10 Bizarre Facts About Lupercalia, The Original St Valentine’s Day
Long before we started giving cards to girls to let them know that we choo-choo-choose them, the Romans were celebrating love in their own way. Every February 15, they held Lupercalia—the original Valentine’s Day.
The holiday has gone through a few changes over the past few thousand years. But don’t worry—if you’re hoping to celebrate a truly traditional Valentine’s Day this year, Listverse has you covered. We’ll let you know everything you need to do.
10. The Murdering Of The Cute Puppies
On the original Valentine’s Day, the Romans kicked off the festivities by dragging two goats and a puppy into a cave and letting a group of cultish priests ritually slaughter them. The instructions were specific about the puppy part. It couldn’t be a mature dog—it had to be an adorable baby puppy.
Even the Romans didn’t really understand why they had to kill a puppy. The best sources we have on the holiday were written centuries after it began. By then, Lupercalia was just an old tradition and the Romans writing about it make it clear that they didn’t understand any of it.
Plutarch was pretty sure that they stole the puppy-killing thing from the Greeks. Based on how Plutarch described them, the Greeks were puppy-killing aficionados. He said that the Greeks killed puppies in rituals so often that they had a word for it: periskulakismoi (“purification by puppy”). This word has also been translated in some real academic papers that people with PhDs were paid to write as “pupprification.”
But even that’s just a theory. By the time Plutarch came around, nobody really knew why they were killing puppies—they were just following tradition. He had another theory, though. Pure spite. “Is it that the dogs bark at the Luperci [priests],” Plutarch theorized, “and annoy them?”
9. The Feigning Of Laughter Of The Blood-Soaked Boys
After the puppies and the goats were killed, two young noble boys were brought into the cave to do something that creeped the hell out of the Christians, who ended up banning this festival.
The priests would touch their knives to the heads of the boys, staining the boys’ heads with blood. Then the priests would dip wool in milk and rub it on the boys’ heads. That was kind of strange, but what really made this unnerving was what came next: With milk and blood streaking down their heads, the boys were required to feign laughter.
Again, the Romans had no idea why they were making creepy, blood-stained children laugh in a dark cave. The Romans believed that it was a purification ritual, but even that was just a theory. It was just a tradition that they’d been following for as long as they could remember, and they weren’t about to break it.
After this, though, came the main event. The priests would make leather thongs out of the goats, the boys would strip naked, and the real games would begin.
8. The Streaking Of The Thong-Carrying Men
“At this time, many of the noble youth and of the magistrates run up and down through the city naked,” Plutarch tells us, “striking those they meet with shaggy thongs.”
These naked men would be covered in oil first. The lower class wasn’t allowed to do this. These were the highest-ranking and most dignified men in the city. People like Mark Antony would strip naked, oil up, and run down the streets.
Once they were good and oily, they’d run around hitting people with shaggy thongs. In particular, they’d target women, who would pretend to run from it. But secretly, the women would try to get hit with the thongs. If you got hit with a thong, the Romans believed, you would become more fertile. So women would bare their backs and offer up their hands in the hopes that naked oily men would whip them.
Those thongs, by the way, were called februare—and they were named before the month. That’s right—the entire month of February is named after magical potency thongs.
7. The Eating Of The Entrails On A Stick
Lupercalia also involved a feast. Although when it came to food, it wasn’t exactly the best holiday. Even Roman poetry calls the feast of Lupercalia “scanty”—and with good cause. The priests would put the entrails of the sacrificed goats on willow spits, cook them up, and feed them to a crowd of people.
Splitting two goats between all the citizens of Rome probably didn’t extend that far, but that wasn’t all they got. Some vestal virgins would also burn salt cakes, which seem to have been something like ancient pancakes. But that was the feast—a tiny bit of goat entrail on a stick and some burned cakes.
None of that might seem particularly appealing, which is probably why the Romans served one more dish: copious amounts of alcohol. For the rest of the day, the people of Rome would be drunk out of their minds.
6. The Hooking Up Of The Swingers
In some parts of Rome, they would take the whole fertility ritual a bit further. Eligible young women hoping to get pregnant would write their names on clay tablets and place the tablets in a jar. Then the men would draw a name at random. Two completely random strangers would be hooked up and be together for the rest of the festival.
Some of the details on this are a bit vague and inconsistent, but it seems like these two weren’t just going on a blind date. The man was there to make the woman’s dream of having a baby a reality. Exactly how long they stuck together seems to vary. Some say they just spent the festival together. But according to others, those two would be sexual partners for the next year.
5. The Airing Of Grievances
Lupercalia had its own songs, too. The lyrics have been lost to time, but we have enough of a description to get a pretty good picture of them. For one thing, we don’t have any records that mention the songs without using the words “licentious” or “obscene.”
At least by the fifth century AD, people at the festival would break into filthy, vulgar songs that described every bad thing their neighbors had done. If you had an affair or got caught at a brothel, your neighbors would come out on Lupercalia and sing a song about your sexcapades for everyone to hear.
The idea was to shame people into good behavior. But as far as the Pope was concerned, the songs tended to come across more as celebrations than criticisms. When they got the chance to talk about what their neighbors had been up to, the Romans apparently got a bit carried away.
4. The Celebration Of The Horny God
Like any good festival, Lupercalia had its classic stories. One was the classic Lupercalia story of Faunus, which Ovid called “an old tale full of laughter.”
Faunus sees Hercules walking with his mistress and declares, “She will be my passion!” This, however, is Rome. So that doesn’t mean he is going to write her love notes and ask her on a date. Instead, he plans on waiting until she’s asleep, sneaking into her house, and going wild.
Faunus sneaks into the girl’s home, unaware that she had covered up Hercules with her own clothes before she went to sleep. So Faunus just starts groping the mound that looks like her clothes. He feels something strange and recoils. As Ovid describes it, someone “will draw back his foot on seeing a snake”—which is more or less what Faunus realized he was grabbing.
Hercules gets up, Faunus falls down, and everyone realizes that Faunus just tried to sexually assault Hercules’s mistress. But nobody gets the slightest bit upset. “Hercules laughed,” Ovid tells us, “as did all who saw him lying there, and the Lydian girl laughed, too.”
According to Ovid, men ran naked on Lupercalia to honor Faunus’s failed attempt at sexual assault. “So the god hates clothes that trick the eye!” Ovid wrote, “and calls the naked to his rites.”
3. The Uncertainty Over Whom You Are Worshiping
The Romans would spend Lupercalia telling stories about Faunus, but he wasn’t actually the god of the holiday. The holiday was called Lupercalia. It was held in Lupercal Cave by Luperci priests. So obviously, it was dedicated to the god Lupercus. The thing is, nobody—including the Luperci priests—actually knew who Lupercus was.
They had a whole cult dedicated to this god, but they didn’t know what he stood for. Lupercalia was an old farming religion Nobody could remember when the holiday started, let alone why. They were just doing what their parents had done before them.
