The day came when Tammuz was killed by a wild pig. 

Queen Semiramis (Ishtar) told the people that Tammuz was now ascended to his father, Baal (Nimrod), and that the two of them would be with the worshippers in the sacred candle or lamp flame as Father, Son and Spirit. 

Ishtar, who was now worshipped as the “Mother of God and Queen of Heaven”, continued to build her mystery religion. 

The queen told the worshippers that when Tammuz was killed by the wild pig, some of his blood fell on the stump of an evergreen tree, and the stump grew into a full new tree overnight. This made the evergreen tree sacred by the blood of Tammuz. 

Ishtar also proclaimed that because Tammuz was killed by a pig, that a pig must be eaten on that Sunday. 

By now, the readers of this tract should have made the connection that paganism has infiltrated the contemporary “Christian” churches, and further study indicates that this paganism came in by way of the Roman Catholic System.

The elderly man was a little apprehensive as he approached the familiar buildings. Forty years earlier he had fled for his very life from these surroundings. Now he was returning to carry out a divinely commanded mission in the midst of what was then, and had been for centuries, the most powerful nation on the face of the earth.

Moses and his brother Aaron were ushered into the audience chamber of the Egyptian Pharaoh. Called upon to state their business, Aaron served as Moses’ spokesman to tell the ruler that the ELOHIYM of the Hebrews had sent them with a message. “Thus says YAHUAH ELOHIYM of Yisrael,” Aaron declared, “Let My people go, that they might hold a feast to Me in the wilderness” SHEMOTH (EXODUS) 5:1.

Incredulous at this bold request, Pharaoh responded contemptuously. “Who is YAHUAH that I should obey His voice and let Yisrael go? I do not know YAHUAH, nor will I let Yisrael go” (v. 2).

This question, “Who is the ELOHIYM of Yisrael that I should obey Him?” was to be very forcefully answered during the weeks ahead. 

YAHUAH introduced Himself to Pharaoh through a series of mighty acts that brought once mighty Egypt to her knees. These miraculous interventions culminated in the events of the first Passover. In the aftermath, the Egyptians urgently besought the Yisraelites to depart and finally thrust them out of the land with gifts of gold and jewelry.

The ELOHIYM of Yisrael answered Pharaoh’s question by revealing Himself as the great Creator who has power over all things. Ultimately, He showed Himself to have total power over life and death. And it was through the Passover that YAHUAH chose to introduce Himself and His plan to Yisrael.

Down through the ages, the answer to the question “Who is the ELOHIYM of Yisrael?” has reverberated time and again in the message of the Passover. 

Even today, when people ask Pharaoh’s age-old question about who YAHUAH is that we should obey Him, the answer is still revealed in the Passover and now through YAHUSHA’s Memorial Service. For through this Feast and Service, we learn of His incredible power. But, as we shall see, we also learn of much, much more.

YAHUSHA’s Memorial

YAHUSHA told His disciples that He fervently desired to eat the Passover meal with them before He suffered (Luke 22:15). However, they did not understand what he meant. The New Testament accounts tell us that YAHUSHA’s “last supper” was an institution of his Memorial, (Matt. 26:19; Luke 22:13-14), and not a ceremony that contradicted YAHUAH’s law. They also make it evident that the disciples saw nothing unusual about having a meal the evening before Passover. Mark 14:12 shows that it was, in fact, actually the disciples who asked HA’MASHIACH where they were to celebrate the Passover. There is no hint that the timing of the dinner was in any way out of the ordinary.

Peter and John were sent by YAHUSHA into Jerusalem on the after-noon of Abib 13 (Luke 22:8). They arranged for a room and oversaw the preparation of the traditional Passover meal that would follow the next evening. Now some here object and claim that HA’MASHIACH and the disciples were eating the traditional Passover meal. But that could not be so, since the temple slaughter of lambs wouldn’t occur until the afternoon that marked the close of Abib 14, which was according to the scriptures of killing the Passover on the 14th and with the traditions of the Sadducees and Pharisees. This of course called for celebrating the Passover meal one day later than when HA’MASHIACH and His disciples partook of this meal. (cf. John 18:28).

It wasn’t necessary to have a lamb this evening, as the final lamb would be slaughtered the following evening according to the law of YAHUAH. Note the record preserved by the first-century Jewish author, Philo of Alexandria: ”[Passover is the day] which the Hebrews call, in their native language, pascha, on which the whole nation sacrifices, each individual among them, not waiting for the priests, since on this occasion the law was given, for one especial day in every year, that each private home slays his own victim on this day (The Decalogue, bk. 30. sec. 159).

Shortly after sunset then, beginning Abib 14, YAHUSHA HA’MASHIACH and the rest of the Twelve joined Peter and John and began a meal. The entire method of this meal became very significant that night. The evening initially began much like any meal would, but events took a unique turn as the meal progressed.

Institution of Foot-washing

During the meal YAHUSHA rose from the table. He laid aside His outer robe, picked up a towel and began making preparations to wash the disciples’ feet. 

Imagine their consternation as it dawned on them what was about to happen! Foot washing was after all a menial task generally relegated to the lowliest member of the household. As the Twelve sat there embarrassed not quite knowing what to say or do. Peter blurted out, “You will never wash my feet!”

After making the point to Peter that “if I do not wash you, you have no part with Me”, HA’MASHIACH received a quick acquiescence and a request to be washed all over. (John 13:6-9).

When He finished washing the feet of each of the Twelve, YAHUSHA laid aside the towel put His outer robe back on, and resumed His seat at the table. After looking around Him, He asked if they understood what He had really done. He waited a few moments and then began to explain the real significance of what had occurred.

During the 3 1/2 years of His ministry YAHUSHA had continually talked about the Kingdom of YAHUAH.

The disciples understood this to be a literal kingdom and of course, they thought they knew all about kingdoms. After all, they lived in the kingdom of Judea-ruled directly by Herod. Judea in turn was part of an even larger kingdom – the great Roman Empire. Their concept of ruler ship and what it meant to occupy a throne had been much affected by their experience and background. But HA’MASHIACH wanted them to understand that the Kingdom of YAHUAH was vastly different from any human government.

In YAHUAH’s Kingdom, for which they were preparing, the rulers were to be servants. This was quite different from what they had seen of the Gentile rulers around them or, for that matter of the Jewish religious leaders in Jerusalem. Humility and service are to be hallmarks of YAHUAH’s leadership.

In washing their feet, HA’MASHIACH gave them an example upon which they could reflect for the rest of their lives. He instructed them on that night that they were to follow His example and wash one another’s feet (vv. 14-17). 

This would keep what He did ever before their eyes. It didn’t end with them, however.

In some of His final instructions to the disciples, HA’MASHIACH told them that they were to teach all of those who, in the future, would respond to their teachings “to observe all things that I have commanded you” (Matt. 28:20). 

This would certainly include the foot washing instructions that HA’MASHIACH gave His final evening with them.

In modern Western society, walking is rarely a primary mode of transportation, especially in open toed sandals. As a result we don’t generally anticipate washing our feet as one of the first things to do upon arriving at journey’s end. Nevertheless, as we reflect on the Scriptural custom and go through the literal practice of it once a year, we are reminded of the same lesson that YAHUSHA sought to teach His disciples on the final evening of His human ministry.

The Bread and the Wine

Several items, such as wine and bread, were traditionally part of any meal eaten by the Jews in YAHUSHA’s day. Since this room had already been prepared for the Passover to be held the following evening, no leavening was at this meal. During this meal YAHUSHA took two items and imparted special significance to them. This is how the bread (unleavened) and the wine became the center of this New Testament service.

Some assembly members in the Greek city of Corinth later became confused about whether or not this New Testament observance should include a full meal and not simply symbolic portions of unleavened bread and wine. Because of this, Sha’ul explained the matter in I Corinthians 11:23- 26. He admonished them that “when you come together in one place, it is not to eat a supper nor is it YAHUAH’s Passover Meal [a full meal – Night Much to Be Remembered or Observed]” (v.20). Rather, they were supposed to have eaten a normal meal at home beforehand (v. 34).

As far as YAHUSHA’s Memorial observance itself went, the order of service that Sha’ul had delivered to them came directly from YAHUSHA HA’MASHIACH (v.23). We find this from Sha’ul’s instructions in I Corinthians 2 as well as from the direct Good News accounts of HA’MASHIACH’s final meal. It is clear that we are to first wash each other’s feet then take of the bread, and then of the wine.

There can be no question that the bread is to be unleavened as it represented an unleavened sacrifice. This room had been prepared for Passover and no leavening could be allowed (Ex.12:8), and therefore that was all that would have been on the table the night of HA’MASHIACH’s final meal.

As to the question of whether it was wine or grape juice that was used, the answer is simple to determine.

In the land of Yisrael grapes were harvested in the fall.

By the spring, six months later, all of the fall harvest had either been eaten fresh or else preserved as raisins, vinegar or wine. There was no such thing as grape juice with an extended shelf life at that time because the Yisraelites did not have pasteurization or modern canning techniques, neither was there any frozen concentrate!

In the latter part of their final meal together, YAHUSHA took some unleavened bread from the table, blessed it, and then broke it into many pieces. He told the disciples that it represented His body, which was to be broken for them. Then he passed the bread around and they all ate. 

