church continued this unbiblical pagan tradition?) See also 1 Timothy 2:5, Luke 5:20-21. By so doing, Semiramis could control her followers and exercise lordship over them. She boldly and brazenly proclaimed that she and her priests were the only ones who understood the mysteries of ELOHIYM and that they were the only possible way to ELOHIYM. Because of dedication to and fear of this false religious system, the followers of this religion fearfully complied.

Semiramis and her priests of Satan were deep into the occult, magic and illusion. They were masters of lies and deception. Everywhere there were statues or idols of this mother/child cult. Semiramis was soon hailed as “The Queen of Heaven” (Ashtarte). Her symbol became the moon and her husband Nimrod, was called “Baal” (the “sun god”) and his symbol became the sun. The city of Babylon was the seat of Satan worship until its fall to the Medes and the Persians in 539 BC. At this time the Babylonian pagan priests left Babylon and went to Alexandria and Pergamos. It should be noted that the majority of the Babylonian pagan priests went to Pergamos more so than Alexandria, so for many centuries after the fall of Babylon, Pergamos became the new seat of Satan (Revelation 2:12-13), but around 129 BC, opportunity arose for them to leave Pergamos and go to Rome and thus Rome became the final seat of Satan where he set up his church, and hence sun worship, which was practised on Sunday, was most prevalent in Alexandria and Rome by the time of Messiah.

Church historian Socrates Scholasticus (5th century) wrote: “For although almost all churches throughout the world celebrate the sacred mysteries [of the Lord’s Supper] on the Sabbath of every week, yet the Christians of Alexandria and at Rome, on account of some ancient tradition, have ceased to do this.” – Socrates Scholasticus, Ecclesiastical History, Book 5, ch. 22.

So Baal worship was in full swing. It caught on fast and spread to many parts of the world. In Egypt, Semiramis became known as “Isis”, “The Queen of Heaven.” Nimrod became known as “Osiris”, the husband/son, and frequently called “Horus” (the sun god). In Phoenicia, Semiramis and Nimrod were worshipped as or known as Ashterath and Tammuz; in Greece, Aphrodite and Eros; in Rome, Venus and Cupid, and in China, Mother Shing Moo and her child.

When the cold season began every year, they believed their sun god was leaving them. It was on December 25th that they noticed the gradual return of the sun god. So they called this day the birth of the sun. Tammuz was hailed as the son of the sun. He was idolized and even worshipped and the first letter of his name became the symbol of sun worship. Human sacrifices to the sun god were offered on this initial letter made of wood, known as the cross “T” and this “T” for Tammuz is also the true origin of Catholics crossing themselves. His birthday of December 25 was honored more and more. Satan worked many years before the conception and birth of the true Messiah to counterfeit through sun worship His miraculous conception and birth. Satan succeeded many times in leading YAHUAH’s people into sin and pagan sun worship.

The true date of the birth of Messiah is most likely between September and October during the Feast of Sukkot/Tabernacles but since the exact date of Messiah’s birthday was unknown, it was suggested, “Why not call it the same date as the birth of Tammuz, which was December 25?” This was the time when the sun had reached its lowest point on the horizon and started back up into the heavens and so the sun god had come to life, so to speak. So gradually December 25 came to be known as the birthday of Christ. The Papal Church finally instituted a special mass on that day, “Christ’s Mass,” and so December 25 became “Christmas.” The yule log burning in the fire followed by the green tree lit with candles all came from the pagan worship representing Nimrod being dead, while his spirit still lived on in the sun and was alive again in Tammuz his son.

YAHUSHA was crucified and resurrected in the spring during Pesach/Passover the time of the year near the time of the moon festival. The devil was at work once again to bring the idea of having a celebration at the same time as the heathen but calling it “in honor of the resurrection.” And in regards to the worship of the moon goddess Semiramis, the so called queen of heaven. The cakes to the QUEEN OF HEAVEN were round and on them was cut a cross in honor of the sun god, and they were offered to the queen of heaven and today we call them “hot cross buns.” (Read Jeremiah 7:16-18). The forty days of “weeping for Tammuz” became Lent and at the close of Lent came Easter Sunday.

The prophet Ezekiel was shown even greater abominations. (Read Ezekiel 8:12-18). This goddess Ishtar (Easter) came to be known as the goddess of springtime as in “new life,” or as history records it, the “goddess of reproduction.” The pagans would go to some mountain side early Sunday morning and worship this goddess as the sun was rising in the east. They gave themselves to immorality and indecency of every description. The eggs and rabbits were used as symbols of fertility and germination and hence “new life.” It all came into the Church gradually and was all blessed by the Catholic Church and given to the world. And some people wonder why YAHUAH calls the Catholic Church Babylon!

“The use of temples, and these dedicated to particular saints, and ornamented on occasions with branches of trees; incense, lamps, and candles; votive offerings on recovery from illness; holy water; asylums; holydays and seasons, use of calendars, processions, blessings on the fields; sacerdotal vestments, the tonsure, the ring in marriage, turning to the East, images at a later date, perhaps the ecclesiastical chant, and the Kyrie Eleison are all of pagan origin, and sanctified by their adoption into the Church.” — An Essay on The Development of the Christian Doctrine John Henry “Cardinal Newman” p.373.

“It has often been charged… that Catholicism is overlaid with many pagan incrustations. Catholicism is ready to accept that accusation and even to make it her boast… the great god Pan is not really dead, he is baptized” — The Story of Catholicism p 37.