Their only hint was a statue of a naked man in a goatskin girdle outside Lupercal Cave. The Romans also figured that he probably had something to do with farmers. But that was it—that was all they knew. Lupercus wore a girdle, and that was enough for people to dedicate their lives to being his priests.
2. The Crowning Of Julius Caesar
A major moment in the life of Julius Caesar happened during Lupercalia. When Mark Antony put a wreath on Caesar’s head and offered him the throne, it wasn’t just any day—it was Lupercalia. When you realize that, you realize it went down a bit differently from how you’ve always pictured it.
History specifically states that Caesar was watching the festivities when it happened. But he wasn’t watching people eat; we’re specifically told that he was watching naked, oily, young men run down the streets when Mark Antony came over to offer Caesar the throne.
Unlike Caesar, though, Mark Antony wasn’t just a spectator. He was participating. Plutarch describes him as “one of the runners in the sacred race,” which means that he didn’t walk over to Julius Caesar wearing a tunic. Antony walked over completely naked, holding a shaggy thong in one hand and a laurel wreath in the other.
So, next time your local drama club puts on a production of Julius Caesar, you can make sure they get the costumes right.
1. The Killing Of People Named Valentine
The last Lupercalia was held at the end of the fifth century. By then, Christianity had taken over Rome, and Lupercalia was one of the few Roman holidays that was still being celebrated. Pope Gelasius ended it, though, declaring that it was a pagan ritual full of blood sacrifice that glorified sex.
Most of this ritual had been stopped anyway. Although we don’t know all the details of how it was celebrated in the fifth century, we do know that the Pope challenged the Romans who complained to actually do that “running around naked” part—and none were willing to do it.
The Romans weren’t too happy about losing a festival, though, so a new festival came into existence: St. Valentine’s Day. Well, technically, the Pope replaced Lupercalia with the slightly less popular “Feast of the Purification of The Blessed Virgin Mary,” but eventually, it became Valentine’s Day.
The holiday got the name St. Valentine’s Day because people named Valentine had a strange habit of dying on February 14. Two separate Valentines had already died on that date, so they created St. Valentine’s Day—a day to remember a saint who got beheaded.
Over the next 1,500 years, some things changed. Instead of putting their names in jars, women got cards. Instead of hitting women with girdles, men gave them flowers.
But the holiday we celebrate today got its start here.

There once was a very “Great Man” who owned the sheep on a thousand hills (in fact, He owned the hills); and having so many flocks, He set shepherds over them. One large flock had more than 2,000 sheep and he set several shepherds over those.
The shepherds knew that the secret to an easy life was in keeping the flock content. They were easier to control that way. So they led them forth, fed them and always sang to them, saying: “Peace, peace, have no fear; all is peace and safety here.”
Then one day, a wolf drew near the edge of the fold and the shepherds saw it. Suddenly it snatched away a lamb and drew it into the woods to devour it. The rest of the sheep never realized what had happened; they only thought of the wolf as another sheep and went about their business. But the shepherds knew.
So the shepherds reasoned among themselves, saying: “We really should try to save the lamb; but if we do, there will be a fight with a great deal of noise and the whole flock will know that something is wrong. They’ll become frightened and suddenly we’ll have 2,000 scared sheep on our hands.”
Therefore, knowing that intervention would make their jobs more difficult, the shepherds decided to do nothing. So from time to time the wolf returned and another lamb was taken. The shepherds closed one eye and turned away while continuing their songs of peace — whereas in reality, peril stalked the fold.
Time passed, and “The Master” sent the shepherds a present: a Sheep Dog, whom “He” had bred for the purpose of tending sheep. The dog made the shepherds tasks easier: he cared for the sheep, found them when they went astray and licked their wounds. Everyone loved the sheep dog.
Then one day the wolf returned and the sheep dog saw it. His eyes sharpened as the wolf drew near and fell upon a lamb to carry it away. The dog ran quickly to the shepherds, barking furiously in beckoning them to come; but the shepherds only calmed the dog and bid him silence, for he was scaring the sheep with all of his noise.
Two days later, the wolf returned. Again he took a lamb, and when the sheep dog saw it he ran to the shepherds as before. Again they rebuked him and bade him silence, and the sheep dog became confused. For “The Master” had trained him both to trust the shepherds and to protect the sheep, so he was torn.
Yet again the wolf returned; but this time as it approached the fold, the sheep dog drew near to it in a crouch. As the wolf stretched out its paw for the lamb, the sheep dog suddenly attacked it, nipping its flanks so that it yelped loudly with pain. A scuffle followed with loud barks and yelps as the dog chased the wolf back into the woods.
The sheep dog returned, scratched and panting. The lamb had been saved but a tremor of fear passed through the fold: What had just happened? And in the background, the shepherds began to scowl.
.
As time went by and the wolf returned, the sheep dog always fought with it. Sometimes he was able to deliver the lamb but sometimes not. And through it all, everyone’s attitude was changing:
The shepherds could not stop the dog because they knew he was doing “The Master’s” work rightly. Yet they hated him because he made it harder to calm the flock, and he was making them look bad.
The sheep were better at ‘feeling’ than thinking, but if their feelings could be translated into words they would go like this: “We used to love the dog because he cared for us, found us when we went astray, and licked our wounds. But look at how he treats that other sheep now!” (The wolf, in sheep’s clothing). “See what a vicious dog he has become! So now we hate the sheep dog!”
The wolf, of course, hated the sheep dog most of all.
And the sheep dog himself began to feel isolated, lonely and miserable; no one loved him any more, everyone seemed to hate him though he was laying down his life for them daily. And even though he was hated for it, he knew that he still had to do his “Master’s” bidding.
Then one day came the finale as the sheep dog and the wolf squared off for a final battle. Tooth and nail flashed with cutting fury, hair and hide were flying, barking and yelping filled the air. The last pretense of peace was shattered as the sheep came bleating to the shepherds in fear.
Also other shepherds, who were visiting from another flock, seized the shepherds by their arms and said to them, “Do you not know a wolf when you see one? When are you going to help your sheep dog?” The shepherds were greatly ashamed and ran to the place where the wolf had been cornered. They seized it and bound it, and cast it out for ever.
Now the other shepherds congratulated them, and the sheep crowded around them with joy. They loved their shepherds who had protected them from the wolf. The sheep dog, too, came limping back to them, cut and torn from the battle and whimpering softly. But the shepherds only looked at him with disdain.
“Every wound on that animal is a testimony against us, and bandages would be like flags to proclaim it. Are we supposed to help him? No, but rather, we hope he dies!” So they ignored him, and the sheep dog limped away to lick his own wounds.
Gradually the dog recovered strength and he tried to be useful as before, but the shepherds had effectively shut him out. They would only have him chasing sticks or even chasing his tail. When the sheep dog saw this, he tucked his tail between his legs and quietly left them.
But fortunately for the sheepdog, “The Master” found him on the road and took him in, bound his wounds, and nurtured him again. And “The Master” made a note to himself that he would soon have a “Word” with those shepherds about all of this. But in the meantime he would find a new home for the sheepdog, where he might be appreciated.