Shortly thereafter, He took a cup of wine, blessed it and passed it to His disciples for each to drink. That fruit of the vine, He told them, represented His blood, which was to be shed to make the New Covenant possible. We reenact this ceremony in the Memorial service year by year.

The sacrifice that YAHUSHA HA’MASHIACH was preparing to make was symbolized by the broken piece of unleavened bread and the sip of wine taken by each of the disciples that night. These two items had previously been pictured at the Passover table representing what would happen at the fulfillment of sacrificing of an unblemished lamb. The full nature of His sacrifice is prophesied in Isaiah 53 and then described in the account of His crucifixion.

Bread presented on the sacrificial altar with blood in the temple throughout the year was unleavened. The twelve loaves of the bread of presence (called “show bread” in the NKJV) displayed on the table in the Holy Place were also unleavened. Leavening is often used in the Scripture as a type of sin (cf. Luke 12:1; 1 Cor. 5:6-8). Therefore, unleavened bread symbolizes a pure sinless state (cf. v.8).

Before HA’MASHIACH was taken out to Golgotha to be crucified, He first underwent a horrible scourging. This scourging was a brutal beating delivered by a Roman lictor, one especially trained in this task. Used in the beating was a special whip, which consisted of a number of leather cords to which were affixed small portions of bone, metal or glass. Repeated lashes from such an instrument literally ripped the skin off the victim. Scourging caused such blood loss and shock to the system that many times it was the direct cause of death.

Why did HA’MASHIACH undergo such a beating? 

Notice the prophecy in Isaiah 53: “Yet on himself he bore our sufferings, our torments he endured, while we counted him smitten by YAHUAH, struck down by disease and misery; but he was pierced for our transgressions, tortured for our iniquities; the chastisement he bore is health for us and by his scourging we are healed” (vv.4-5 NEB). The Apostle Peter quotes a portion of this passage in his first epistle, emphasizing the phrase, “by whose stripes you were healed” (2:24). When HA’MASHIACH told the disciples that the pieces of bread represented His physical body, broken on our behalf, he was showing that our healing is made possible as a result of His suffering in our stead. In fact, failure to discern this basic truth is why many in Corinth were NOT healed! (I Cor. 11:29-30).

After His beating, HA’MASHIACH was taken out of the city to the hill of Golgotha, there to be crucified with criminals. YAHUSHA’s agonizing crucifixion lasted for about six hours, coming to an end when a Roman soldier plunged a spear into His body and His life’s blood poured out onto the ground.

The fact that YAHUSHA died as a result of bleeding to death isn’t readily apparent from the Good News accounts of the crucifixion as translated in the King James Version. However, there are several points that prove this to have been the case. First, YAHUSHA was the true Passover Lamb and the Passover lambs died as a result of bleeding to death. Also, scientist can prove that this type of crucifixion would cause one to drowning on his own blood, suffocating the heart. In addition, HA’MASHIACH emphasized the blood-shed of His sacrifice in the symbolic wine to be used at his Memorial. Moreover, the Apostle Sha’ul said that we are justified from our sins by the shed blood of YAHUSHA HA’MASHIACH (cf. Rom. 5:9).

With these things in mind, a careful examination of the text adds further clarity. John 19:34 in the King James translation makes it appear that the soldier stabbed HA’MASHIACH’s side after He had already died. However, the Greek verb translated “pierced” is in the aorist tense as is attested to by the Arndt-Gingrich Greek Lexicon and others. What is the significance of this point? ‘The function of the aorist tense is a matter of tremendous importance. The time of action is past…. The Greek aorist may be translated by either the simple past tense in English ‘I loosed’ or the perfect tense in English ‘I have loosed.’ Usually the context will indicate which is to be used” (Essentials of New Testament Greek, pp. 66-67). 

The account in John 19:34 is describing why HA’MASHIACH’s legs didn’t have to be broken to speed up his death – because a soldier had earlier pierced his side and He had then quickly bled to death.

Matthew 27:49, as preserved in many of the most ancient manuscripts (including both the Sinaiticus and Codex Vaticmzus), ends with the phrase, “And another took a spear and thrust it into his side and out came water and blood.” While this is left out of the King James translation, it is included, at least in the footnotes, in many of the modern translations. It is certainly descriptive of what happened and was, no doubt, part of the original text. The next verse says that HA’MASHIACH cried out and then died.

The wine symbolic of the blood of our Savior reminds us of how our sins are forgiven. The Apostle Sha’ul instructs us that “the wages of sin is death” (Rom. 6:23) and that all of us as human beings have sinned (3:23). Hebrews 9:22 goes on to explain that ”without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins” (NRSV).

The essence of the Sacrificing (Killing) Passover is that HA’MASHIACH took our place. The ancient Yisraelites were spared when the death angel came through the land of Egypt because they were actually under the blood of the Passover lamb, which had been killed on the 14th between the two evening and its blood was over their doors (Ex.12:7, 13). When we observe YAHUSHA’s Memorial, we are partaking of the symbols of the sacrifice that YAHUSHA HA’MASHIACH made on our behalf. He came as the “Lamb of YAHUAH who takes away the sins of the world” (John 1:29). He was”our Passover…sacrificed for us”(1Cor. 5:7).

Who is YAHUAH of Yisrael that we should obey Him? Not only is He the Creator YAHUAH who has complete power over His creation – as He demonstrated to Pharaoh and the Egyptians – but He is also the One who so loved all of mankind that He gave His only begotten Son to redeem every one of us from our sins (John 3: 16). 

YAHUAH chose in ancient times to introduce Himself and His plan through the Passover, and now as we appear before Him annually at this Sacred Memorial – partaking of the symbols of our Savior’s sacrifice – we are re- introduced and reminded anew.

The story of the Passover is found in Exodus chapter 12. There is controversy today as to when the New Year Abiv 1 occurs. Some believe Abiv 1 is the first new moon closest to the Vernal equinox, others, which include myself, believe it to be the Spring equinox or shortly after. Then there is the question as to whether the new moon is defined as the sighted sliver or the totally dark moon (conjunction).

The Translation Error of New Moon

The term “New Moon” (yareach chadash) is Not Written anywhere in the Hebrew Scriptures. The Scriptures only use the word “month” (chodesh), which means either “month” or “new month” on the Solar Calendar. 

CHODESH means “Month” and its root word CHADASH which means “New.” They also confused the word YERACH which means “Month,” as in a “Complete Month,” with the word YAREACH which means “Moon,” and this is where the translation error of New Moon came into the various books and bibles, as it was commonly known that the Hebrew people observed the New Moon and kept a New Moon Festival every month.

However, this is not commanded in the Torah, nor is the term “New Moon” ever mentioned in the whole Torah when you look at the original Hebrew text.

A lamb without spot or blemish was removed from the flock on the 10th of Abiv and was kept and cared for at the home of each family that would sacrifice it. They would carefully inspect it to make sure it was free of any blemishes. 

SHEMOTH (EXODUS) 12:3 Speak ye unto all the congregation of Yisrael, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house: 

SHEMOTH (EXODUS) 12:4 And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb. 

SHEMOTH (EXODUS) 12:5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:

The lamb would be inspected for 4 days. Often, it would almost become a family pet which made the sacrificing of it heart wrenching.

YAHUSHA was our sacrificial lamb without spot or blemish. He was also examined for 4 days when he entered the temple in Jerusalem on the 10th of Abiv and was condemned to die on the 14th (Passover). No fault was found in him – see LUQUS (LUKE) 23:4; 23:14; YAHUCHANON (JOHN) 18:38; 19:4; 19:6. 

SHEMOTH (EXODUS) 12:6 And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Yisrael After ensuring that the lamb was free from blemish, it was taken between the evenings (הערבים – Ha Erevim) on Abiv 14 and slaughtered. YAHUSHA was the lamb slain from the foundation of the world. He was taken on the 4th day (4,000) years and was slain as our Passover lamb on Abiv 14. 

Again, there is controversy as to the meaning of “between the evenings.” When the Yisraelites were in Babylon, they had combined Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread into one festival and simply called the whole 7 day observance Passover. This is why the account in the New Testament is hard to understand. Most translations have the Passover lamb being sacrificed on the first day of unleavened bread. The Passover lamb is never sacrificed on the first day of unleavened bread; it is already eaten by then. 

MARQUS (MARK) 14:12 And the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples said unto him, Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the passover? 

This should read “And Before the first day of unleavened bread…” The word translated “first” is protos in the Greek, Strongs # 4413 and should be translated “before” which makes it harmonize with the rest of scripture. John 13:1 is translated correctly. The lamb had already been sacrificed before the first day of Unleavened Bread. 

The Rabbinic Jews maintain that what is meant by “between the evenings” is from when the sun begins to dip from noon going toward sundown until sundown itself. This is what puts them a day off in their observance of Passover. The Karaites and Samaritans take the position that it is from 6 PM to 7:20 PM. I agree somewhat with this in that I believe that “between the evenings” is the period from sunset until total darkness, a period of about 45 minutes. 

A careful review of the Passover account in SHEMOTH (EXODUS) 12 will show that the death angel passed over at midnight on the 14th of Abiv. The only night time portion of the 14th is at the beginning of it as the Hebrew days begins at sunset and ends at sunset the following day. 

Many object saying that since YAHUSHA was crucified during the day time portion of the 14th of Abiv, that the Pharisees observance of Passover is correct. However, YAHUSHA did observe Passover with his disciples the night before, even though he was slain during the day portion of the 14th. He still died on the 14th and both observed Passover with his disciples and was the Passover lamb slain from the foundation of the world. 