As time elapsed, stories spread worldwide about Semiramis and Nimrod as Baal worship was everywhere. Satan pulled it off well as he had the whole world trapped into some form of Baal worship. The entire world had lapsed into polytheism (worship of many gods or idols). Mankind no longer desired to serve the true and living ELOHIYM and to accept His Scriptural plan of Salvation. (Romans 1:18-32).

Around 2000 BC in Abraham’s day, Baal worship and its pagan rites had so permeated the human race that YAHUAH called Abraham out from it to be the progenitor of a nation of people (the Ysraelites) who would be instructed by YAHUAH through Moses and the prophets to be a shining light and an example of Qodeshiym to the heathen nations and reveal to them YAHUAH’s Scriptural plan of Salvation (Genesis 11:26-12: 1-5; Exodus 19:5-6; Hebrews 11:8).

The Yisraelites were greatly blessed by YAHUAH as His chosen people, who were to serve as His representatives of Qodeshily to those heathen nations who had become entrapped by paganism, to evangelize those YAHless nations and to show them YAHUAH’s love. The Yisraelites were repeatedly told that if they were to sin by serving other elohiyms, to depart from  and fail YAHUAH in their mission as His representatives to those nations trapped in Baal worship, the Yisraelites would suffer terribly at the hand of YAHUAH and be dispersed into all the nations of the earth. (See Deuteronomy 4:1-40; 6:14-18; 7:6-26; 8:6-20; 10:12-20; 11:1-28; 12:28-32; 29:16-29; 30:11-20).

Before his death, Moses foretold that after his death the Yisraelites would disobey and turn to other “elohiyms” to worship and serve them (Deuteronomy 31:27, 29; 32:16-29). After Moses’ death, Yahusha (Joshua) took command and led the children of Yisrael across the River Jordan into Palestine. The Yisraelites were ordered to exterminate the Canaanites of the land because they were so wicked and so deeply involved in the evil practices of Baal worship, and to take the land as their dwelling to be used for the glory of YAHUAH in leading the unqodesh nations to YAHUAH and His plan of redemption. The Yisraelites took the land and exterminated some of the inhabitants of the land but not all. The Yisraelites here had already begun to disobey YAHUAH. They soon became weary in their conquests of Palestine and stopped fighting. Soon afterwards the Yisraelites departed from their worship of YAHUAH and started to worship and serve other elohiyms as Moses had predicted. The Yisraelites soon became so involved in Baal worship and its pagan practices that some of them even sacrificed their children to Satan.

Because of their disobedience to YAHUAH’s command to be faithful in their worship of and service to the true and living ELOHIYM, the Yisraelites would have to suffer. On many occasions YAHUAH allowed the children of Yisrael to be captured by their enemies and to be persecuted. When the Yisraelites cried out to YAHUAH in sorrow for their sins, YAHUAH delivered them. YAHUAH raised up Judges to secure their deliverances. After each time YAHUAH brought about the deliverance of the captured, suffering children of Yisrael, the Yisraelites would plunge back into sin and Baal worship. As time passed the Yisraelites became even more involved in pagan worship in spite of YAHUAH’s warnings and chastisements. YAHUAH raised up prophets to warn the Yisraelites to repent or suffer more. Prophet after prophet was raised up for that purpose and many of them were executed by the Yisrelites. In 722 BC the ten Northern tribes were captured by the Assyrians and scattered never to return, and in 586 BC the Babylonians captured Yahudah/Judah and Jerusalem. This was the third time Babylon came up against them but this time brought about their total destruction as everything was torn down. After the Babylonian captivity in 539 BC at which time Babylon had fallen to the Persians, the Persians granted the Yisraelites in Babylon permission to return to Jerusalem.

Many Yahudiym/Jews did return to Palestine during the years 539 BC, 457 BC and 445 BC. Others doubtless returned between those years and after 445 BC. Read also Daniel’s 70 weeks prophecy. In 70 AD the Romans under General Titus captured Jerusalem and persecuted the Yahudiym/Jews. The Yahudiym/Jews final dispersion took place at this time. After 70 AD, the Yisraelites had been dispersed into all the nations of the world to suffer. Nearly all nations who had received Yisraelites and Yahudiym eventually turned on them and persecuted them. The Yahudiym/Jews have been the most hated and persecuted people in history and have suffered more than any other people. They disobeyed YAHUAH and they had to suffer as YAHUAH said they would.

When the Roman Empire was in power during the earthly life of YAHUSHA and during the early Assembly period, the Roman Caesars were to be worshipped as gods. The early Qodeshiym/ Natsariym were persecuted by the Romans because they would not bow down to the pagan Caesars. Satan directed this persecution of the early believers in an effort to stamp out the Natsariym. But instead of wiping out the Natsariym, persecution resulted in its growth! As more Natsariym were put to death, more and more Natsariym rose up to replace them. Satan saw that his directed persecution of the early believers would not obliterate the Natsariym so he moved to attack the Assembly from within instead of from without.

Satan devised a plan by which he would lay the foundation for and establish his own counterfeit assembly. Under Satan’s direction paganism would get a new face. Satan would introduce to the world his own version of a “Christian Church.” As was indicated earlier, the Caesars were worshipped as gods. As the Roman Empire was near disintegration, the pagan Caesars did not want to lose their power in controlling the world, so they decided on a plan by which to keep their power and influence in the world. The Roman Caesars simply exchanged their Roman togas for religious costumes. Thus they could control the world’s governments and their economies through religion.

After Constantine defeated Maxentius in 312 AD in a battle for the throne of Rome, Satan continued in his clever plan to build his own version of a “Christian Church.” After his ascension to the Roman Throne, Constantine issued his Edict of Toleration in 313 AD to stop the persecution of the true believers in Messiah. Under Constantine the Natsariym Assembly for a time found relief from persecution. Satan had now temporarily stopped his persecution of the Natsariym Assembly from without, but he would now proceed to attack the Assembly from within.