Hear another parable:
A shepherd led his sheep, gently guiding those with young as he nurtured and cared for them. But then came a wolf, and he lit into it with savage fury. The same man! It was also the same reason. Because he loves the sheep.
Gen. 5:32 Noah was five hundred years old, and Noah became the father of Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
Then in Genesis 6 we read:
Gen. 6:13 Then YAHUAH said to Noah, “The end of all flesh has come before Me; for the earth is filled with violence because of them; and behold, I am about to destroy them with the earth.
Gen. 6:14 “Make for yourself an ark of gopher wood; you shall make the ark with rooms, and shall cover it inside and out with pitch.
Gen. 6:15 “This is how you shall make it: the length of the ark three hundred cubits, its breadth fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits.
Gen. 6:16 “You shall make a window for the ark, and finish it to a cubit from the top; and set the door of the ark in the side of it; you shall make it with lower, second, and third decks.
Gen. 6:17 “Behold, I, even I am bringing the flood of water upon the earth, to destroy all flesh in which is the breath of life, from under heaven; everything that is on the earth shall perish.
Gen. 6:18 “But I will establish My covenant with you; and you shall enter the ark — you and your sons and your wife, and your sons’ wives with you.
Finally, in Genesis 7 we read:
Gen. 7:10 It came about after the seven days, that the water of the flood came upon the earth.
Gen. 7:11 In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on the same day all the fountains of the great deep burst open, and the floodgates of the sky were opened.
From these three passages, we can determine the time required for Noah to build the ark.
First, we see Noah began to have sons in his 500th year of life (Gen 5:32). Next, Noah’s sons were already alive when YAHUAH appeared to Noah and gave him instructions to begin building the ark (Gen 6:18). Finally, the flood came in the 600th year of Noah’s life (Gen 7:11).
Therefore, Noah must have spent a maximum of 100 years (and probably slightly less) building the Ark.
YAHUAH is our Savior and Creator of all things. YAHUSHA delivers a message to John, a message from His, and our Father in Heaven.
The source of the book of Revelation is our Heavenly Father being passed on to John from YAHUSHA and from YAHUSHA’s Angel.
The book of Revelation is not the revelation of John. John is shown what is to happen and commissioned to write what is revealed to him, for the benefit of those believers that will witness the events to occur before our Savior’s return. Before YAHUSHA can return there is going to be a Great Quake that will change the political face of the earth, pushing mountains and islands around the world over. Then, sometime after the Great Quake, the Two Witnesses will come on the scene. They are not symbolic but real, men, just as other prophets were men of faith operating under the Spirit of YAH. Like Mosheh (Moses) and Eliyahu (Elijah), but they will not be Mosheh (Moses) and Eliyahu (Elijah).
This study, I hope, will give you some information and help get a better balance in the word of truth. These two prophets are identified using our knowledge that names mean something and are important.
Revelation 11 — Two Olive Trees?
Revelation 11:4: The Two Lamp Stands “luchnia” (lookh-nee-ah)– The Two Olive Trees — The Two Elaia (el-ah-yah)
Just who are the two witnesses, are they symbolic of something larger, are they a couple of devote Jews, are they Moses and Elijah, or perhaps Enoch and Elijah? This has been a subject of speculations for literally thousands of years and still no firm answer, merely speculations. What I write here may be more speculation too, but in this view I want to present an element missed by most, in fact, missed by everyone, from what I can see. This element is recognizing the Set-Apart Name of our Savior and our Heavenly Father and seeing the connection between this and the Two Witnesses to come on the scene just prior to our Savior’s return.
This information was initially brought to my attention by my brother Ron, and really made my spiritual ears click open, but not at first. He had come across something he wanted me to look at. I was not all that excited; first, after all, this issue had been looked at by so many others before. One thing my brother and I agreed had to be the truth – the two witnesses were actual individual servants of YAHUSHA, not symbolic (more on that later). My brother finally got me to look at what he had turned up and I must say, it is spectacular and well worth consideration. I have added to his discovery, expanding his finding with research of my own, but in the end it is all from one source – the truth.
Here is the discovery right up front followed by other supporting evidence. You may not follow this if you are still undecided about the importance of our Savior’s true identity, His birth name and the Name of our Heavenly Father. On the other hand, if you do, this can be seen as another building block pointing the importance of His Name and that of His and our Heavenly Father.
(Rev 11:4) These are the two olive trees (G1636), and the two candlesticks (G3087) standing before the ELOHIYM of the earth.
Discovery #1 – The word “tree” is assumed by the translators but is not found in the original text of Rev 11:4. In Strong’s Dictionary we do find a couple of words for “tree”, G1186, (tree), and G2565 (cultured olive tree) neither of which is found in this verse but is found in other verses, Matthew 7:18, Romans 11:17, 24, for example. Did you get that? The word for “tree”, found in other scriptures is not found in Rev 11:4, the word “tree” is added to the word “olive”, or “elaia” (prnounced by Strong’s as el-ah’-yah) A quick break down of this name, translated “olive”, or “elahyah” is, el = ELOHIYM, ah = is, yah = YAH, or ELOHIYM is YAH, and this is the same Name Eliyahu or ELi YAHUAH came in, proclaiming YAHUAH as Elohim.
Discovery #2 – The word “olive” is unlike the word used to indicate an “olive tree”: Strong’s G1636, (olive berry — not, tree). To translate G1636 as an “olive tree”, the word “tree” has to be assumed and only translatable according to the context of use — this would be a very plain “tree” is meant as there are better choices of meaning to indicate, precisely ” a tree” (G1186, G2565 – precisely means, “a good olive tree”, not found in this verse 4 of Rev 11).
Discovery #3 – The word for “olive berry” is a singular reference, not to a tree, or a branch but of a single “olive berry”: Strong’s G1636 “elaia” (El-ah- Yah). Now we get to the astounding revelation delivered to us by the name used for a single “olive berry” in the revelation of our Creator’s Name and what appears to be a direct reference to YAH our Father — the Elohim of Elijah (El-a-Yahu, according to Strong’s). What would be the difference between pronouncing “Eliyah” and “Eliyahu”, the connection is clear. This is more than reference to “two olives”, the two Eli-Yahu.
Discovery #4 — The word for “olive”, according the Strong’s Greek Dictionary, contains the Name of our Creator and of our Heavenly Father, YAH. Strong’s G1636, “elaia”, (el-ah-yah). We see this same use of our Heavenly Father’s Name in the KJV use of Alleluia (Halleluyah), a praise we hear vocalized throughout the Christian communities without understanding. In the Greek translations “ia” and “iah” are used in reference to the Elohim of Yisrael throughout Old and New Testaments but is ignored by modern (most) translators.