The Jews eat their Passover on the 15th which is actually the first day of Unleavened Bread. That is not Scriptural. The blood of the lamb was applied to the door posts in the SHEMOTH (EXODUS) account on the night of the 14th. YAHUSHA observed Passover on the 14th as did the Sadducees. This is when I personally observe Passover. 

The Passover supper is called a Seder which is a ceremony full of symbolism of the Messiah. Besides being the lamb that was slain, he is also represented by the “Afikomen”, the middle portion of the unleavened wafer (Matzah) that is broken and wrapped in a linen cloth and hidden at the beginning of the ceremony. This represents the burial of YAHUSHA and is usually redeemed toward the end of the ceremony. The leader of the ceremony, usually the father of the household, will send the children out to look for the hidden Afikomen. When one finds it, the Afikomen is redeemed by a gift called the “promise of the father.” A small book of liturgy called the Haggadah (the telling) is used at the Passover Seder. Messianic believers have adapted the Haggadah to include Scriptures from the Brit Chadashah. 

Passover is all about the Messiah, the false festival of Easter is not.

YAHUAH told Moses to go to Pharaoh and demand that the Yisraelites be freed from slavery.

Pharaoh, however, refused to free the Yisraelite slaves and YAHUAH unleashed plagues on the Egyptians.

The plagues were so severe that Pharaoh practically begged Moses to stop each plague, promising every time to free the Yisraelites.

But instead of freeing them, he made their lives increasingly more difficult.

Why Did YAHUAH Demonstrate His Power in Egypt?

Else, if you refuse to let my people go, behold, tomorrow will I bring the locusts into your coast:

We may wonder why YAHUAH decided to demonstrate His power to both Yisrael and Egypt. After all, He was fully capable of delivering Yisrael without involving Pharaoh in the process.

Scripture is clear on this: YAHUAH hardened Pharaoh’s heart in order to demonstrate His power over the false elohiym (gods) of Egypt, represented by each of the ten plagues.

In doing this, YAHUAH demonstrated His mighty power to the Yisraelites, Egyptians and even the world, proving that He alone is YAHUAH ELOHIYM (YAHUAH ALMIGHTY). 

(Exodus 10:1–2)

And in very deed for this cause have I raised you up, for to show in you my את eth-power; and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.

The Temptation to Compromise

Not so: go now ye that are men, and serve YAHUAH; for that ye did desire. And they were driven out from Phar’oh’s presence.

YAHUAH sought to liberate the children of Yisrael from Egypt for one purpose—that they may serve Him.

But Pharaoh tried to get Moses to compromise with YAHUAH by telling him that only the men could go into the wilderness to worship YAHUAH ELOHIYM.

So YAHUAH brought the eighth plague of locusts upon Egypt.

The Plague of Locust 

After YAHUAH sent away the locusts, Pharaoh allowed the men and women to leave Egypt and worship YAHUAH ELOHIYM, but he didn’t allow them to take their livestock.

Moses wouldn’t compromise. He told Pharaoh, “Not a hoof is to be left behind.” SHEMOTH (Exodus) 10:26

We must take this same attitude with the enemy of our soul and refuse to compromise. We must be determined to live completely and fully in YAHUAH’s Kingdom of Light and to leave behind nothing in the kingdom of darkness!

Only without compromising can we hope to serve YAHUAH wholeheartedly.

Just as Moses commanded Pharaoh to release the Yisraelites, YAHUSHA says to the enemy of our souls, “Let My people go!”

YAHUAH wants to liberate us from the pharaoh of this world—from slavery to sin—so that we may become slaves of righteousness.

And what a freedom it is to be a slave to righteousness! The enemy has no power over those who are slaves of righteousness.

The Plague of Darkness

And YAHUAH said unto Mosheh, Stretch out your hand toward the heavens, that there may be darkness over the land of Mitsrayim, even darkness which may be felt.

When Pharaoh refused to let the Yisraelites leave Egypt with their livestock, YAHUAH sent the ninth plague of darkness.

With this plague, ELOHIYM (YAHUAH) established His supremacy over the Egyptian sun elohiym (g-d).

Although the Egyptians were plunged into total darkness, the Yisraelites enjoyed light in their dwellings in the land of Goshen.

Likewise, YAHUSHA (Messiah) came to give freedom to the prisoners of darkness, whether Jew or Gentile.

The story of the first Pesach (Passover), approximately 3500 years ago.

Passover is one of the most significant events in the Torah: it is the physical salvation of Yisrael through the blood of the lamb.

It has significance for all Believers, Jew or Gentile, as it foreshadowed our spiritual salvation through the atoning blood of the Lamb of ELOHIYM, YAHUSHA HA’MASHIACH (The Messiah).

This final plague—the death of the firstborn of Egypt—required that Moses prepare the people of Yisrael so that YAHUAH ELOHIYM could make a distinction between the Egyptians and Yisraelites. SHEMOTH (Exodus) 11:7

YAHUAH commanded Yisrael to kill a lamb and place its blood on the doorposts (mezuzot) of their dwelling places.

When the blood was placed on the doorposts and lintels in Egypt, it formed the letter chet in Hebrew, which as a pictograph may mean separation, fence or wall.

Together with the Hebrew letter Yud, which as a pictograph means hand—representing the power of YAHUAH ELOHIYM, it forms the word chai, meaning living. Chai is related to the Hebrew word chaim, which means life.

The angel of death passed over those dwelling places where the blood had been applied to the lintel so that they lived.

Just as those who applied the lamb’s blood to their doorposts were saved—Yisraelite and Egyptian alike—we are also saved from death and destruction by the blood of the Lamb of YAHUAH ELOHIYM, YAHUSHA, who died on the crucifixion stake (Tree) on Passover and rose after three days. KEPHA RI’SHON (1 Peter 1:19)

Passover: The Story of Redemption

This month shall be unto you the beginning of months: it shall be the first month of the year to you.

Passover is so significant that YAHUAH ELOHIM commanded it to be the spiritual beginning of the year. SHEMOTH (Exodus) 12:2

All our sense of time is reckoned from this moment of freedom, the Passover, the day that YAH passed over us, and we were saved from His wrath.

That is why each year during Passover we recount this great story of redemption at the Passover. It is a powerful teaching tool by which we impart our faith in a mighty, merciful YAH to the next generation. SHEMOTH (Exodus) 12:26

While most Jewish people celebrate the Passover each year, for many it’s simply a family tradition or a religious ritual.

Like most Gentile Believers, Jewish people also need a deeper understanding of the Passover, especially the blood of the Lamb.

Please pray that, as Jewish people study these passages of Scripture this 

Shabbat (Sabbath), the Ruach Ha’Qodesh (Set-Apart Spirit) would give them revelation about salvation through the blood of the Messiah.

“Celebrate this day [Passover] as a lasting ordinance for the generations to come.” SHEMOTH (Exodus) 12:17

The Protection of the Blood Covenant

“There will be loud wailing throughout Egypt—worse than there has ever been or ever will be again. But among the Israelites not a dog will bark at any person or animal.” SHEMOTH (Exodus) 11:6

When the angel of death passed over Egypt, a great cry of mourning was heard throughout the land.

But wherever the blood had been applied to the doorpost in obedience to YAHUAH ELOHIYM, it was quiet and calm.

In the face of so much destruction, some find it difficult to reconcile YAHUAH’s love for all people, as seen in the Renewed Covenant (New Testament), with YAHUAH’s judgment of sin in the Torah.

But YAHUAH didn’t just wipe out all the Egyptians. Before each plague, He warned them; He gave them time and opportunity to repent.

At the same time, He put the umbrella of His protective covering over those who chose to be in covenant relationship with Him.

Not only were the Yisraelites saved, but the Egyptians who feared Almighty YAHUAH ELOHIYM and entered a house with the Blood of the Lamb on the doorpost were also saved.

All people, not just the children of Yisrael, are welcome to come into this 

privileged covenant status with YAHUAH (the Messiah), the ELOHIYM of the Yisraelites, through the blood of the Yahudim (Jewish) Messiah, YAHUSHA.

The Results of Hardness of Heart

“How long will you refuse to humble yourself before Me?” SHEMOTH (Exodus) 10:3

Our own hardness of heart has ramifications not only for our own lives, but for our loved ones and for our businesses and employees.

Pharaoh invited destruction upon himself, his family and all of Egypt simply because of the hardness of his heart. He refused to humble himself or to heed the ten rebukes of the plagues.

Throughout the Tanakh (Hebrew Scriptures), the prophets foretell of the judgment that will come upon the earth. The blood of the lamb is the only thing powerful enough to protect us from the coming wrath of YAHUAH.

YAHUAH is merciful and does not desire even one person to perish.

Therefore, He has given each one of us the opportunity to place the blood of the lamb, by belief (faith), on the doorposts and lintels of our hearts. We do this by receiving YAHUSHA’s atonement for our sins.

YAHUSHA is returning, not as the meek, sacrificial lamb, but as the mighty Lion of Yahudah (Judah), to execute judgment upon the peoples of the earth, especially upon the enemies of Yisrael.