Under Satan’s direction, Constantine set up the “Council of Nicaea” and presided as “Summus Pontifex”, the official title of a Pope. Constantine’s job was to mix paganism with a perverted form of Qodeshiym to make his new religious organization look respectable. This mixture of paganism with some of the teaching of Messiah was Satan’s version of a “Christian Church.” This powerful religious institution would be later used by Satan to send millions of souls to hell and to cause the deaths of many Scripture believing Natsariym.

Many changes took place in this Babylonian pagan church. Under Constantine, the pagans were permitted to bring their statues and idols of Semiramis, “The Queen of Heaven”, and Nimrod, “Baal”, “The Sun God’, into the Church. The names were changed to the Virgin Mary, “Queen of Heaven” and little Jesus, “The Sun God.” For example: Is this Catholic image Mary and baby Jesus or is it Semiramis, “The Queen of Heaven” and son Nimrod/Tammuz? Note the pagan trident symbol from the head of what is supposedly baby Jesus and that the hand is displayed with two fingers and a thumb prominent, being another way of symbolizing the trident and is a Satanic hand sign symbolic of occult powers. This is also used by high Church officials and priests in blessings invoking the sign of the cross by motioning their right hand with two fingers and thumb casually extended. It is also found in freemasonry of which origins can be found in the Catholic Church. The Catholic Church erroneously say that Peter was the first so called Pope of this Papal system but in fact it was really Constantine. So under Constantine as its first Pope, the Roman Catholic Institution as we know it today had its beginning. The Roman Catholic Church grew in power as the people in Rome were again under the priests and each succeeding Pope. Constantine had fifty Bibles made of perverted manuscripts composed by pagan worshippers of Baal from Alexandria. Alexandria was not only the seat of Baal worship but was also the headquarters of the most liberal philosophers. Those wicked philosophers produced their own perverted version of the Scriptures, and fifty such copies were made for Constantine to be given to the new “Church” over which he presided. The Latin Vulgate, authored by Jerome and based on the above fifty Bibles, later became the Roman Catholic Bible, which was kept from the people so that unscriptural traditions would have greater emphasis in the minds of the followers of the Pope.

The above information can be found in the books, The Two Babylons by Alexander Hislop and the Angel of Light by Jack Chick. Alexander Hislop in his book also traces Roman Catholic sacraments, ceremonies, doctrines, confessionals, priesthood, etc. back to ancient Babylonian Baal worship. Roman Catholicism is based on ancient Babylonian Baal worship and on the man made traditions of the Church fathers. Catholicism is not based on the teachings of YAHUAH’s Word or on the Scriptural plan of salvation. So we find Satan had a long term plan for his church and sun worship, which was practiced on Sunday, and was initially most prevalent in Alexandria and Rome. From this pagan sun worship came both the trinity doctrine and Sunday worship. Too many people are too quick to write off the fourth Commandment as unimportant when it obviously is. Constantine And The Pagan Sun-Day

Constantine’s Sunday law, issued A. D. 321, goes as follows:— “Let all the judges and town people, and the occupation of all trades rest on the venerable day of the sun; but let those who are situated in the country, freely and at full liberty attend to the business of agriculture; because it often happens that no other day is so fit for sowing corn and planting vines; lest, the critical moment being let slip, men should lose the commodities granted by Heaven.” 

 Of this law, so high an authority as the “Encyclopedia Brittannica” plainly says: ” It was Constantine the Great who first made a law for the proper observance of Sunday; and who, according to Eussbius, appointed, that it should be regularly celebrated throughout the Roman Empire. Before him, and even in his time, they observed the Jewish Sabbath, as well as Sunday.” 

 As to the degree of reverence with which Sunday was regarded, and the manner of its observance, Mosheim says that in consequence of the law enacted by Constantine, the first day of the week was ” observed ivith greater solemnity than it had formerly been.” (Eccl. Hist., cent. 4, part 2, chap. 4, sec. 5.) 

 Yet Constantine permitted all kinds of agricultural labor to be performed on Sunday! Bishop Taylor declares that “the primitive Christians did all manner of works upon the Lord’s day.”‘ (Duct. Dubitant., part 1, book 2, chap. 2, rule 6, sec. 59.) 

 The same statement is made by Morer: “The day [Sunday] was not wholly kept in abstaining from common business; nor did they [Christians] any longer rest from their ordinary affairs (such was the necessity of those times) than during the divine service.” (Dialogues on the Lord’s Day, p. 233.) 

 Says Cox: “There is evidence that either at this [the time of Constantine], or at a period much later, the observance was viewed as deriving any obligation from the fourth commandment; it seems to have been regarded as an institution corresponding in nature with Christmas, Good Friday, and other festivals of the church ” (Cox’s Sabbath Laws, p. 281.)

WHO CHANGED THE SABBATH TO SUNDAY?

What is the real historical and Scriptural truth about who changed the Sabbath to Sunday? Where in the Scripture do we find one single legitimate Scripture stating the Sabbath is changed to Sunday?

What is it about the Sabbath Commandment that meets with so much opposition? 

There are literally hundreds of excuses you can choose from as to why the Seventh Day Sabbath is no longer relevant – or is it? Read on for the real historical truth on the Sabbath to Sunday change.

In the Scriptures we find that there are over 40 verses from Paul alone as to why circumcision is not done anymore. How important are the Ten Commandments in comparison to circumcision? If Paul says that the Ten Commandments are what matters and Circumcision is nothing, and we have more than forty verses and up to ten verses at a time explaining that Circumcision of the flesh is not relevant anymore, then how many scriptures should we expect to have telling us that the Sabbath is changed to Sunday?