Discovery #5 — The word for “candlestick” also contains the Set-Apart Name of our Elohim. Strong’s G3087: “luchnia” (lookh-nee-ah, or lookh-nee-YaH). Please note in the Strong’s Dictionary the last part of this word, “ah” is the same as found in the word for “olive” (ia – Discovery #4) and is also pronounced as, “yah”, and should be the same here in this word for “candle stick”. Following the rule for the pronunciation of “olive” (yah) then the same should be true for “luchnia” and be pronounced as “lookh-nee-yah”. The word “candlestick” is translated by some as “lamp stand”, indicating the “candlestick” is not a “stick of candle” but a “stick”, or piece of wood that a candle is mounted on. Thus, we have, the “two sticks of YaH”, also called the “two El-a-Yah” (misunderstood by the translators and translated “olive” from “elaia”). This is hardly a coincidence, in my opinion, entirely missed by the translators due to their rejection of our Creator and “Savior’s true identity by His Birth Name, YAHUSHA (YaHushua).
To get a clear view at what we are looking at it might help to look (examine) at an example from scripture where three terms for “olive tree”, or tree, are used but mean something else in a symbolic use:
(Rom 11:24) For if you were cut out of the olive tree (G65) which is wild by nature, and were grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree (G2565): how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree (G1636)? KJV
This verse is quite good as it contains all three of the references used by the Greeks in communicating an idea or ideas to convey a thought on a subject. And, in this case, we have the thoughts of Paul being transmitted to us by this picture language from His original tongue of Aramaic into Greek. Remember, Paul is speaking not to the Jews but to Gentiles (verse 13), in their language as best he can. In verse 24 Paul is saying if a “wild branch” is cut out of a “wild tree”, contrary to nature, is grafted into a “cultured” tree then how much more likely is it the “natural branches” will be grafted back into their own “tree”. The wild branches being the Gentiles (Ephraiym Yisrael) and the natural branches the Jews (Yahudiym) , of course – think we can all see this analogy.
It is plain He is speaking to the Gentiles (Ephraiym Yisraelites) warning them against an attitude of superiority toward the Jews Yahudiym) as they, the Jews (Yahudi), can be grafted back in, and much easier too (Grafted back into the Original Tree). Notice the various uses of the words used for “olive tree”. Here is the breakdown of what He has just said:
Strong’s G65: the “wild olive tree” – Gentiles (Ephraiymites)
Strong’s G2565: the “natural tree” — Jews (Yahudiym)
Strong’s G1636: the “olive” can be the “tree” or the “berry”, in other words, the fruit.
The context demonstrates the use of the “olive tree” and the “olive branch” and the “olive berry” as symbols to demonstrate what can and has happened. Our concern, however, in this brief study, is the “two witnesses” of Revelation 11 and how this works into what is being said about them. First you will see the symbolic nature of the “two witnesses” being referred to as “candle sticks” (lamp stands) and as “olive trees”. You should already have seen the word play concerning the word used for “olive” to be “elaia” (Eil-ah-yah) and should understand the implications of this word choice. If the symbolic term were really to mean “tree” then the term for tree was available and could have been used, as we have seen in Romans 11:24 (G2565, a cultured tree). It is clear there is a choice of words meaning a tree, but we do not see this used, instead a word so closely to the NAME of Eliyahu (Elijah) is used and this of itself is astounding in its implications. Certainly some have speculated Elijah (Eiyahu), or the spirit of Elijah (Eliyahu) will be one of the two witnesses but with this new understanding concerning the terms used and not used, we can now translate this verse true meaning — the “the two Elijah” — the Two EliYahu’s. Who, then, is the “Two Elijah”?
TWO WITNESSES – Two Eliyahu (Elijah)
We all know of the Elijah (Eli-YAHU) of the Old Testament, some call the Prophet of fire, and we know of his battle with the false priest of the Baal (the Lord worshipers), but just who is this second Elijah (Eliyahu). Please note it is very likely the name Eliyahu (Elijah) may be more of a title of purpose as much as a Name of a leading prophet. In this name we have the definition, “my Elohim is YAHUAH”, or El-I-YAHU – this will be the Mission of the Two Witnesses, not necessarily their actual names. The other Eliyahu (Elijah), the other witness to be doing battle against the false Lords of the end days is John the Baptist, or at least, the spirit of John the Baptist. Our Savior tells His disciples and us the identity of the Eliyahu (Elijah), the other Eliyahu (Elijah) that was to come in Matthew 11:14 – He clearly says that John the Baptist was the Eliyahu (Elijah) that Malachi spoke of (covered in more detail later). The “two olives”, the “two Eliyahu’ (Elijahs)” will be of the same spirit as the first two original Eliyahu’ (Elijahs) with the same message of repentance toward the one Elohim, YAHUAH. A Name our Savior came in and was given at birth.
Brief Summation
In support of this view let’s cover what we have uncovered so far: These two witnesses are also called “candle sticks” in the KJV and when we check with Strong’s we see this can also be “lamp stands”, not actual “sticks of wax candles”. (Strong’s G3087, luchnia: lookh-nee-ah). This is very interesting when considering the Strong’s term for “olive” as used in this verse, both end in “ia” or “YAH”. Candle sticks, with the “ia”, which Strong’s itself recognizes, in “elaia”, we see the same in “luchn-ia”. Strong’s give the spelling for “elaia” as “Eliyahu” and the same should be true for “candle sticks”, or “luchn-yahu”, to be consistent. This connects the “candle sticks” standing before the Elohim of all creation with His Set-apart Identity and their mission of proclaiming repentance in their message — “Elohim is YAHUAH” (Eli-YAHU).
Not Enoch, Not Moses
It will not be Enoch, it will not be Moses, it will not be the spirit of any other but the spirit of YAHUAH (EL I YAHU) and this is the message His two witnesses will be operating under, they will be working under the same RUACH (Spirit) of influence and power the original Eliyahu (EliJah) worked, just as John the Baptist did (Luke 1:17) They will be declaring YAHUAH as their Elohim and the Elohim of their authority just as the original Eliyahu (Elijah) did and their massage of repentance will be just as the original John the Baptists did. John the Baptist, the second Eliyahu (Elijah) and He came before our Master, just as the Two Witnesses will. See the beauty of this? The Two Witnesses are not literally, physically, the original Eliyahu (Elijah), nor the original John the Baptist but two individuals operating under and by the same Ruach (Spirit) that drove, guided and gave power to the past Eliayhu’ (Elijahs) (Eli-YAHU). Read for yourself the whole account of John’s birth and mission and you will see there is no need for interpretation, read it —
(Luke 1:15) For he (John) shall be great in the sight of YAHUAH, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Set-apart Spirit, even from his mother’s womb. And many of the children of Yisrael shall he turn to YAHUAH their Elohim. And he shall go before Him (YAHUSHA) in the spirit and power of Eliyahu (Elias (EliJaH)), to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for YAHUAH (YAHUSHA).
Here is proof it is by the “Spirit and power of Eli-YAHU” not the actual, resurrected, long dead ELIYAHU (Elijah) or John. The Two Witnesses equal the two Eli-YAHU’ of the same RUACH (SPIRIT), the Set-Apart Spirit. And their message will be —
“Repent and be baptized into the Name of YAHUSHA for He is near” and, “His is the Kingdom and all the Kingdoms of the Earth will be His”.