Parasha Bo (Come!): The Angel of Death Passed Over

Background

James Charles Stuart was the Catholic son of devout Catholic monarch Mary, Queen of Scots and her second husband (also her 1st cousin) Henry Stuart, Duke of Albany also known by his Scottish Parliamentary title “Lord Darnley”. James therefore was born a descendant of Henry VII through his great grandmother Margaret Tudor, elder sister of Henry VIII.

Contrary to deliberately false historical accounts, Mary returned in 1561 from France a popular monarch in ultra-Catholic Scotland at a time when Elizabeth I –after just three years as Queen of England–was attempting to reassert her father’s Protestant movement and stripping powerful Catholic nobles of their lands in favour of loyal Protestant families of lesser rank.

The arrival of Mary in 1561–the former Queen consort of France– would have severely shaken Elizabeth and her Protestant advisers such as Sir Francis Walsingham. As a devout Catholic and legitimate claimant to the throne, Elizabeth would have been too aware of the power of Mary to rally Catholic support in Scotland, England and Ireland to her cause. The birth of James in 1564 through marriage of 1st cousins was a clear and umistakable message that the Catholic Church intended to end the Protestant Church ultimately through a Catholic King with an undeniable pedigree.

To circumvent the plans of Mary, Elizabeth and her advisors hatched a plan and Lord Darnley was murdered in an explosion at Kirk o’ Field, Edinburgh in February 1567. Mary then remarried in May 1567 to James Hepburn, 4th Earl of Bothwell. In the meantime, Walsingham and his agents had succeeded in circulating rumours amongst the Scottish families that it was James Hepburn who murdered Lord Darnley and that Mary had shown signs of being an unfit mother.

The final part of the plan of Elizabeth and her advisers occured the following month in June 1567 when she nominated the infant James as her heir apparent and Duke of Rothesay and Prince and Great Stewart of Scotland. The Protestant intelligence service of Walsingham supported by Scottish protestant noble families then had Mary arrested, imprisoning her at Loch Leven Castle and forcing her to abdicate in favour of her infant son as James VI of Scotland.

James was then entrusted to the care of the Protestant Earl of Moray and tutored by Protestant historian and writer George Buchanan who is alleged to have repeatedly sexually molested and physically beaten the young Prince for years.

In 1568, Mary escaped from prison, rallying a Catholic army to try and gain the freedom of her son. However, Mary was defeated by the Earl of Moray at the Battle of Langside in the same year–largely through the treachery of the Earl in threatening the life of the young Prince. Contrary to deliberate historical falsities, Mary was captured through this trickery at the actual Battle of Langside–rather than the absurd claim she entered English territory with a minor escort.

In revenge, the Catholics managed to have the Earl of Moray murdered by 1570 and James then witnessed a string of regents, all ultimately meeting similar fates until 1581 when James finally gained control of his own government and promptly had his last regent–James Douglas, 4th Earl of Morton executed in June 1581.

Around the same time saw the arrival of Frenchman Esmé Stewart, Sieur d’Aubigny, first cousin of James’s father Lord Darnley (and later made the Earl of Lennox). He quickly became the King’s favourite and it is openly acknowledged by most reputable historians that the Earl and the King were openly lovers at Court.

In response, the Protestant earls of Gowrie and Angus had the King kidnapped in 1583 and imprisoned at Ruthven Castle, forcing the young French Earl to escape back to France. After his release in 1584, James promulgated several laws to re-affirm his control and removed any last influence of Protestant advisors within his inner circle–appointing devout Catholic John Maitland as Lord Chancellor of Scotland (1584-1592) and taking Jesuit William Weston S.J. as his royal confessor.

During this whole period, James continued to petition his “godmother” Elizabeth I for the safe release of his mother Mary. Then in late 1586, Elizabeth convinced James –on threat of losing his heir apparent status to the English throne–to sign the Treaty of Berwick in which James pledged to protect Elizabeth and vice versa and to come to each others aid in the event of attack.

No sooner had the ink dried on the Treaty than Elizabeth had Mary tried for treason and executed in February 1587. James never forgave the treachery of Elizabeth and the Protestant nobles for what they did to his mother–supported by the few words on the subject that have survived history. However, the young Scottish king was forced to support Elizabeth or risk losing everything. That James did not declare war on Elizabeth on the murder of his mother is testament to the strength of Fr. William Weston S.J. his Jesuit counsel.

The Treaty would soon be put to the test with arrival of The Spanish Armada in July 1588 against which James was forced to provide ships to Charles Howard and Francis Drake as well as troops against the expected invasion. Following the victory of the English, James left Scotland for Copenhagen by September 1589 to be officially married to Anne of Denmark, Daughter of Protestant King Frederick II of Denmark. He returned to Scotland the following year around May 1590.

In spite of his marriage and producing children, Elizabeth and her closest advisers remained suspicious of James–on account of his known homosexual tendancies and Catholic views. By 1597, there was the real possibility that James would be removed as the heir apparent by the increasingly ill and old Elizabeth.

In response, thanks to his Jesuit counsel, James “magically” published in quick succession two pamphlets–the first in 1598 being The Trew Law of Free Monarchies–which was pro-Protestant, anti Jesuit and provided a philosophical argument that the right of Kings and Queens in England was divine and equivalent to the Catholic concept of Apostolic Succession. It was quickly followed up in 1599 by the treatise Basilikon Doron (Royal Gift) which espoused the Protestant duties of a King or Queen to their subjects.

The writings worked and in March 1603, Sir Robert Cecil –the most trusted adviser to Elizabeth–arranged the orderly transfer of power from Elizabeth upon her death to James, now King of England (as James I) and Scotland (as James VI). James then bid farewell to his trusted Jesuit confessor and provincial (general) William Weston, who retired to Spain and died in 1615. In his place, Fr. Henry Garnet S.J. was made the new Jesuit provincial (General), but no longer with the privilege of being confessor to the King.

Whatever hope Catholics had in James overturning the oppressive laws of Elizabeth were soon dashed, as King James chose to retain Sir Robert Cecil his closest court adviser, Thomas Egerton as Lord Chancellor and Thomas Sackville as Lord Treasurer. In fact, in 1603, during his first year of the reign of King James, Jesuit Provincial (General) Henry Garnett S.J. arranged a fake plot allegedly by several Franciscan Catholic priests to kidnap the King. The pretext of this fake plot enabled the uncovering of a real plot against James through protestant nobles including Henry Brooke, George Brooke and Sir Walter Raleigh.

As a result of these plots –and to eliminate future protestant unrest– in early 1604, King James ordered the Franciscan Catholic clergy to leave England, except the Jesuits. Meanwhile, the Jesuits through Fr. Henry Garnet S.J. were instrumental in engineering a treaty between Spain and England in the same year (1604)–the claim that protestant nobles Sir Robert Cecil and Henry Howard made this happen an impossible forgery.

Also in 1604, at the urging of the Jesuits, King James convened the Hampton Court Conference at which the King secured the agreement of the English clergy to begin work on an “English” Bible to replace the Bishops’ Bible –based on the English Protestant Geneva Bible –as the official version for readings of the Church of England. Six (6) committees called companies were established for the task, the 1st Westminister Company, 1st Cambridge Company, 1st Oxford Company, 2nd Oxford Company, 2nd Westminister Company and 2nd Cambridge Company–with Oxford a traditional Catholic stronghold being granted the most important elements including Gospels, Acts and Book of Revelation.

However, not all Protestant nobles were convinced of the genuine “pro-Protestant” nature of the King–most notably the Parliament. An early goal of James was to establish a rival “Union of Crowns Corporation” (or simply “the Union”) to the “Crown of Aragon Corporation” by uniting the crowns of England, Ireland and Scotland under one union, one set of laws and one monarch under the legal control of the “sea” (see or Holy See).

Originally Parliament was set to open in 1604, but was delayed until 1605 at which time the Jesuits swung into action a false plan to kill all the major Protestant nobles in one foul act through the destruction of Parliament. The plan was to sacrifice several Catholic nobles as stooges involved in the plot and for it to be uncovered just before its execution–rallying the nobles behind James and his goal of the “Union of Crowns”.

The plan worked with one exception. Sir Robert Cecil predictably “foiled” the Gunpowder Plot and several Catholic nobles were found and brutally executed. But Jesuit Provincial General Fr. Henry Garnet S.J. was also implicated and executed.

Upon the execution of the Jesuit Provincial by King James, enough Protestants nobles had the “proof” they wanted, and dropped their objection to the “Union of Crowns”. Thus in 1605 King James proclaimed himself “King of Great Britain”.

Most importantly, because so senior a Jesuit was implicated in the alleged plot to “kill the King”, expert lawyer Camillo Borghese Pope Paul V (1605-1621) –guided by Jesuit Superior General Claudio Acquaviva S.J.– sent an official apology as a Letters Patent to the King –recognizing him as King of Great Britain (hence the Union of Crowns Corporation) and assuring him that neither the Papacy, nor the Jesuits approved of the action of Fr. Henry Garnet S.J. and his Catholic co-conspirators. Sadly, the Letters Patent is said to be lost–the first historic official letter recognizing the Union of Crowns as a legitimate corporate entity.

Now with possession of the legal position of the Union of Crowns Corporation (“the Crown” also the “Union”) recognized by the Holy See, King James unleashed several Royal Charters by the corporation including the King’s Men–a playgroup of actors presenting plays allegedly written by William Shakespeare–but actually originating from the Jesuit College of English in Rome.