1 Corinthians 7:19 “Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the Commandments of YAHUAH.”

The fact of the matter is that there is not one scripture that says, “The Sabbath is now Sunday.” After all, the Ten Commandments are the ONLY thing that YAHUAH spoke in such incredible fiery majesty, thundering His voice from the mountain top as everyone below trembled in fear and then personally wrote this magnificent law into stone tablets, yet there is not one clear scripture. Just assumptions! One of YAHUAH’s Commandments supposedly goes and we do not have even ONE clear scripture. Why not? 

The answer is simple. It was never changed to Sunday by the authority of YAHUAH so no such scripture exists. It was actually changed as a result of SUN worship, hence the name SUN-day. The English names for the days of the week are pagan names. In over one hundred other languages in the world, Saturday is still called the Sabbath just as it was named at creation. This dates right back to Babel in Genesis 11 where Saturday was recognized as the Sabbath day and was incorporated into the very name of the day. This predates Judaism and the giving of the law. The following is the origin of the pagan names in day order.

1. Sunday – Dies solis (Latin) which means “day of the sun” from which we get Sunday. Sun worship was marked by the use of the halo, or nimbus, which originated with the pagan Greeks and Romans to represent their sun god, Helios. It was later on that artists then adopted it for use in Christian images.

The halo is actually the sun behind the person’s head, as shown in the illustration. It’s easy to recognize once one realizes what it is, although it’s also often stylized to make it less obvious. Originally a very devious way of mixing idolatrous sun worship with Christianity by converts who were not all that converted, and as a result the pagan halo became a very misleading tradition in Christian art.

2. Monday – Dies lunae (from which comes the word lunar), means moon day, from which we get the shortened version, Monday.

3. Tuesday – Dies Martis, means mars day, after Mars, the Roman god of war. The day was known to the pagan Germans after their own god of war, Tiw (pronounced too) as Tiw’s (pronounced tooz) day, from which we get Tuesday.

4. Wednesday – Dies mercuri, means mercury day. Woden (pronounced woe-den) was the Germanic version of the pagan god mercury, and they named the day Woden’s day, from which we get Wednesday.

5. Thursday – Dies Jovis means Jove’s day, or Jupiter’s day. Thor was the Germanic version of the god Jupiter, so they called the day Thor’s Day, from which we got Thursday.

6. Friday – Dies Veneris means Venus Day. The Germanic version of this female god was Frigg, or Freyja (pronounced fry-yah), so they called the day Freyja day, from which we got Friday.

7. Saturday – Dies Saturni means Saturn day, from which came Saturday. The pagans also observed their Saturnalia festival in the last week of December, a time when work ceased, gifts were exchanged, and slaves feasted with their masters.

Sun worship infects ancient Yisra’el

In the ancient world, ‘sun worship’ was one of the most common forms of pagan idolatry. Immediately after Yisra’el left Egypt, YAHUAH warned His people against being “driven to worship … the sun.” Deuteronomy 4:19. Yet Yisra’el later yielded to temptation, compromised with the nations around them, and dedicated their “horses … to the sun.” 2 Kings 23:11. During a time of revival, King Josiah purged much of Yisra’el and “burned the chariots of the sun with fire.” 2 Kings 23:11. Before the Babylonian captivity, many Yisraelite leaders rejected their Creator, yielded again to idolatry, and “worshipped the sun toward the east.” Ezekiel 8:16. 

At the same time, YAHUAH declared that they “hid their eyes from My Sabbaths.” Ezekiel 22:26. Thus ancient Yisra’el shifted from Sabbath keeping to sun worship. In 1 Corinthians 10:1-11, Paul warned the ASSEMBLIES against repeating the sins of ancient Yisra’el.

Sun worship, “the day of the sun,” and “Sunday”

The Romans called the sun god “Mithra” and “Apollo,” and they especially worshiped the sun on “the first day of the week,” also called “Dies Solis” (Latin), which means, “day of the sun.” The name “Sunday” was adopted “because this day was anciently dedicated to the sun, or to its worship. The first day of the week.” Webster’s Dictionary; 1929 edition.

A predicted “falling away” within the ASSEMBLIES 

Through the enlightenment of the RUACH HA’QODESH (SET-APART Spirit), Paul discerned that a tragic “falling away” from YAHUSHA The Messiah and Scripture truth would eventually occur within the QODESH Communities (Natsariym) and that “the man of sin” would arise. 2 Thessalonians 2:3. This “man of sin” is the same power as the “little horn” with “eyes like the eyes of a man” (Daniel 7:8), and “the beast” (Revelation 13). Even in his own day, Paul saw errors creeping into the Assemblies, and declared: “the mystery of iniquity doth already work.” 2 Thessalonians 2:7. Paul warned that after his death, from among “the elders of the church,” men would “arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.” Acts 20:17, 30. This apostasy would result in a departure from YAHUAH’s Word and the original faith as taught by YAHUSHA The Messiah. See 1 Timothy 4:1. Other New Testament writers warned that deceptions were entering the Assemblies. See 2 Peter 2:1; 1 John 2:18-19; Jude 1:3-4.

Anti-Jewish sentiment fueled the Sabbath to Sunday change

It was A.D. 49 when Emperor Claudius expelled the Jews from Rome because of constant rioting over the instigation of Chrestus. Since converted Jews such as Aquila and Priscilla were expelled along with the Jews (Acts 18:2) we know that the Romans did not distinguish between the Christians and the Jews at this point in time. Fourteen years later however, Nero identified the Followers of Messiah and the Jews as being separate entities and very distinguished from one and other.