As far as the “two witnesses” being a symbolic reference of the Church, or the Christians and the Jews it cannot be for nowhere in the scripture is a man, or groups of men ever used as symbolic without direct reference — in other words, Jacob, later named YIsrael, was a representative of the peoples YIsrael but Jacob existed as an individual, an actual person.
The two witnesses will most definitely be two individuals with a dual message, one complimenting the other. No one would suggest John the Baptist was a symbolic representation and did not actually. There was only one man, John the Baptist, preparing the way for our Master, YAHUSHA, and John was baptizing people in the baptism of repentance, people sorry for their past wanting to be better, hearing his message to change, being convicted in their hearts to change. Scripture tell us plainly, John was born to do a particular thing, carry out a particular mission and he did and we are told he did it by the “Spirit and the power of Eliyahu (EliJah)”, not that he was the person of Eliyahu (Elijah).
Our Savior, YAHUSHA, tell the disciples, after they witnessed a vision of YAHUSHA standing with Eliyahu (EliJah) and Mosheh (Moses) and the disciples ask a questions —
(Mat 17:10-13) And His disciples asked Him, saying, ‘Why then say the scribes that Eliyahu (Elias) must first come?’
And YAHUSHA answered and said to them, Elias (EliYAHU) truly shall first come, and restore all things. But I say to you, That Elias (EilYAHU) is come already, and they knew him not, but have done to him whatsoever they listed (determined, loved – in loved to do). Likewise shall also the Son of man (YAHUSHA) suffer of them (the religious leaders of then).
Then the disciples understood that he spoke to them of John the Baptist.
In the very beginning of YAHUSHA’s reply He quotes the Old Testament Scripture, and again, as in other places, He, YAHUSHA, either expands the meaning or changes it. Can He do this, well, He did. And not only in this but other places as well because the Law and many of the things found in the writings of the Prophets failed to turn the Nation Yisrael around. Now the source of all of those previous things, the Law and the Prophets was standing before them clarifying and making the changes necessary. The change here is not in the prophetic revelation but in the actions of the people, they refused John as the Eliyahu (Elijah) and while some of the people had been turned and repented the nation and its leadership remained unchanged. But, this is a different subject and this article and study concerns the final Two Witnesses and with this understanding the false “witnesses” are exposed for what they are, false witnesses, claiming a title that does not belong to them.
Back to Revelation 11 — the Two Witnesses
Look at the context of the matter: They are killed and lie in the street for three days and then hear the voice of the coming Savior and stand up on their feet, alive, renewed, and resurrected. Does this sound like the Christians and Jews of the world? Hardly, it sounds just like it sounds, two individuals brought back to life after being killed, to meet our Master, YAHUSHA, in the air at His return. So, when is the Messiah returning? Answer: When the two witnesses stand up. They will have a mission of 3 ½ years with power to cause the weather patterns of the earth to change and the world will hate them, they will not be popular, they will not be heading up some great Christian work, they will be poor (clothed in cheap clothing — sack cloth) by the world’s standard and their message will not be a “feel good”, or “propriety” message. No, like Eliyahu (Elijah) before, and like John before, they are poor in appearance, plain men, dressed in plain clothing and just like the two Eliyahu’ (Elijahs) before, they preached a message of “repentance” in the Name of their Elohim, YAHUAH.
Both men, Eliyahu (Elijah) and John lived independent lives, not united with the major religions of their day and time — no, they stood outside of the circle of the religious establishments of their day, just as will the coming Two Eli-YAHUs. the originals EliYAHUs owed no man anything, totally independent, slaves only to YAHUAH they proclaimed, calling for repentance from the false gods and traditions of men, from sin, private and public. They lived off the land and at times were seen alone, on their own and at other times standing with but a few. These will be two men unlike what we see today passing for men of YAHUAH. These two Witnesses coming in the “Last Days” of man’s rule, will be revealing the true nature of the Beast and the False Prophet, they will incite the Beast to want to kill them. As the religious leaders in the days of YAHUSHA’s earthly existence, seeking His death, so will the Beast seek the death of these two.
Ruptured Rapture (not the Resurrections)
Their presence proves the “rapture” doctrine is wrong as they are on this earth and not in heaven — surely, no one would argue these two were not worthy of the “rapture”. No, but they will be in the “resurrection”. But that should not be much of a consideration as our Savior told us plainly that NO ONE CAN GO TO HEAVEN EXCEPT FOR THOSE FROM HEAVEN ). Our Savior originated in Heaven and no one else! Read it for yourself and be done with that false teaching — (John 1:18, (John 3:13)
(John 1:18) No man has seen YAHUAH (the Father) at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared him. (keep in mind, italicized, grayed out words are not found in the original writings but added by the KJV translators)
(John 3:13)And no man has ascended up to heaven, but He that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
To suggest any other teaching is to call our Savior a liar. So, when you hear or read that someone went to heaven and talked with angelic beings or conversed with our Heavenly Father or even the Messiah don’t you believe it — get away from such liars and imposters of the truth – we are talking about people that have printed books and made book tapes and CD recordings of their false accounts of walking around heaven and meeting the Christ, or gone to Hell and saw the demons tormenting the wicked. Yes, Paul did make a reference about someone that experienced such an event, but it was a short, and Paul made the point that the things seen and heard in this event were not repeatable. This is totally different from what we see happening with those false guides in their vivid accounts of demon actions or angelic presence in heaven. One such false account relates the angels in heaven are sitting at sewing machines sewing golden cloth together for the saints – ridiculous. The point is, even Paul questioned this vision it seems he experienced, and he wrote no more about it. He may have had more to say if he had been aware of YAHUSHA’s remarks concerning such things – “no man in heaven”
NOT MOSES, NOT ELIJAH, NOT ENOCH, NOT THE CHURCH
What this study should have shown is what the “two witnesses” are not. They are not , Moses and Aaron, not a collection of Christians and Jews, not the Roman Catholic Church and the Protestant Church, not two brothers (?), not the missing Enoch, not any self-proclaimed person, not someone named Elijah (?), not someone taking the name EliYahu to themselves, not any group. Like false Messiah’s there are many false Elijahs. As amazing, or amusing, as it may seem there are some groups claiming their dead founders as the end time Eliyahu (Elijah). I know of one group whose head man claimed himself and his brother as the two witnesses, then his brother died, oops, but he still holds to this false teaching and apparently his followers do to?
On the internet you can find an Elijah here and an Elijah over there, Elijah everywhere. Some are pretty brazen in their false claims and none of them, not one, demonstrates anything close to what the original Eliyahu (Elijah) did and none have the impact John the Baptist had on his surroundings. Imagine, people from all over going to a wild man in the desert, asking what they must do to be saved, repenting of their sins, being baptized in a free flowing river. No, the false Elijahs of today are weak little sniveling alarmist, making proclamations any idiot could make, claiming every storm that comes along is a punishment of YAHUAH. Listen, when the time comes, and the “Two Witnesses” are here, this world will have gone through something that will make these fake Elijahs as nothing, even less than nothing — there is a Great Quake coming, an earth shaking event, a worldwide event that will change the political structure of men and all leading to the coming of the Beast.