In April 1606, James granted the Royal Charter of the Virginia Company of London (also known also as the “London Company” and simply “the Company”) for the purpose of establishing colonial settlements in North America from the 34th parallel (Cape Fear) north to the 41st parallel (in Long Island sound).

In the same year (1606), King James also granted the Royal Charter of the Virginia Company of Plymouth (also known as the “Plymouth Company” and the “Virginia Bay Company”) also with the purpose of establishing colonial settlements in North America but from the 38th parallel (Chesapeake Bay) north to the 45th parallel (Maine). As both companies had territory that deliberately overlapped, their Charters stipulated that neither company could found a settlement within 100 miles (160 km) of an existing settlement of the other company.

The claim that the Virginia companies were named after Elizabeth is an absurd and unsupportable lie as there is overwhelming evidence that James hated Elizabeth for killing his mother. Instead, King James chose the name Virginia in honor of his mother Mary, named after the “Virgin” Mary and in honor of the recognition of the English Crown Corporation by the Holy See. In fact, the claim Elizbeth was known as “the Virgin Queen” is a 19th Century fabrication to hide the obvious etymology of the state of Virginia.

In 1611, the 1st “Authorized” King James Bible was ready and published. Unlike previous Protestant Bibles, the KJB had embedded within its translation the modern theology of the Roman Death Cult –the Vatican and Holy See — including the controversal references to “Virgin” Mary–the patron goddess also known as Cybele of the Vatican.

As historically proven by earlier copies of Greek scriptures from the time of the 1st formation of Christianity under Constantine, no references existed whatsoever for the complex theology of the Roman Death Cult such as the “Virgin” birth. Therefore, it is not possible that the scholarly teams that put together the King James Bible were using early Greek texts, unless they were handed forgeries, or somehow deliberately implanted Vatican doctrine into their text.

For all the skill and brilliant maneuvres of the King in his early reign, by 1612, James took it upon himself to become more personally involved in the running of his government, including a general disregard for hiding his openly homosexual affections towards young male company.

By 1620, James was happy for his son and heir Charles I to take a more active role in Government. By 1624, James health declined rapidly and he died in 1625, “converting” to Catholicism upon his death bed.

Notation: as the days of Noah-{Noah was not taken-he entered the ark-the evil sinful people were taken; The flood came and took them all away, just as the fire will take them away at the coming of the Son of Man. {also refer to Luke 17:34-36} The taken away is not the pre-tribulation rapture, but the destruction as in the Days of Noah -They were taken away.

In MAT 13:30 YAHUSHA said, Gather ye together first the (sinners) tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but (rapture) gather the (saints) wheat into my (New Jerusalem) barn, which clearly states the sinners have been removed when the saints are gathered by the angels. 

We should give serious thought to the Parable of the “10” Virgins

Matthew 25 1; Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. 

11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Master, Master, open to us.

12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the precepts of men. Compare this with the following (Matthew 15:8-9)

In Matthew 7: 21-23, YAHUSHA refers to those people who claim to do His will but, yet, will not enter the kingdom of heaven. He states that He never knew them, even though they have done many wonderful things in His name. At the end of verse 23, He describes who they are.

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Master, Master, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 

22 Many will say to me in that day, Master, Master, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. What is the scriptural definition of this word, “INIQUITY”??? Have you ever wondered what YAHUSHA meant when He used it???

Iniquity defined, using a “Strong’s Concordance” In the Greek

Realize though, all the commandment keeping in the world does not save you. I’m in no way implying that we are saved by our law-keeping.

“For by grace are ye saved through faith and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of YAHUAH.” (Eph 2:8). No one (except YAHUSHA) has ever truly kept the whole law without sinning at least once (Rom 3:23; 5:12). All it takes is one sin to be found guilty before YAHUAH (James 2:10). It is through the shed blood of our Messiah and Saviour YAHUSHA that we are made whole. His blood covers our transgressions – it does not give us license to practice lawlessness (sin). 

Why is He called our Saviour? 

It is because He saves us from the penalty for our sins. The penalty for sin is death (Rom 6:23) and He died in our place – FOR OUR SINS. It is through YAHUAH’s grace (his unmerited favor/gift) that we are cleared of our guilt. His gift was His Son (John 3:16). We are justified through His blood. 

YAHUAH’s Royal Law {the 10 Commandments} is the only source that defines what SIN is.

The Parable is, Once the elect {Bride of Messiah} are gathered from the earth, there will no longer be a person alive on earth who has the spirit of YAHUAH within them.” Those that are left on the earth will INCLUDE those ” foolish virgins ” who will not make it as FIRSTFRUITS to YAHUAH the Father AND to the Lamb of YAHUAH ! 

Beware ~ even Satan has ministers appearing as ministers of righteousness, he appears as the angle of light and it does not matter what I send you, If you are caught up in his snare, and you will continue to follow it, if a person is deceived he does not know he is deceived, Unless you are called of YAHUAH.

In MAT 13:30 YAHUSHA said, Gather ye together first the (sinners) tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but (rapture) gather the (saints) wheat into my (New Jerusalem) barn, which clearly states the sinners have been removed when the saints are gathered by the angels.

Matthew 24: 36-41 Who is it that gets taken away? But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only . But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the Ark, { notice they }

And knew not until the flood, came, and took them all away, { notice them } So shall also the coming of the Son of Man be. Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken and the other left. {taken} Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left, { taken } notation: as the days of Noah-{Noah was not taken-he entered the ark-the evil sinful people were taken; The flood came and took them all away, just as the fire will take them away at the coming of the Son of Man. {also refer to Luke 17:34-36}

The taken away is not the pre-tribulation rapture, but the destruction as in the Days of Noah -They were taken away,

The United States is still a British Colony

The trouble with history is, we weren’t there when it took place and it can be changed to fit someones belief and/or traditions, or it can be taught in the public schools to favor a political agenda, and withhold many facts. I know you have been taught that we won the Revolutionary War and defeated the British, but I can prove to the contrary. I want you to read this paper with an open mind, and allow yourself to be instructed with the following verifiable facts. You be the judge and don’t let prior conclusions on your part or incorrect teaching, keep you from the truth.

I too was always taught in school and in studying our history books that our freedom came from the Declaration of Independence and was secured by our winning the Revolutionary War. I’m going to discuss a few documents that are included at the end of this paper, in the footnotes. The first document is the first Charter of Virginia in 1606 (footnote #1). In the first paragraph, the king of England granted our fore fathers license to settle and colonize America. The definition for license is as follows.

“In Government Regulation. Authority to do some act or carry on some trade or business, in its nature lawful but prohibited by statute, except with the permission of the civil authority or which would otherwise be unlawful.” Bouvier’s Law Dictionary, 1914.

Keep in mind those that came to America from England were British subjects. So you can better understand what I’m going to tell you, here are the definitions for subject and citizen.

“In monarchical governments, by subject is meant one who owes permanent allegiance to the monarch.” Bouvier’s Law Dictionary, 1914.

“Constitutional Law. One that owes allegiance to a sovereign and is governed by his laws. The natives of Great Britain are subjects of the British government. Men in free governments are subjects as well as citizens; as citizens they enjoy rights and franchises; as subjects they are bound to obey the laws. The term is little used, in this sense, in countries enjoying a republican form of government.” Swiss Nat. Ins. Co. v. Miller, 267 U.S. 42, 45 S. Ct. 213, 214, 69 L.Ed. 504. Blacks fifth Ed.

I chose to give the definition for subject first, so you could better understand what definition of citizen is really being used in American law. Below is the definition of citizen from Roman law.

“The term citizen was used in Rome to indicate the possession of private civil rights, including those accruing under the Roman family and inheritance law and the Roman contract and property law. All other subjects were peregrines. But in the beginning of the 3d century the distinction was abolished and all subjects were citizens; 1 sel. Essays in Anglo-Amer. L. H. 578.” Bouvier’s Law Dictionary, 1914.

The king was making a commercial venture when he sent his subjects to America, and used his money and resources to do so. I think you would admit the king had a lawful right to receive gain and prosper from his venture. In the Virginia Charter he declares his sovereignty over the land and his subjects and in paragraph 9 he declares the amount of gold, silver and copper he is to receive if any is found by his subjects. There could have just as easily been none, or his subjects could have been killed by the Indians. This is why this was a valid right of the king (Jure Coronae, “In right of the crown,” Black’s forth Ed.), the king expended his resources with the risk of total loss.

If you’ll notice in paragraph 9 the king declares that all his heirs and successors were to also receive the same amount of gold, silver and copper that he claimed with this Charter. The gold that remained in the colonies was also the kings. He provided the remainder as a benefit for his subjects, which amounted to further use of his capital. You will see in this paper that not only is this valid, but it is still in effect today. If you will read the rest of the Virginia Charter you will see that the king declared the right and exercised the power to regulate every aspect of commerce in his new colony. A license had to be granted for travel connected with transfer of goods (commerce) right down to the furniture they sat on. A great deal of the king’s declared property was ceded to America in the Treaty of 1783. I want you to stay focused on the money and the commerce which was not ceded to America.

This brings us to the Declaration of Independence. Our freedom was declared because the king did not fulfill his end of the covenant between king and subject. The main complaint was taxation without representation, which was reaffirmed in the early 1606 Charter granted by the king. It was not a revolt over being subject to the king of England, most wanted the protection and benefits provided by the king. Because of the kings refusal to hear their demands and grant relief, separation from England became the lesser of two evils. The cry of freedom and self determination became the rallying cry for the colonist. The slogan “Don’t Tread On Me” was the standard borne by the militias.