It was towards the end of the first century when relations between the Jews and the Roman Empire deteriorated seriously. Prior to this, the Romans had recognized Judaism as a legitimate religion and even had some degree of respect and admiration for their religious principles. But the Jewish wars that began around 66 A.D. put an end to all that.

Near the end of His ministry, YAHUSHA predicted that every stone of the Jewish Temple would be “thrown down.” Matthew 24:1-2. This occurred when the temple was destroyed by the Romans during “The First Jewish War” in 70 A.D. The statistics of the bloodshed provided by contemporary historians is evidence of the Romans anger and vengeance upon the Jews. Tacitus (A.D. 56-117) gives an estimate of 600,000 Jewish fatalities from the A.D. 70 war. And under Vespasian, (A.D. 69-79) both the Sanhedrin and the office of the High Priest were abolished and worship at the temple was forbidden. When the Romans again made war with the Jews from 132-135 A.D., the Roman Emperor Hadrian banished all Jews from Palestine.

These Jewish Wars took place after the book of Acts was written and resulted in great pressure upon the early Followers of Messiah to move away from anything that “appeared Jewish,” including the Sabbath. Because Sunday was already popular throughout the Roman Empire as a day for sun worship, some Christian leaders (now called the early “Church Fathers”) yielded to temptation and began shifting from “Sabbath to Sunday.” “YAHUSHA rose on Sunday!” became their rationalizing cry. Thus they used the resurrection of YAHUSHA, who “died for our sins” (1 Corinthians 15:3) of which sin is the breaking of YAHUAH’s Law (1 John 3:4), as an excuse to break one of the Ten Commandments. 

The earliest evidence of this shift to Sunday that can be found is around 90-120 A.D., being more than five decades after the cross and after the last of the Apostles had died! Because of these minority leaders that began keeping Sunday in honor of the resurrection, this also eventually resulted in Sunday being called the Lord’s Day but it was not and is not the YAH’s Day as so designated in the Scriptures. Just like today, those people chose tradition and their own ideas rather then the Commandment of YAHUAH. (Mark 7:6-9)

Christians compromise with pagan “sun worship” practices and adopt “Sunday”

“Before the coming of Messiah, all the Eastern nations performed divine worship with their faces turned to that part of the heavens where the sun displays his rising beams … The Christian converts … retained the ancient and universal custom of worshiping toward the east, which sprang from it.” Mosheim’s Ecclesiastical History, century II, part II, ch. IV, par. 7.

“Sunday (Dies Solis, of the Roman calendar; ‘day of the sun,’ because it was dedicated to the sun), the first day of the week, was adopted by the early Christians as a day of worship.” Schaff-Herzog Encyclopaedia of Religious Knowledge, Art. “Sunday.”

“We all gather on the day of the sun … on this same day Jesus Christ our Savior rose from the dead.” From the “Church Father,” St. Justin. Quoted in the New Official Catholic Catechism (1994), p. 524.

Following in the steps of ancient Yisra’el, Christians in the 1st (latter part), 2nd and 3rd centuries “hid their eyes” from YAHUAH’s Sabbaths (see Ezekiel 22:26) and adopted pagan traditions associated with sun worship.

The Church “in Rome” becomes the Roman Catholic Church

Before the Jewish Temple was destroyed in 70 A.D., a strong Christian Church was planted through missionary efforts inside the city of Rome itself in the heart of the Roman Empire. Paul wrote his letter, “The Epistle of Paul to the Romans,” to those early believers “in Rome.” Romans 1:7. But because it was surrounded by paganism inside the world’s mightiest capital, this Church soon experienced a “falling away” (see 2 Thessalonians 2:3) from the purity of the gospel and meta-morphed into the wealthy, politically savvy and powerful Roman Catholic Church. This transition especially took place during the time of the Emperor Constantine (4th century) who favoured the Roman Catholic Church above all other YAHUSHA’s Followers.

Constantine, Catholicism, sun worship and the Sabbath to Sunday change

In 312 A.D., prior to his pivotal victory over his rival Maxentius at the Battle of Milvian Bridge, Constantine became a “Christian” after claiming to see in broad daylight a vision of “a cross above the sun” with these words emblazoned, “in hoc signo vinces” (by this sign conquer”). After defeating his enemies and becoming Emperor of Rome, Constantine presided in full royal pomp over the “First Council of Nicea” in 325 A.D.

A shrewd political genius, his scheme was to unite paganism and Christianity in an effort to strengthen his disintegrating empire. Constantine knew that pagans throughout the empire worshiped the sun on “the first day of the week,” and he discovered that many Christians and especially in Rome and Alexandria also kept ‘Sunday’ because Messiah rose from the dead on that day. So Constantine developed a plan to unite both groups on the common platform of Sunday keeping. On March 7, 321 A.D., he passed his famous national Sunday law:

“On the venerable Day of the Sun let the magistrates and people residing in cities rest, and let all workshops be closed.” Source: Codex Justinianus, lib. 3, tit. 12, 3; trans. in Philip Schaff, History of the Christian Church, Vol.3 (5th ed.; New York: Scribner, 1902), p.380, note 1.

And another source: “Let all judges and townspeople and occupations of all trades rest on the venerable day of the Sun [Sunday]; nevertheless, let those who are situated in the rural districts freely and with full liberty attend to the cultivation of the fields, because it so frequently happens that no other day may be so fitting for ploughing grains or trenching vineyards, lest at the time the advantage of the moment granted by the provision of heaven may be lost.” The Code of Justinian, Book 3, title 12, law 3.