But Wait! There is more Support for this new understanding of Revelation 11:
(James 3:12) Can the fig tree, My brethren, bear olive berries(G1636)? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh. KJV Strong’s G1636, “elaia” (el-ah-yah), olive, berry
Here we see in the the letter of James the translators choose “berries” instead of “tree”. By definition “berry” is the more accurate of the two choices. The primary definition is “berry” or “fruit”, not a “tree”. The word for “tree” is not found in this verse. What do we see from this? That for Revelation 11 there was and is a better choice of words, as demonstrated by the KJV usage in James’ letter, but ignored by the translators in Revelation 11. From the Strong’s Greek Dictionary we can see there are better choices for term “tree”:
Strong’s G4809, sukomraia (soo-kow-o-rah-yah), sycamore tree — [another example of the Set-Apart Name used within a word, or definition]
Strong’s G1636, elaia (el-ah-yah), olive, or berry
What is demonstrated is a better choice of words for tree or type of tree. In Revelation 11:4, however, a choice is not made in favor of any word actually defining a tree, because, as stated before, the original writing did not contain the word “tree”. The word “tree” is added without any authority what-so-ever. When using the Strong’s numbering system and doing a word search for “tree” it is immediately noticed this word appears in several verses, used as symbolic or allegorical (Matthew 3:10, G1186), and also in reference to the object our Savior had been hung on (Impeled on, Acts 5:30, G3586).
There is no reason for adding the word “tree” when speaking of the “two witnesses”. When it is considered, the term used and translated “olive” is akin to calling the “two witnesses” Eliyahu, from this we can see the “two Eliyahu’” (two Olive Berries) are going to be just that –two Witnesses of YAHUAH, declaring their Elohim to be YAHUAH and their Savior YAHUSHA, it is, as with the original EliYAHU’s, part of their message and call to repentance.
What’s Ahead? Before the Two EliYahu’s?
Before the two witnesses come on the scene there will be an “earthquake” so huge the whole world will reel and men will think the end of all things is about to occurred. See my article on the Great Quake. There will be many other things happening before the “two witnesses” come on the scene. If you are alive when the “two witnesses” are on the job you will have most likely survived the ‘Great Quake” and the “Asteroid” hit that kills a third of everything in the ocean and the “Comet” that pollutes the fresh waters of the world, and that will not be all, but know this, if you know and recognize the “two witnesses” then you should continue to hang in there as the “Return of our Master YAHUSHA is then at hand. (Revelation 8:9-13 — after the Great Quake)
(Rev 6:17) For the great day of His wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
Genesis 32 is the story of Jacob’s return to Canaan after having been exiled from his homeland for 20 years. This is often referred to as Jacob’s Trouble (from Jer 30:7). His exile occurred after he obtained his divinely promised birthright through shrewd if not unscrupulous means from his brother Esau resulting in his having to flee Canaan for fear of his life due to Esau’s vengeance.
Jacob found refuge in the region of Babylonia at his Uncle Laban’s home where he married Laban’s two daughters, Leah and Rachel. Genesis 32 recounts Jacob’s encounter with Esau who, along with his small army, physically stood in Jacob’s way from entering the land of his promised inheritance—later to be known as the land of Yisrael or Promised Land.
The Jewish sages believe that this encounter between Jacob and Esau is prophetic in nature and will happen again in the end times, but this time on a much larger scale and this time involving the numerous descendants of Yisrael and Esau. The Yisraelites will be attempting to return to their ancestral homeland, while the descendants of Esau will be attempting to block their way. As we proceed in this study, we will see whether this prophecy is beginning to come to pass in our days.
Rolling the film backwards a little, Laban had chased Jacob out of the area of Babylon, and yet Jacob was being blocked from entering Canaan by Esau (or Edom meaning “red”). This is reminiscent of Pharaoh chasing the Yisraelites out of Egypt only to find themselves blocked by the Red Sea, which is a picture of Edom (meaning “red”). In both instances, YAHUAH’s people were forced to totally rely on him for deliverance from their enemies who were before and behind them.
Chapter 32 is a study in how we often deal with major trials and stressful situations in life. Jacob (a) was gripped by fear, (b) resorted to fleshly schemes to appease his brother’s wrath and “to save his own hide” and that of his family, and (c) at the same time he expressed faith in YAHUAH by uttering what some consider to be the first prayer in Scripture (verses 9–12). Jacob resorted to the “shotgun approach.” He was afraid, he schemed, and he prayed in hopes that something would work out to his favor and that he would live to see another day.
Jacob figured that by bribing angry and bloodthirsty Esau with wave after wave of gifts, that he might appease Esau and assuage his brother’s desire for revenge (Gen 32:13–20).
Yet Jacob’s half in-the-flesh and half-in-the-spirit approach to his present danger by resorting to both appeasement and prayer was not acceptable to YAHUAH who wanted in Jacob a man of unmitigated faith. To bring Jacob to this point, a part of Jacob had to die. His reliance upon his own ability at craftiness and scheming to extricate himself from difficult situations had to stay on the east side of the Jordan where Babylon (a spiritual metaphor for the old spiritual man and the ungodly ways of this world) was, and in its place a spiritual man who would totally trust YAHUAH in all things had to rise up. Only a mighty man of faith would be worthy to enter the Promised Land. The old man would not die without a fight, however.
Jacob had to come to grips with his own limitations and overcome the ugly side of his flesh nature. This occurred during a dark-night-of-the-soul-encounter when he wrestled all night with the Messenger of ELOHIYM (Gen 32:22–32).
The result was that in the struggle Jacob became permanently lame in his hip (Gen 32:32). He became physically injured, but more importantly, he became humbled in his heart. Out of the wrestling match, he gained a new identity, a new heart and a new name.
Jacob the “heal catcher” became Yisrael “the prince of El [ELOHIYM].” By wrestling with and overcoming his own limitations he became a broken and changed man—truly a vessel that YAHUAH could use to further his purposes, since YAHUAH was about to birth the nation of Yisrael through this man’s seed.
Jacob’s attempts at appeasing Esau gained him nothing except a lighter pocket book. His surrendering to the Messenger of ELOHIYM—the preincarnate YAHUSHA—gained him not only the Promised Land and a nation, but the whole world and a place in YAHUAH’s eternal kingdom.