The Revolutionary War was fought and concluded when Cornwallis surrendered to Washington at Yorktown. As Americans we have been taught that we defeated the king and won our freedom. The next document I will use is the Treaty of 1783, which will totally contradict our having won the Revolutionary War. (footnote 2).

I want you to notice in the first paragraph that the king refers to himself as prince of the Holy Roman Empire and of the United States. You know from this that the United States did not negotiate this Treaty of peace in a position of strength and victory, but it is obvious that Benjamin Franklin, John Jay and John Adams negotiated a Treaty of further granted privileges from the king of England. Keep this in mind as you study these documents. You also need to understand the players of those that negotiated this Treaty. For the Americans it was Benjamin Franklin Esgr., a great patriot and standard bearer of freedom. Or was he? His title includes Esquire.

An Esquire in the above usage was a granted rank and Title of nobility by the king, which is below Knight and above a yeoman, common man. An Esquire is someone that does not do manual labor as signified by this status, see the below definitions.

“Esquires by virtue of their offices; as justices of the peace, and others who bear any office of trust under the crown….for whosever studieth the laws of the realm, who studieth in the universities, who professeth the liberal sciences, and who can live idly, and without manual labor, and will bear the port, charge, and countenance of a gentleman, he shall be called master, and shall be taken for a gentleman.” Blackstone Commentaries p. 561-562

“Esquire – In English Law. A title of dignity next above gentleman, and below knight. Also a title of office given to sheriffs, serjeants, and barristers at law, justices of the peace, and others.” Blacks Law Dictionary fourth ed. p. 641

Benjamin Franklin, John Adams and John Jay as you can read in the Treaty were all Esquires and were the signers of this Treaty and the only negotiators of the Treaty. The representative of the king was David Hartley Esqr..

Benjamin Franklin was the main negotiator for the terms of the Treaty, he spent most of the War traveling between England and France. The use of Esquire declared his and the others British subjection and loyalty to the crown.

In the first article of the Treaty most of the kings claims to America are relinquished, except for his claim to continue receiving gold, silver and copper as gain for his business venture. Article 3 gives Americans the right to fish the waters around the United States and its rivers. In article 4 the United States agreed to pay all bona fide debts. If you will read my other papers on money you will understand that the financiers were working with the king. Why else would he protect their interest with this Treaty?

I wonder if you have seen the main and obvious point? This Treaty was signed in 1783, the war was over in 1781. If the United States defeated England, how is the king granting rights to America, when we were now his equal in status? We supposedly defeated him in the Revolutionary War! So why would these supposed patriot Americans sign such a Treaty, when they knew that this would void any sovereignty gained by the Declaration of Independence and the Revolutionary War? If we had won the Revolutionary War, the king granting us our land would not be necessary, it would have been ours by his loss of the Revolutionary War. To not dictate the terms of a peace treaty in a position of strength after winning a war; means the war was never won. Think of other wars we have won, such as when we defeated Japan. Did McArther allow Japan to dictate to him the terms for surrender? No way! All these men did is gain status and privilege granted by the king and insure the subjection of future unaware generations. Worst of all, they sold out those that gave their lives and property for the chance to be free.

When Cornwallis surrendered to Washington he surrendered the battle, not the war. Read the Article of Capitulation signed by Cornwallis at Yorktown (footnote 3)

Jonathan Williams recorded in his book, Legions of Satan, 1781, that Cornwallis revealed to Washington during his surrender that “a holy war will now begin on America, and when it is ended America will be supposedly the citadel of freedom, but her millions will unknowingly be loyal subjects to the Crown.”….”in less than two hundred years the whole nation will be working for divine world government. That government that they believe to be divine will be the British Empire.”

All the Treaty did was remove the United States as a liability and obligation of the king. He no longer had to ship material and money to support his subjects and colonies. At the same time he retained financial subjection through debt owed after the Treaty, which is still being created today; millions of dollars a day. And his heirs and successors are still reaping the benefit of the kings original venture. If you will read the following quote from Title 26, you will see just one situation where the king is still collecting a tax from those that receive a benefit from him, on property which is purchased with the money the king supplies, at almost the same percentage:

Section 701(u)(14)(C) of Pub. L. 95-600 provided that: ‘The amendments made by this paragraph (amending this section and section 1492 of this title) shall apply to transfers after October 2, 1975.’

EFFECTIVE DATE OF 1976 AMENDMENT

Section 1015(d) of Pub. L. 94-455 provided that: ‘The amendments made by this section (enacting section 1057 of this title, amending this section and section 1492 of this title, and renumbering former section 1057 as 1058 of this title) shall apply to transfers of property after October 2, 1975.’

A new war was declared when the Treaty was signed. The king wanted his land back and he knew he would be able to regain his property for his heirs with the help of his world financiers. Here is a quote from the king speaking to Parliament after the Revolutionary War had concluded.

(Six weeks after) the capitulation of Yorktown, the king of Great Britain, in his speech to Parliament (Nov. 27, 1781), declared “That he should not answer the trust committed to the sovereign of a free people, if he consented to sacrifice either to his own desire of peace, or to their temporary ease and relief, those essential rights and permanent interests, upon the maintenance and preservation of which the future strength and security of the country must forever depend.” The determined language of this speech, pointing to the continuance of the American war, was echoed back by a majority of both Lords and Commons.

In a few days after (Dec. 12), it was moved in the House of Commons that a resolution should be adopted declaring it to be their opinion “That all farther attempts to reduce the Americans to obedience by force would be ineffectual, and injurious to the true interests of Great Britain.” The rest of the debate can be found in (footnote 4). What were the true interests of the king? The gold, silver and copper.

The new war was to be fought without Americans being aware that a war was even being waged, it was to be fought by subterfuge and key personnel being placed in key positions. The first two parts of “A Country Defeated In Victory,” go into detail about how this was done and exposes some of the main players.

Every time you pay a tax you are transferring your labor to the king, and his heirs and successors are still receiving interest from the original American Charters.

The following is the definition of tribute (tax).

“A contribution which is raised by a prince or sovereign from his subjects to sustain the expenses of the state. A sum of money paid by an inferior sovereign or state to a superior potentate, to secure the friendship or protection of the latter.” Blacks Law Dictionary forth ed. p. 1677

As further evidence, not that any is needed, a percentage of taxes that are paid are to enrich the king/queen of England. For those that study Title 26 you will recognize IMF, which means Individual Master File, all tax payers have one. To read one you have to be able to break their codes using file 6209, which is about 467 pages. On your IMF you will find a blocking series, which tells you what type of tax you are paying. You will probably find a 300-399 blocking series, which 6209 says is reserved. You then look up the BMF 300-399, which is the Business Master File in 6209. You would have seen prior to 1991, this was U.S.-U.K. Tax Claims, non-refile DLN. Meaning everyone is considered a business and involved in commerce and you are being held liable for a tax via a treaty between the U.S. and the U.K., payable to the U.K.. The form that is supposed to be used for this is form 8288, FIRPTA – Foreign Investment Real Property Tax Account, you won’t find many people using this form, just the 1040 form. The 8288 form can be found in the Law Enforcement Manual of the IRS, chapter 3. If you will check the OMB’s paper – Office of Management and Budget, in the Department of Treasury, List of Active Information Collections, Approved Under Paperwork Reduction Act, you will find this form under OMB number 1545-0902, which says U.S. withholding tax-return for dispositions by foreign persons of U.S. real property interests-statement of withholding on dispositions, by foreign persons, of U.S. Form #8288 #8288a. These codes have since been changed to read as follows; IMF 300-309, Barred Assement, CP 55 generated valid for MFT-30, which is the code for 1040 form. IMF 310-399 reserved, the BMF 300-309 reads the same as IMF 300-309. BMF 390-399 reads U.S./U.K. Tax Treaty Claims. The long and short of it is nothing changed, the government just made it plainer, the 1040 is the payment of a foreign tax to the king/queen of England. We have been in financial servitude since the Treaty of 1783.

Another Treaty between England and the United States was Jay’s Treaty of 1794 (footnote 5). If you will remember from the Paris Treaty of 1783, John Jay Esqr. was one of the negotiators of the Treaty. In 1794 he negotiated another Treaty with Britain. There was great controversy among the American people about this Treaty.

In Article 2 you will see the king is still on land that was supposed to be ceded to the United States at the Paris Treaty. This is 13 years after America supposedly won the Revolutionary War. I guess someone forgot to tell the king of England. In Article 6, the king is still dictating terms to the United States concerning the collection of debt and damages, the British government and World Bankers claimed we owe. In Article 12 we find the king dictating terms again, this time concerning where and with who the United States could trade. In Article 18 the United States agrees to a wide variety of material that would be subject to confiscation if Britain found said material going to its enemies ports. Who won the Revolutionary War?

That’s right, we were conned by some of our early fore fathers into believing that we are free and sovereign people, when in fact we had the same status as before the Revolutionary War. I say had, because our status is far worse now than then. I’ll explain.