Now a professed Christian, Constantine nevertheless remained a devout sun worshipper. “The sun was universally celebrated as the invincible guide and protector of Constantine,” notes Edward Gibbon in his classic Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire, ch. xx, par. 3.

Constantine even printed coins which “bore on the one side the letters of the name of Christ, on the other the figure of the sun god.” Arthur P. Stanley, History of the Eastern Church, lect. vi, par. 14.

Again, Constantine’s promotion of Sunday observance was part of his definite strategy to combine paganism with Christianity: “The retention of the old pagan name of dies Solis, or ‘Sunday,’ for the weekly Christian festival, is in great measure owing to the union of pagan and Christian sentiment with which the first day of the week was recommended by Constantine to his subjects, pagan and Christian alike, as the ‘venerable day of the Sun.’” Stanley’s History of the Eastern Church, p. 184.

“The Jewish, the Samaritan, even the Christian, were to be fused and recast into one great system, of which the sun was to be the central object of adoration.” Henry Milman, The History of Christianity, Book 2, chap. 8, Vol. 22, p. 175. In 330 A.D., Constantine moved his capital from Rome to Constantinople (modern Istanbul), thus preparing the way for the Roman Catholic Popes to reign in Rome as the successors of Constantine. As the Papal Church grew in power, it opposed Sabbath observance in favour of Sunday sacredness and made the day change official in the Council of Laodicea (A.D. 363-364). Constantine’s plan was successful and the result of his Sunday law was now fully accepted and adopted by the Papal Church, and the Sabbath to Sunday change was complete. 

Some correctly teach that Constantine only instituted the first Sunday law, but they very conveniently fail to acknowledge why and the remainder of the story. The Council of Laodicea around A.D. 364 decreed 59 Canon laws. Canon XXIX: “Christians must not judaize by resting on the Sabbath, but must work on that day, rather honouring the Lord’s Day; and, if they can, resting then as Christians. But if any shall be found to be judaizers, let them be anathema from Christ.” (Percival Translation).

Did YAHUAH give the fourth Commandment only to the Jews and the other nine to everyone?

Someone always raises the stale argument that the Sabbath is only a sign of holiness for the Jews, but let me remind them of this inspired text: “if ye be Messiah’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” Galatians 3:29. All born again Followers of YAHUSHA are the true Yisra’el today and have been sanctified unto YAHUAH. Therefore, the Sabbath is for anyone who is Messiah’s regardless of these fourth coming facts.

The fourth Commandment is constantly being called the Jewish Sabbath yet this phrase does not occur once in the entire Scriptures. This is because the Sabbath was created in the first week of this planet’s existence long before Jews ever existed. Most do not realize the Hebrew word for rest in Genesis 2:3 is “shabath” and means Sabbath and if not for this Commandment we would only have a six day week. It was YAHUSHA who made the Sabbath at creation and is the reason for His claim to be Master of the Sabbath day. (Mark 2:28) If YAHUSHA is the Master of the Sabbath day, then the Sabbath is the Masters’s Day. John had a vision on “the Masters’s day” according to Revelation 1:10. That day had to be the Sabbath. It is the only day so designated and claimed by YAHUAH in the Scriptures. In writing the Ten Commandments, YAHUAH called it “the Sabbath of YAHUAH your ELOHIYM.” (Exodus 20:10) It is impossible for the Sabbath to be Jewish. 

Adam and Eve were not Jewish “YAHUAH blessed the seventh day and sanctified it.” (Genesis 2:3) Sanctified means “to be QODESH (Set-Apart) for holy use.” This was pre-sin and the only ones in Eden to “Set-Apart” the Sabbath were Adam and Eve. Were the other Nine “Just for the Jews?” The Sabbath is also for the “stranger” who are Gentiles (Ephraim Yisra’el). (Exodus 20:10) In “the new earth … from one Sabbath to another, shall ALL FLESH come to worship before me, saith YAHUAH.” (Isaiah 66:22-23) Grace saved Gentiles kept the Sabbath. “The Gentiles besought that these words be preached to them the next Sabbath … Paul and Barnabas … persuaded them to continue in the grace of YAHUAH.” (Acts 13:42-43) Luke was also a Gentile (Ephraim Yisraelites) who kept the Sabbath.

The Babylonian language was in use hundreds of years before the Hebrew race was founded by Abraham. That language designated the seventh day of the week as “sa-ba-tu”, meaning rest day and is another indisputable proof that the Scriptural Sabbath was not and is not exclusively Jewish. Very few realize that the word Sabbath and the concept of resting from work on the seventh day of the week (Saturday) is common to most of the ancient and modern languages of the world, which dates back to Babel in Genesis chapter 11. 

This is evidence totally independent of the Scriptures that confirms the Scriptural teaching that YAHUAH’s seventh day Sabbath predates Judaism. The concept of a Saturday QODESH (Set-Apart) day of rest was understood, accepted and practiced by virtually every culture from Babylon through modern times. In the study of the many languages of mankind you will find two important facts:

1. The seventh day of the week is called the “Sabbath” in the majority of principal languages in the world. (English names are of pagan origin)

2. There is not even one language which designates another day as the “day of rest.”

Many fifth century Christians kept the Saturday Sabbath and Sunday

In spite of the rising popularity of Sunday sacredness, Church historian Socrates Scholasticus (5th century) wrote: “For although almost all churches throughout the world celebrate the sacred mysteries [of the Lord’s Supper] on the Sabbath of every week, yet the Christians of Alexandria and at Rome, on account of some ancient tradition, have ceased to do this.” Socrates Scholasticus, Ecclesiastical History, Book 5, ch. 22. Another historian confirmed this, stating, “The people of Constantinople, and almost everywhere, assemble together on the Sabbath, as well as on the first day of the week, which custom is never observed at Rome or at Alexandria.” Sozomen, Ecclesiastical History, Book 7, ch. 19. Thus even in the 5th century, Sabbath keeping was universally prevalent (except in Rome and Alexandria), along with Sunday keeping. 