Interestingly, in an attempt to save his hide, Jacob divided his family into two camps with the hopes that if Esau killed one, the other would survive and vice versa. This was another one of his schemes that did not work, but which has tremendous end-time prophetic implications. Genesis 32:2 records that Jacob called the name of the place where he split his family into two camps Mahanaim, which is a Hebrew word meaning “two camps” and is the plural of the root word machanah meaning “encampment, camp, camp of armed host, army camp, company, body of people.”This spot is near the River Jabok, which is a tributary to the Jordan River located on the east side of that river in the modern country of Jordan.During the time of the nation of ancient Yisrael, it was located in the Gilead region on either the border between Gad and Reuben or Gad and Ephraim. The Song of Solomon makes reference to mahanaim in 6:13 where we read,
Return, return, O Shulamite; return, return, that we may look upon you. What will you see in the Shulamite? As it were the company/m’kolah of two armies/mahanah.
The Hebrew word m’kolah means “dance.”Song 6:13 is definitely related to Genesis 32:2 since Mahanaim in -Genesis and Machneh or “two armies” in the Song of Solomon are the same word; the former is the plural and the latter is the root word.
We believe that Genesis 32 is a prophetic shadow-picture of just how Jacob’s descendants will come back into the land of their inheritance prior to YAHUSHA’s return. The people of Yisrael will be divided into two camps as they enter the land of Yisrael and will have to confront Esau or Edom—many of whose descendants comprise the modern Palestinian-Arabs who will be blocking the way.
Both camps (Judah and Ephraim, currently represented by the Yahudiym and Natsariym peoples) are returning out of spiritual Babylon (as per Rev 18:4) where they have been in servitude to the Babylonian world system even as Jacob was a servant to Laban (who lived in the area of ancient Babylon). They will not defeat Esau through appeasement (Gen 32:20) as Jacob tried to do with Esau.
Appeasement got Jacob nowhere except monetarily poorer, and the modern state of Israeli is dealing with the Palestinians as Jacob did with Esau by giving in to their demands in exchange for a peaceful existence in the land. Appeasement didn’t work for Jacob, and it’s not presently working for the Jews.
As our father Jacob did, so the end-time Yisraelites will have to wrestle with man and El (Gen 32:28) in order to return to the Promised Land. YAHUAH’s people will have to prevail with YAHUAH and demonstrate to him that they are serious about wanting to possess their promised inheritance, and at the same time, overcome themselves (the carnal man within) with their pride and self-reliance, and the notion that they will return to the land of Yisrael by their own strength and prowess apart from YAHUAH’s divine direction and empowerment.
When YAHUAH’s end-time people will repent of their pride and die to “self” as a people-group (both Yahudah/Judah and Ephraiym), this will please the Father and he will give his people victory over their enemies. Appeasing the enemy, as the modern Israeli government is currently doing with the Palestinians, will get them nowhere, even as it gained Jacob nothing. They/we must confront the devil/enemy head-on in humble faith in the Abrahamic Covenant promises of YAHUAH. As with Jacob, they/we as collective Yisrael need to spend a dark night of the soul wrestling with YAHUAH. We need to get a good look at ELOHIYM’s face to see who He really is, which will in turn help us to understand who we really are. Only when we are finally humbled, will we learn to place our trust in the promises and protection of YAHUAH resulting in our being transformed from being a Jacob (meaning “heel catcher, supplanter, a deceptive sneak thief”) into an Yisrael (meaning “a prince of El or prevailer with El”) with a new name and identity.
Similarly, Natsariym Yisrael/Ephraiym must go through the same process. The good news is that the kingdom of Yisrael will rise up. Jacob will get transformed into Yisrael. How can we be so sure of this? Because IT IS WRITTEN in YAHUAH’s Word! The two houses of Yisrael will have to learn to dance with each other before they can dance on their wedding day with King Shlomo (or Solomon, which is derived from the Hebrew word shalom)/YAHUSHA Sar Shalom (Prince of Peace)—their heavenly Bridegroom. Only then can we become the bride of YAHUSHA—like the Shulamite (also from shalom) was to Solomon—when we have found peace within ourselves and each other as the Song of Solomon (shalom) and Genesis 32 depict.
Jacob’s trouble was a phase through which the self-confident and self-reliant Jacob had to go. The humbling of Jacob was necessary, for he was a self-made man who had started 20 years earlier penniless, homeless and in disgrace as an exile in a foreign land, and through his own effort had now amassed a small fortune along with wives and children.
En route westward back to Canaan, Jacob went through a wilderness experience, as the children of his namesake would do several generations later. What type of individuals does YAHUAH not permit and permit to enter into the land of promise? The answers are in Hebrews 4:1–11 where the writer speaks of doubt and unbelief, faithlessness, hardness of heart and not resting in YAHUAH, but reliance in the works of our flesh instead as factors keeping the Yisraelites out of the Promised Land. To come home, like the prodigal son in the parable of YAHUSHA, to the home of his earthly parents and to that of his Heavenly Father (Beth-el or House of El) what was required of Jacob? He had to manifest brokenness, humility, a new identity, repentance, and make restitution for past sins committed against others (Gen 34).
End-time Yisrael is following in their father Jacob’s footsteps leaving their exile and captivity in Babylon (false religious systems—both Christian and Jewish, which contain a mixture of both good and evil, see Rev 18:4), returning westward across the Jordan River into the land of promise, to their spiritual inheritance, which is defined in terms of YAHUAH’s covenants with Yisrael (Eph 2:12–14). YAHUAH is calling out a growing remnant of redeemed believers to do just that in our time. Jacob’s life is a prophetic road map of what each individual believer must go through to obtain his spiritual inheritance. Furthermore, Jacob’s life is not only a prophetic picture of what all Yisraeite individually must experience, but also of what all Yisrael collectively or nationally, must go through.
The Chief Cornerstone: Choose Between The Rock & The Hard Place
YAHUSHA said unto them, Did ye never read in the Scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is YAHUAH’S doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
MATTITHYAHU (MATTHEW) 21:42
————
Of all the beliefs, opinions, theories and ideologies I have heard out of the mouths of all kinds of people, all over the world, i have not yet heard anyone try to tell me that we exist in a perfect world. If there is nothing else everyone can agree on, we can at least all agree that this is a problematic world, rife with suffering, injustice, violence, selfishness, greed and sadness.
Though the most optimistic philosophies might counter with pointing out the “good side of life”… love, hope, generosity and compassion… in the end, even the most optimistic mind, when perfectly honest with itself, is left feeling a deep dissatisfaction with what is greatly underestimated as the imperfection of this world.
It is pointless to imagine that one day with enough “enlightenment”… with evolutionary steps forward, with greater technology or education, people might begin to behave themselves. History is enough of a teacher to dash all hopes of mankind spontaneously becoming some kind of super-benevolent creature who will do “right” all by themselves.
As time goes on, people grow colder, more selfish, less inclined to help a neighbor or show mercy. Wars increase, generosity decreases, emotional continence erodes into childish mind sets, morality becomes more and more subjective… and eventually a non-issue altogether.
Let’s be honest… we all know it’s not right… we all know it ought to be different… it should be better… a deep void in the spirit of every person cries out for a state of genuine goodness and fulfillment, a paradise lost.