Early on in our history the king was satisfied with the interest made by the Bank of the United States. But when the Bank Charter was canceled in 1811 it was time to gain control of the government, in order to shape government policy and public policy. Have you never asked yourself why the British, after burning the White House and all our early records during the War of 1812, left and did not take over the government. The reason they did, was to remove the greatest barrier to their plans for this country. That barrier was the newly adopted 13th Amendment to the United States Constitution. The purpose for this Amendment was to stop anyone from serving in the government who was receiving a Title of nobility or honor. It was and is obvious that these government employees would be loyal to the granter of the Title of nobility or honor.

The War of 1812 served several purposes. It delayed the passage of the 13th Amendment by Virginia, allowed the British to destroy the evidence of the first 12 states ratification of this Amendment, and it increased the national debt, which would coerce the Congress to reestablish the Bank Charter in 1816 after the Treaty of Ghent was ratified by the Senate in 1815.

Civil War and the Conquest that followed

The government and press propaganda that the War was to free the black people from slavery is ridiculous, once you understand the Civil War Thirteenth and Fourteenth Amendments. The black people are just as much slaves today as before the Civil War just as the white people are, and also we find ourselves subjects of the king/queen of England. The only thing that changed for black people is they changed masters and were granted a few rights, which I might add can be taken away anytime the government chooses. Since the 1930’s the black people have been paid reparations to buy off their silence, in other words, keep the slaves on the plantation working. I do not say this to shock or come across as prejudiced, because I’m not. Here’s what Russell Means said, for those that don’t remember who he is, he was the father in the movie called, “Last Of The Mohicians”. Russell Means said ” until the white man is free we will never be free”, the we he is referring to are the Indians. There has never been a truer statement, however the problem is the white people are not aware of their enslavement.

At the risk of being redundant; to set the record straight, because Lord only knows what will be said about what I just said regarding black people, I believe that if you are born in this country you are equal, period. Forget the empty promises of civil rights, what about you unalienable natural rights under God Almighty. All Americans are feudal tenants on the land, allowed to rent the property they live on as long as the king gets his cut. What about self-determination, or being able to own allodial title to property, which means the king cannot take your property for failure to pay a tax. Which means you did not own it to begin with. The king allows you to use the material goods and land. Again this is financial servitude.

“The ultimate ownership of all property is in the state; individual so-called `ownership’ is only by virtue of government, i.e., law, amounting to a mere user; and use must be in accordance with law and subordinate to the necessities of the State.” Senate Document No. 43, “Contracts payable in Gold” written in 1933.

The king controlled the government by the time the North won the Civil War, through the use of lawyers that called the shots behind the scenes, just as they do now and well placed subjects in the United States government. This would not have been possible if not for England destroying our documents in 1812 and the covering up of state documents of the original 13th Amendment.

According to International law, what took place when the North conquered the South? First, you have to understand the word “conquest” in international law. When you conquer a state you acquire the land; and those that were subject to the conquered state, then become subject to the conquers. The laws of the conquered state remain in force until the conquering state wishes to change all or part of them. At the time of conquest the laws of the conquered state are subject to change or removal, which means the law no longer lies with the American people through the Constitution, but lies with the new sovereign. The Constitution no longer carries any power of its own, but drives its power from the new sovereign, the conqueror. The reason for this is the Constitution derived its power from the people, when they were defeated, so was the Constitution.

The following is the definition of Conquest: “The acquisition of the sovereignty of a country by force of arms, exercised by an independent power which reduces the vanquished to submission to its empire.” “The intention of the conqueror to retain the conquered territory is generally manifested by formal proclamation of annexation, and when this is combined with a recognized ability to retain the conquered territory, the transfer of sovereignty is complete. A treaty of peace based upon the principle of uti possidetis (q.v.) is formal recognition of conquest.” “The effects of conquest are to confer upon the conquering state the public property of the conquered state, and to invest the former with the rights and obligations of the latter; treaties entered into by the conquered state with other states remain binding upon the annexing state, and the debts of the extinct state must be taken over by it. Conquest likewise invests the conquering state with sovereignty over the subjects of the conquered state. Among subjects of the conquered state are to be included persons domiciled in the conquered territory who remain there after the annexation. The people of the conquered state change their allegiance but not their relations to one another.” Leitensdorfer v. Webb, 20 How. (U.S.) 176, 15 L. Ed. 891. “After the transfer of political jurisdiction to the conqueror the municipal laws of the territory continue in force until abrogated by the new sovereign.” American Ins. Co. v. What happened after the Civil War? Did not U.S. troops force the southern states to accept the Fourteenth Amendment? The laws of America, the Constitution were changed by the conquering government. Why? The main part I want you to see, as I said at the beginning of this paper, is watch the money and the commerce. The Fourteenth Amendment says the government debt can not be questioned. Why? Because now the king wants all the gold, silver and copper and the land. Which can easily be done by increasing the government debt and making the American people sureties for the debt. This has been done by the sleight of hand of lawyers and the bankers.

The conquering state is known as a Belligerent, read the following quotes.

According to the International law no law has been broken. Read the following about military occupation, notice the third paragraph. After the Civil War, title to the land had not been completed to the conquers, but after 1933 it was. I will address this in a moment. In the last paragraph, it says the Commander-in- Chief governs the conquered state. The proof that this is the case today, is the U.S. flies the United States flag with a yellow fringe on three sides. According to the United States Code, Title 4, Sec. 1, the U.S. flag does not have a fringe on it. The difference being one is a Constitutional flag, and the fringed flag is a military flag. The military flag means you are in a military occupation and are governed by the Commander-in-Chief in his executive capacity, not under any Constitutional authority. Read the following.

“This at most gives the invader certain partial and limited rights of sovereignty. Until conquest, the sovereign rights of the original owner remain intact. Conquest gives the conqueror full rights of sovereignty and, retroactively, legalizes all acts done by him during military occupation. Its only essential is actual and exclusive possession, which must be effective.” “A conqueror may exercise governmental authority, but only when in actual possession of the enemy’s country; and this will be exercised upon principles of international law; MacLeod v. U.S., 229 U.S. 416, 33 Sup. Ct 955, 57 L. Ed. 1260.” “The occupant administers the government and may, strictly speaking, change the municipal law, but it is considered the duty of the occupant to make as few changes in the ordinary administration of the laws as possible, though he may proclaim martial law if necessary. He may occupy public land and buildings; he cannot alienate them so as to pass a good title, but a subsequent conquest would probably complete the title…” “Private lands and houses are usually exempt. Private movable property is exempt, though subject to contributions and requisitions. The former are payments of money, to be levied only by the commander-in-chief…Military necessity may require the destruction of private property, and hostile acts of communities or individuals may be punished in the same way. 

Property may be liable to seizure as booty on the field of battle, or when a town refuses to capitulate and is carried by assault. When military occupation ceases, the state of things which existed previously is restored under the fiction of postliminium (q.v.)” “Territory acquired by war must, necessarily, be governed, in the first instance, by military power under the direction of the president, as commander-in-chief. Civil government can only be put in operation by the action of the appropriate political department of the government, at such time and in such degree as it may determine. It must take effect either by the action of the treaty- making power, or by that of congress. So long as congress has not incorporated the territory into the United States, neither military occupation nor cession by treaty makes it domestic territory, in the sense of the revenue laws. Congress may establish a temporary government, which is not subject to all the restrictions of the constitution. Downes v. Bidwell, 182 U.S. 244, 21 Sup Ct. 770, 45 L. Paragraph 1-3 of the definition of Military Occupation describes what took place during and after the Civil War. What took place during the Civil War and Post Civil War has been legal under international law. You should notice in paragraph 3, that at the end of the Civil War, title to the land was not complete, but the subsequent Conquest completed the title. When was the next Conquest? 1933, when the American people were alienated by our being declared enemies of the Conquer and by their declaring war against all Americans. Read the following quotes and also (footnote 8).

The following are excerpts from the Senate Report, 93rd Congress, November 19, 1973, Special Committee On The Termination Of The National Emergency United States Senate.

Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency…. Under the powers delegated by these statutes, the President may: seize property; organize and control the means of production; seize commodities; assign military forces abroad; institute martial law; seize and control all transportation and communication; regulate the operation of private enterprise; restrict travel; and, in a plethora of particular ways, control the lives of all American citizens. A majority of the people of the United States have lived all of their lives under emergency rule. For 40 years, freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought into force by states of national emergency….from, at least, the Civil War in important ways shaped the present phenomenon of a permanent state of national emergency.

In Title 12, in section 95b you’ll find the following codification of the emergency war powers: The actions, regulations, rules, licenses, orders and proclamations heretofore or hereafter taken, promulgated, made, or issued by the President of the United States or the Secretary of the Treasury since March 4, 1933, pursuant to the authority conferred by subsection (b) of section 5 of the Act of October 6, 1917, as amended (12 USCS, 95a), are hereby approved and confirmed. (March 9, 1933, c. 1, Title 1, 1, 48 Stat. 1)

It is clear that the Bankrupt, defacto government of the united States, which is operating under the War Powers Act and Executive Orders; not the Constitution for the united States, has in effect issued under its Admiralty Law, Letters of Marque (piracy) to its private agencies IRS, ATF, FBI and DEA, with further enforcement by its officers in the Courts, local police and sheriffs, waged war against the American People and has classed Americans as enemy aliens.

The following definition is from BOUVIER’S LAW DICTIONARY (P. 1934) of Letters of Marque, it says: “A commission granted by the government to a private individual, to take the property of a foreign state, or of the citizens or subjects of such state, as a reparation for an injury committed by such state, its citizens or subjects. The prizes so captured are divided between the owners of the privateer, the captain, and the crew. A vessel to a friendly port, but armed for its own defence in case of attack by an enemy, is also called a letter of marque.”