Many Christians kept both days. But as the centuries wore on, Sunday-keeping grew in prominence, especially within Roman Catholic territories. So as a result, all but just over 550 different denominations now observe Sunday, but the question remains, What does the Scripture say?

Quotes from the Catholic Church on the Sabbath to Sunday change

Below are quotes from the Roman Catholic Church which further reveal why most Churches now keep Sunday as the Sabbath. The Catholic Church may be wrong on many things, but everything about these quotes below is true. When they say they are responsible for the final change of the Sabbath to Sunday, they are not delusional and they speak truth. Revelation 13 tells us that Satan gave his power and authority to the Roman Catholic Church. Why? It was Satan’s plan to have this Church change the Sabbath to Sunday. 

Why did Satan do this? The fourth Commandment is a SIGN as to who we worship and give our allegiance to. If we obey YAHUAH and keep His Sabbath day QODESH (Set-Apart), we give our allegiance to YAHUAH. If we obey the Commandment of the Catholic Church and keep their day Holy, who do we give our allegiance to then? 

The Catholic Church answers this question below with two of their quotes. But looking even deeper, who gave this Church power so YAHUAH’s true day of worship could be changed and why? The picture left is just one of many that reveal the extent of Sun worship in the Catholic Church. Those who did not obey the commandment of the Roman Catholic Church during the dark ages suffered dire consequences. The Scripture says they will be doing it again.

Does the Scriptures support the change to Sunday?

“For example, nowhere in the Scriptures do we find that Messiah or the Apostles ordered that the Sabbath be changed from Saturday to Sunday. We have the commandment of YAHUAH given to Moses to keep QODESH (Set-apart) the Sabbath day, that is the 7th day of the week, Saturday. Today most Christians keep Sunday because it has been revealed to us by the [Roman Catholic] church outside the Scriptures.” — Catholic Virginian, October 3, 1947, p. 9, article “To Tell You the Truth.”

“Is not every Christian obliged to sanctify Sunday and to abstain on that day from unnecessary servile work? Is not the observance of this law among the most prominent of our sacred duties? But you may read the Scripture from Genesis to Revelation, and you will not find a single line authorizing the sanctification of Sunday. The Scriptures enforce the religious observance of Saturday, a day which we never sanctify.” — James Cardinal Gibbons, The Faith of Our Fathers (1917 edition), p. 72-73 (16th Edition, p 111; 88th Edition, p. 89).

Who Made Sunday Holy?

“Question – Which is the Sabbath day? “Answer – Saturday is the Sabbath day. “Question – Why do we observe Sunday instead of Saturday? “Answer – We observe Sunday instead of Saturday because the Catholic Church, in the Council of Laodicea (A.D. 364), transferred the solemnity from Saturday to Sunday.” — Peter Geiermann, C.S.S.R., The Convert’s Catechism of Catholic Doctrine, p. 50, 3rd edition, 1957.

“Perhaps the boldest thing, the most revolutionary change the Church ever did, happened in the first century. The holy day, the Sabbath, was changed from Saturday to Sunday. ‘The day of the Master’ was chosen, not from any direction noted in the Scriptures, but from the (Catholic) Church’s sense of its own power…People who think that the Scriptures should be the sole authority, should logically become 7th Day Keepers, and keep Saturday QODESH (Set-Apart).” — St. Catherine Church Sentinel, Algonac, Michigan, May 21, 1995.

Whose Day of Worship is Sunday?

“They [the Protestants] deem it their duty to keep the Sunday holy. Why? Because the Catholic Church tells them to do so. They have no other reason…The observance of Sunday thus comes to be an ecclesiastical law entirely distinct from the divine law of Sabbath observance…The author of the Sunday law…is the Catholic Church.” — Ecclesiastical Review, February 1914.

“It is well to remind the Presbyterians, Baptists, Methodists, and all other Christians, that the Scripture does not support them anywhere in their observance of Sunday. Sunday is an institution of the Roman Catholic Church, and those who observe the day observe a commandment of the Catholic Church.” — Priest Brady, in an address reported in The News, Elizabeth, New Jersey, March 18, 1903.

Who Do We Reverence by Keeping Sunday Holy?

“ There is no such law in the Scripture. It is a law of the holy Catholic Church alone. The Scripture says, ‘Remember the Sabbath day to keep it QODESH (Set-Apart).’ The Catholic Church says: ‘No. By my divine power I abolish the Sabbath day and command you to keep holy the first day of the week.’ And lo! The entire civilized world bows down in a reverent obedience to the command of the holy Catholic Church.” — father T. Enright, C.S.S.R. of the Redemptoral College, Kansas City, in a lecture at Hartford, Kansas, February 18, 1884, printed in History of the Sabbath, p. 802.

“It was the Catholic church which…has transferred this rest to Sunday in remembrance of the resurrection of our Messiah. Therefore the observance of Sunday by the Protestants is an homage they pay, in spite of themselves, to the authority of the (Catholic) church.” — Monsignor Louis Segur, Plain Talk About the Protestantism of Today, p. 213.

The Seventh Day Sabbath truth revealed

So why did Satan give his power to the Catholic Church? Because he wanted to be like the most high and wanted to be worshipped as YAHUAH. So what did the dragon do? He gave his power and seat and great authority to the Roman Catholic Church and had them change the Seventh day Sabbath to SUN-day.