How is it that the answer could have been there all along, the remedy already secured… and there are still so many who will not (or can not?) comprehend it? We have fallen… we have lost paradise, and each individual who dwells in this earth can appropriately look in the mirror for the one to blame.
The truth is, there are no good people… there are no such things as naturally righteous sinners. If one small sin was the only sin that had ever been committed anywhere, in all creation… it would have been sufficient to corrupt, entirely, all of perfection.
But the world just doesn’t see sin this way any longer… in fact, a sinful creature so hates the burden of responsibility for their own actions, that the very word “sin” has all but been stricken from the common vocabulary.
We all want to believe in our own goodness… we want to believe we have what it takes… that we’re decent, that we are valuable and our existence is an asset to others. It’s wishes like those that lead the world, instead of running for a remedy to their condition…to deny they have a condition at all.
You have a Creator. That Creator is Perfect Righteousness, Perfect Justice, Perfect Truth and Perfect Love. He did not design a problematic creation, with countless flaws and inevitable suffering. He designed a perfect creation, but the law of perfect love is that by its very nature, it can not be compulsory.
There must be a choice to love in order for such a thing to be genuine… and that is sadly where creatures have gone wrong. The free will choice to obey or disobey our Creator comes with consequences… you are free to make any choice you like… but the result of a bad choice is anything but without cost.
He has not been unfair in warning His creation… the wages of sin is death. Like unlearned and careless children, we who have dealt with a sin nature tend to want to do the moral equivalent of smashing our toys to pieces… stomping on the pieces… setting fire to them and then angrily wailing at our Parent for the loss we feel when we have nothing left but ashes. We do not deserve pity after all this… but astonishingly enough, He has pity for us.
If a person was fortunate enough to have the sort of friend who one day pulled him from a burning building, though it cost that friend his own life, that person would naturally and rightly feel overwhelming gratitude… perhaps some guilt and certainly a loving memory of that friend that would endure for the rest of his days. We have a Messiah who has suffered and given His life, to not just save temporary, mortal lives, but Eternal ones.
A Savior who came to pull sinners from unquenchable hellfire… the Humble, Selfless Act of a Creator Who has no obligation for humility or debt owed to any creature. So why does the world say no to Him? Why crawl and scratch and stumble our way through an existence that remains empty and pointless in spite of scrambling for fleeting moments of euphoria?
The world responds this way to Him because they are literally in a state of sin-blindness. Among one of the most unsearchable of mysteries is the ability of the sinning mind to deny and accept based upon the feelings involved in what is denied or accepted – whether or not it flies in the face of every evidence to the contrary… but i conclude that with His intervention all things are possible, because every day, the dying, wretched, unclean masses find hope and forgiveness, and the peace of knowing they have a secure future in the Incredible act of Mercy of YAHUSHA.
If you have never known Him… don’t let the day go by before you honestly ask yourself what the consequences of ignoring this truth will be for you if it is indeed The Truth.
Will you forfeit your eternity for what you can get here and now… or will you Seek the Remedy before it’s too late?

I, even I, am YAHUAH; and beside me there is no saviour.
Adapted from the Books of Genesis and Jubilees (Dead Sea Scrolls)
If you have a hunger for truth and a love for the fathers of the faith that came before us, join us as we discover how the mysteries between the lines of Genesis are once again brought to light. You might just say that therein lies a story of EPIC proportions, a story of two brothers whose eternal battle still wages on to this very day… strap in, this is the Epic Battle of Esau & Jacob.
The following is unknown by most health practitionersand is denied by most attorneys!
FOUR INDISPUTABLE FACTS REGARDING THE VACCINATION PROGRAM:
1) VACCINES CAUSE ILLNESS AND INJURIES AND NEITHER THE PUBLIC NOR HEALTH PRACTITIONERS HAVE BEEN TOLD THE TRUTH BY CDC INC!
In March 2011 an investigation by scientists exposed that the ‘UK government’ had been covering up the harmful effects of vaccines for the past 30 YEARS. Their study, “Health Hazards of Disease Prevention” was presented to the British Society for Ecological Medicine. It exposed that the UK ‘government’ ” . . . made continuous efforts to withhold critical data on severe adverse reactions and contraindications to vaccinations from both parents and health practitioners in order to reach overall vaccination rates which they deemed were necessary for “herd immunity”, a concept which with regards to vaccination, and contrary to prevalent beliefs, does not rest on solid scientific evidence . . .” The same is true in the UNITED STATES.
2) THE VACCINE INDUSTRY HAS BEEN GIVEN IMMUNITY FROM LAWSUITS
In 1986 vaccine manufactures and administers were given immunity from liability with the passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act! And, the Vaccine Adverse Reporting System was established. Annually, it reports about 11,000 serious vaccine reactions, including up to 200 deaths and many more permanent disabilities. But, poor reporting in America suggests that annual adverse vaccine reactions, in fact, number from 100,000 – one million.
Then to ‘seal the deal’, the US Supreme Court decided in 2011 (Bruesewitz v. Wyeth) to grant big pharma immunity from liability even if their products were knowingly contaminated.
3) ‘HEALTH AGENCIES’, WHO PROMOTE VACCINES, ARE REALLY PRIVATE CORPORATIONS ‘DOING BUSINESS’
Neither the Food and Drug Administration nor the Center for Disease Control answers to the American people or the health practitioners who provide medical care for the general population. We have nothing to say about who these so-called agencies hire, which researchers they consult or what policies they establish. They simply do not work for us!! These so-called institutions are listed as corporations on Dun and Bradstreet, therefore their first and foremost obligation is to their own “fiscal health”, as is the case of all corporations.
4) VACCINE MANDATES ARE MERELY STATUTORY RULES OF STATE CORPORATIONS
All states have been incorporated for a long time. They are all listed in their corporate all caps names on Dun and Bradstreet. Example: the STATE OF OHIO – headquartered in COLUMBUS OH
Corporations cannot make laws for living men and women. Their employees can only make rules for their own entity. The way they implement their corporate rules on the people is through civil contracts.
Our public schools who attempt to make vaccines a requirement for admission are also merely corporations listed on Dun and Bradstreet. Vaccine mandates are voted on by the STATE LEGISLATORS, who represent the STATE OF . . . .
As STATE LEGISLATORS (with no medical training) are being lobbied to revise state statutes to make it increasingly more difficult to opt out of mandatory vaccines, the vaccine-aware community needs a new approach. If the US Constitution and/or the Bill of Rights could protect us from mandatory vaccines, they would have stopped mandating them long ago. What we are now all experiencing is corporate statutory law (rules, regulations, fines, fees, etc) being enforced against the American population.
It is this corporate/statutory/contract legal (not lawful) system that must be exposed, defeated and abolished. And, don’t look to any attorney to help us. This legal nightmare was created by BAR attorneys and it is ‘they’ who profit from it . . . at our expense!
NEGATING VACCINE STATUTES – A NEW APPROACH
To read about a new approach to protecting yourself and your family from the vaccine profiteers go to