Words and Phrases, Dictionary

By the law of nations, an enemy is defined to be “one with whom a nations at open war.” When the sovereign ruler of a state declares war against another sovereign, it is understood the whole nation declares war against that other nation. All the subjects of one are enemies to all the subjects of the other, and during the existence of the war they continue enemies, in whatever country they may happen to be, “and all persons residing within the territory occupied by the belligerents, although they are in fact foreigners, are liable to be treated as enemies.” Grinnan v. Edwards, 21 W.Va. 347, 357, quoting Vatt. Law.Nat.bk. 3, c. 69-71

So we find ourselves enemies in our own country and subjects of a king that has conquered our land, with heavy taxation and no possibility of fair representation.

The government has, through the laws of forfeiture, taken prize and booty for the king; under the Admiralty Law and Executive powers as declared by the Law of the Flag. None of which could have been done with the built in protection contained in the true Thirteenth Amendment, which has been kept from the American People. The fraudulent Amendments and legislation that followed the Civil War, bankrupted the American People and put the privateers (banksters) in power, and enforced by the promise of prize and booty to their partners in crime (government).

The following is the definition of a tyrant.

Webster’s New Universal Unabridged Dictionary defines tyrant as follows: “1. An absolute ruler; one who seized sovereignty illegally; a usurper. 2. a cruel oppressive ruler; a despot. 3. one who exercises his authority in an oppressive manner, a cruel master.”

So we pick up with paragraph 4, which describes the taxation under Military Occupation and that you are under Executive control and are bound under admiralty law by the contracts we enter, including silent contracts and by Military Occupation.

Notice the last sentence in paragraph 5, Congress may establish a temporary government, which is not subject to all the restrictions of the Constitution. See also Harvard Law Review – the Insular Cases. This means you do not have a Constitutional government, you have a military dictatorship, controlled by the President as Commander-in-Chief. Social Security

I fail to understand how the American people could have been so dumbed down as to not see that the Social Security system is fraudulent and that it is based on socialism, which is the redistribution of wealth, right out of the communist manifesto. The Social Security system first, is fraud, it is insolvent and was never intended to be. It is used for a national identification number, and a requirement to receive benefits from the conquers (king). The Social Security system is made to look and act like insurance, all insurance is governed by admiralty law, which is the kings way of binding those involved with commerce with him.

“The Social Security system may be accurately described as a form of Social Insurance, enacted pursuant to Congress’ power to “spend money in aid of the ‘general welfare’,” Helvering vs. Davis [301 U.S., at 640]

You need to know and understand what contribution means in F.I C. A., Federal Insurance Contribution Act. Read the following definition.

Contribution. Right of one who has discharged a common liability to recover of another also liable, the aliquot portion which he ought to pay or bear. Under principle of “contribution,” a tort-feasor against whom a judgement is rendered is entitled to recover proportional shares of judgement from other joint tort- feasor whose negligence contributed to the injury and who were also liable to the plaintiff. (cite omitted) The share of a loss payable by an insure when contracts with two or more insurers cover the same loss. The insurer’s share of a loss under a coinsurance or similar provision. The sharing of a loss or payment among several. The act of any one or several of a number of co-debtors, co-sureties, etc., in reimbursing one of their number who has paid the whole debt or suffered the whole liability, each to the extent of his proportionate share. (Blacks Law Dictionary 6th ed.)

Thereby making you obligated for the national debt. The Social Security system is one of the contractual nexus’ between you and the king. Because you are involved in the kings commerce and have asked voluntarily for his protection, you have accomplished the following. You have admitted that you are equally responsible for having caused the national debt and that you are a wrong doer, as defined by the above legal definition. You have admitted to being a Fourteenth Amendment citizen, who only has civil rights granted by the king. By being a Fourteenth Amendment citizen, you have agreed that you do not have standing in court to question the national debt. Keep in mind this is beyond the status of our country and people, which I covered earlier in this paper. We are in this system of law because of the conquest of our country.

Congress has transferred its Constitutional obligation of coining money to the federal reserve, the representatives of the king, this began after the Civil War and the overturning of the U.S. Constitution, as a result of CONGEST. You have used this fiat money without objection, which is a commercial benefit, supplied by the kings bankers. Fiat money has no real value, other than the faith in it, and you CANNOT pay a debt with fiat money, because it is a debt instrument. A federal reserve note is a promise to pay and is only evidence of debt. The benefit you have received is you are allowed to discharge your debt, which means you pass on financial servitude to someone else. The someone else is our children.

When you go to the grocery store and hand the clerk a fifty dollar federal reserve note you have stolen the groceries and passed fifty dollars of debt to the seller. Americans try to acquire as much of this fiat money as they can. If Americans were aware of this; it wouldn’t matter to them, because they don’t care if the merchandise is stolen as long as it is legal. But what happens if the system fails? Those with the most fiat money or real property, which was obtained with fiat money will be forfeited to the king, everything that was obtained with this fiat money reverts back to the king temporary, I will explain in the conclusion of this paper. Because use of his fiat money is a benefit, supplied by the king’s bankers; it all transfers back to the king. The king’s claim to the increase in this country comes from the original Charter of 1606. But, it is all hidden, black is white and white is black, wealth is actually debt and financial slavery.

For those that do not have a Social Security number or think they have rescinded it, you are no better off. As far as the king is concerned you are subject to him also. Why? Well, just to list a couple of reasons other than conquest. You use his money and as I said before, this is discharging debt, without prosecution. You use the goods and services that were obtained by this fiat money, to enrich your life style and sustain yourself. You drive or travel, which ever definition you want to use, on the king’s highways and roads for pleasure and to earn a living; meaning you are involved in the king’s commerce. On top of these reasons which are based on received benefits, this country HAS BEEN CONQUERED!

I know a lot of patriots won’t like this. Your (our) argument has been that the government has and is operating outside of the law (United States Constitution). Believe me I don’t like sounding like the devils advocate, but as far as international law goes; and the laws that govern War between countries, the king/queen of England rule this country, first by financial servitude and then by actual Conquest and Military Occupation. The Civil War was the beginning of the Conquest, as evidenced by the Fourteenth Amendment. This Amendment did several things, as already mentioned. It created the only citizenship available to the conquered and declared that these citizens had no standing in any court to challenge the monetary policies of the new government. Why? So the king would always receive his gain from his Commercial venture. The Amendment also eliminated your use of natural rights and gave the Conquered civil rights. The Conquered are governed by public policy, instead of Republic of self-government under God Almighty. Your argument that this can’t be, is frivolous and without merit, the evidence is conclusive.

Nothing has changed since before the Revolutionary War.

All persons whose activities in King’s Commerce are such that they fall under this marine-like environment, are into an invisible Admiralty Jurisdiction Contract. Admiralty Jurisdiction is the KING’S COMMERCE of the High Seas, and if the King is a party to the sea-based Commerce (such as by the King having financed your ship, or the ship is carrying the King’s guns), then that Commerce is properly governed by the special rules applicable to Admiralty Jurisdiction. But as for that slice of Commerce going on out on the High Seas without the King as a party, that Commerce is called Maritime Jurisdiction, and so Maritime is the private Commerce that transpires in a marine environment. CONCLUSION

YAHUAH gave us the most profound warning and advise of all time, Hosea 4:6 “My people are destroyed by a lack of knowledge.” This being our understanding and spiritual development in His Word. When applied to the many facets of life, His Word exposes all of life’s pit falls. YAHUAH’s Word covers all aspects of life.

The working class during the 1700’s were far more educated than now, but this was still not enough to protect them from the secret subterfuge practiced by the lawyers and bankers. Only with understanding of YAHUAH’s Word, can the evil application of man’s law be exposed and understood for what it is. This is why YAHUAH also warned of the beguilement of the lawyers and the deceit and deception they practice.

Another reason, the working class have been unable to understand their enslavement, is because of the time spent working for a living. At wages supplied by the upper class, sufficient to live and even prosper, but never enough to attain upper class status. This is basic class warfare. This system is protected by the upper class controlling public education, to limit and focus the working class’s knowledge, to maintain class separation.

What does this have to do with this paper? Everything! This is the reason our upper class fore fathers submitted to the king in the Treaty of 1783. After this Treaty and up to the Civil War, the working class were busy making this the greatest Country in the history of the world. You see they believed they were free, a freeman will work much harder than a man that is subject or a slave. As a whole, the working class were not paying attention to what the government was doing, including its Treaties and laws. This allowed time for the banking procedures and laws to be put in place over time, while the nation slept, so the nation could be conquered during the Civil War. The only way to regain this county is with the re-education of the working class, so they can make informed decisions and vote the mis-managers of our government out of office. We could then reverse the post Civil War socialist laws and the one world government laws, that have been gradually put in place since the Civil War. Until the defeat of America is recognized, victory will never be attainable. Only through reliance by faith on YAHUSHA and the teaching of His Kingdom will we realize our freedom. As I said earlier, just as this Country has been conquered, when YAHUSHA returns he conquers all nations and takes possession of His Kingdom and rules them with a rod of iron (Rev. 11:15-18). His right of ownership is enforced by THE LAW, YAHUAH Almighty.