Isaiah 14:12-14 “How are you fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how are you cut down to the ground, which did weaken the nations! 13 For you have said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of YAHUAH: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.”

Satan desired to be worshipped as YAHUAH but how could he achieve this goal when no Christian in their right mind would do this. When Satan (the Dragon) gave him (the Pope) his power, and his seat, and great authority, Satan achieved his goal and got the worship he wanted and on his day in favor of pagan sun worship which YAHUAH detests and Satan knows it. So when the Catholic Church is being worshipped, by keeping their day, who is really being worshipped? Satan himself! This is called worship by representation.

The big issue is who we worship and what day we worship on. Do we give Satan our allegiance and worship on his day implemented by the Papacy, or do we place our allegiance where it should belong and worship on the day that YAHUAH blessed and sanctified? This is why Satan works so hard through so many people and web sites in attacking this one Commandment. 

If Christians don’t start loving YAHUAH and the truth enough to stop listening to the thoughts and excuses and lies of the enemy, it is going to be a sad day in the end times as many Christians will be like lambs to the slaughter when it comes to who we choose to worship in the time of the mark of the beast. Do we worship the Papal beast power or do we worship YAHUAH. This is what the Seventh day Sabbath is all about. It is a sign as to who we worship and belong to. So who are you going to worship? As for me and my house, we will serve YAHUAH.

This should end all the Sabbath was changed to Sunday in the Scriptures arguments which is evidenced by the extreme measures Satan went to for such a very long time and the continued opposition to the Sabbath truth. In fact Sun-Day worship actually goes back more than 2000 years B.C. and coincides with the worship of Satan himself. YAHUAH “is not the author of confusion…” (1 Corinthians 14:33) or some fool that placed a law that is NOT Love and Eternal in with nine other laws that obviously ARE Love and Eternal. While most Christians understand that nine of the Commandments are love and eternal, most do not realize that the fourth is also a Commandment of love and why all Ten Commandments are Love and Eternal. Deuteronomy 6:5 proves this stating that LOVING YAHUAH with all your heart, might and soul is to keep ALL the Ten Commandments that had just been read 17 verses earlier. How many miss that loving YAHUAH supremely as YAHUSHA said in Matthew 22:35-40, is to keep the fourth Commandment also and why He stated all the law hang on these Commandments as he quoted this Old Testament verse? YAHUAH set aside the Seventh day specifically for us to rest and dedicate this day totally to Him in love. To not do so is just as much sin as breaking any of the Commandments and has the same consequences. 

YAHUAH did not make a mistake when He placed the Sabbath in His Moral law of love, the Ten Commandments. The Sabbath is a perpetual (never ending) covenant (Exodus 31:13-17) that applies to anyone under the “Renewed Covenant” that many miss was actually made with Yisra’el only (Hebrews 8:10). Paul however describes two Yisra’el’s today and the one he says counts is the Yisra’el of YAHUAH, and not the Yisra’el of the flesh. (Romans 9:6-8) If we are Messiah’s, then we are Yisra’el today and heirs according to the promise made to Abraham. (Galatians 3:28-29) It is sadly amusing that some attacking YAHUAH’s law often say the Old Covenant was made just with Yisra’el so the Ten Commandments are gone with the “New” Covenant. This certainly reveals their ignorance and what spirit they are listening to. See also Romans 2:28-29 and Isaiah 66:22-23. See also Daniel’s 70 weeks prophecy or Prophecy of weeks.

One web site in their attack on the Sabbath Commandment stated, “Worshipping on a specific day would be idolatry. We worship the maker every day. G-d made all the days of the week and does not expect to be worshipped on only one day.” I guess what they are really saying to YAHUAH is, “Hey G-d, let me set you straight. Why are you Commanding the Seventh day? Don’t you know that we don’t have to do that because we worship you every day! Why would you make us sin and commit idolatry by Commanding us to worship on a specific day!?” I was totally dumbfounded when I read this as should anyone! YAHUAH clearly states the Seventh day is my Sabbath and people respond, “It does not matter what day G-d says.” 

Does YAHUAH mean what He says or not? Do you remember how YAHUAH tested His people in Exodus 16, before He even gave the Ten Commandments to see if they would keep His law? He tested to see if they would keep the Seventh day or not. When they didn’t, YAHUAH accused these non-Jews of breaking His whole law. We do worship YAHUAH everyday but if we kept the Sabbath everyday, we would not be Holy, we would be lazy. It should be obvious that it is not possible to keep the Sabbath everyday and when YAHUAH specifically commands something, He means it!

Important Note: Satan has always had a long term plan in attacking the law of YAHUAH (this should be obvious to us) and is desperate to keep Christians from discovering the real truth on the Sabbath Commandment and so you will find that he has had no trouble in finding those he can bring against the truth. 

They also often call the fourth Commandment the “Jewish Sabbath” (already seen to be impossible) and attack the issue of sun worship, Constantine and the Catholic Church saying that people quoting the truth cannot make up their mind how it happened and some even claim that none were involved and deny all the above historical quotes while giving some of their own quotes from those who did yield to temptation and began keeping Sunday in honor of the resurrection against YAHUAH’s will. 

The truth that they avoid is that all three were involved in the Sabbath to Sunday change as we have seen. Colossians 2:16, Galatians 4:10 and Romans 14:5 are also typically quoted and these as you have seen are also quoted in ignorance, and if you do understand these passages you will be able to easily identify the deceived when they quote these passages that demonstrates they have no idea what the truth is.
